DV Guide
When first using the DV Guide users will be asked to enter their postal code along with their cable or satellite provider; the listings will then filter based on location and provider and the guide will remember those settings going forward. Users can search by day, time or program name once the personalized settings have been applied.
A print copy of the listings is not available however users who are unable to access the listings online are welcome to call the 24-hour toll-free bilingual call centre at 1-855-855-1144 and a customer service representative will assist with the listings.
