The Filipino star has officially withdrawn from a rematch with WBO welterweight champion Jeff Horn in Brisbane this year due to other commitments. Australian former schoolteacher Horn shocked the boxing world in July when he beat Pacquiao in front of his hometown crowd and is expected to defend his belt against another opponent in Brisbane this November.
