The Surface Hub is a series of an upcoming interactive whiteboards developed and marketed by Microsoft. The devices are part of the Microsoft Surface family and were unveiled on January 21, 2015 at the Windows 10 Event in Redmond. It is available for businesses to order since July 1, 2015, however shipping for the device was delayed from September 1, 2015, to Q1 of 2016. Surface Hub is a wall- or roller stand-mounted device with a 84 inches (210 cm) 120 Hz 4K or 55 inches (140 cm) 1080p multi-touch and multi-pen touchscreen powered by Windows 10 operating system. Both devices are targeted for businesses to use for collaboration and videoconferencing.
Both Surface Hub models will be powered by the 4th generation Intel Core Haswell processors, running the 64-bit version of Windows 10 Pro. The main differentiation point between two variants will be a screen size, its resolution and a graphics adapter: 55-inch model will support 1920x1080 Full HD, and an Intel HD 4600 controller, integrated into the CPU, while the more expensive 84-inch model will have 3840x2160 4K resolution powered by a Nvidia Quadro K2200 discrete graphics adapter. Microsoft Surface Hub has dual cameras built into the device. When used for videoconferencing, the cameras can automatically change when the presenter moves from the one to the other side of the whiteboard.
Microsoft Surface (or simply Surface) is a series of Windows-based personal computing devices designed and manufactured by Microsoft under its hardware division, a part of the Windows and Devices group. It comprises hybrid tablets, 2-in-1 detachables, and an interactive whiteboards.
The first generation devices under the Surface name were introduced on June 18, 2012, and the most recent models currently available are the Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book, which were released on October 26, 2015.
The Surface family consists of three major lines of PCs: the Surface line comprises budget 2-in-1 detachables (while the previous now discontinued models of this line were Windows RT-powered hybrid tablets), designed for budget-oriented consumers and educational users, the Surface Pro line of 2-in-1 detachables, designed for demanding users, and the Surface Book, the line consisting of a single 2-in-1 detachable, positioned as a laptop. There is also the Surface Hub, an interactive whiteboard.
In mathematics, specifically, in topology, a surface is a two-dimensional, topological manifold. The most familiar examples are those that arise as the boundaries of solid objects in ordinary three-dimensional Euclidean space R3, such as a sphere. On the other hand, there are surfaces, such as the Klein bottle, that cannot be embedded in three-dimensional Euclidean space without introducing singularities or self-intersections.
To say that a surface is "two-dimensional" means that, about each point, there is a coordinate patch on which a two-dimensional coordinate system is defined. For example, the surface of the Earth resembles (ideally) a two-dimensional sphere, and latitude and longitude provide two-dimensional coordinates on it (except at the poles and along the 180th meridian).
The concept of surface finds application in physics, engineering, computer graphics, and many other disciplines, primarily in representing the surfaces of physical objects. For example, in analyzing the aerodynamic properties of an airplane, the central consideration is the flow of air along its surface.
Hub, or Hubs may refer to:
A hub is the central part of a wheel that connects the axle to the wheel itself. Many expressions use the term for a literal or figurative central structure connecting to a periphery.
Microsoft Corporation /ˈmaɪkrəˌsɒft, -roʊ-, -ˌsɔːft/ (commonly referred to as Microsoft) is an American multinational technology company headquartered in Redmond, Washington, that develops, manufactures, licenses, supports and sells computer software, consumer electronics and personal computers and services. Its best known software products are the Microsoft Windows line of operating systems, Microsoft Office office suite, and Internet Explorer and Edge web browsers. Its flagship hardware products are the Xbox game consoles and the Microsoft Surface tablet lineup. It is the world's largest software maker by revenue, and one of the world's most valuable companies.
Microsoft was founded by Paul Allen and Bill Gates on April 4, 1975, to develop and sell BASIC interpreters for Altair 8800. It rose to dominate the personal computer operating system market with MS-DOS in the mid-1980s, followed by Microsoft Windows. The company's 1986 initial public offering, and subsequent rise in its share price, created three billionaires and an estimated 12,000 millionaires among Microsoft employees. Since the 1990s, it has increasingly diversified from the operating system market and has made a number of corporate acquisitions. In May 2011, Microsoft acquired Skype Technologies for $8.5 billion in its largest acquisition to date.

The sky turns to a different shade of blue
After the rain
Her mind turns to a different point of view
After the rain
Ooh, my, my
Ooh, my, my
Ooh, my, my, I know
Like the ocean meets the moon to take the tides away
All we need’s a little more time to chase the blues away
Sun is out and it feels like it’s always gonna stay
Let this last forever, turn tomorrow into yesterday
Now all those clouds have nothing left to do
After the rain
And all those doubts have drifted out of you
After the rain
Ooh, my, my
Ooh, my, my
Ooh, my, my, I know
Like the ocean meets the moon to take the tides away
All we need’s a little more time to chase the blues away
Sun is out and it feels like it’s always gonna stay
