Cloud Hosting Control Panel

  1. How do you access the control panel? #

    Go to https://www.websitesettings.com and enter your control panel username and password.

    Since control panel access is SSL encrypted, you’ll need to make sure that you use https:// instead of http:// at the beginning of your control panel url.

  2. How do you change the password for a control panel username? #

    Resetting your control panel password requires resetting your FTP password as these logins are the same.

  3. How do you resend the username or reset the password for the control panel? #

    If you forgot your control panel username, you can use the “Don’t know your username?” link on the control panel login page to have your username sent to the email address associated with your account.

    If you know your control panel username, then you can the “Lost your password?” link on the control panel login page to have to have instructions sent on how to rest your password.

    If you forgot the email address that is associated with your control panel account, just enter a support ticket through our Help Desk and we will let you know what it is.

    If all else fails, we can reset your control panel password for you. Just submit a support request through our Help Desk.

    NOTE: As a security measure, we will only send account info to the email address that is associated with the control panel account. You can update your email address in the “Contacts” section of the control panel.

  4. Is there a file manager available for the Cloud? #

    There isn’t a web based file manager available, however most functions provided by a file manager such as creating and editing files and directories, changing file permissions and more can be performed using an FTP client. Check the documentation for your FTP client for specific information.
