Alejandro Sanz (Spanish pronunciation: [aleˈxandɾo ˈsanθ]; born Alejandro Sánchez Pizarro; December 18, 1969) is a Spanish singer-songwriter and musician. For his work, Sanz has won a total of fifteen Latin Grammy Awards and three Grammy Awards. He has won the Latin Grammy for Album of the Year three times, more than any other artist. The singer is noted for his flamenco-influenced ballads, but he has also experimented with rock, salsa, and hip hop.
Born in Madrid, Sanz began playing guitar at age seven, taking influence from his family's flamenco roots. Sanz released his debut album at age nineteen, although he did not gain commercial success in Spain until his second release, Viviendo Deprisa. His next two records, Si Tú Me Miras (1993) and 3 (1995) also fared well commercially, but it was his 1997 breakthrough album Más that garnered international success. El Alma al Aire followed in 2000, selling more than a million copies in its first week. In 2002, he became the first Spanish artist to record an MTV Unplugged album.

Introduced in 2005 by Argentine-Mexican duo Sin Bandera at the 2005 Mexican Teletón, Jesse & Joy released their debut album Esta Es Mi Vida in 2006, through Warner Music Mexico. Their debut single, "Espacio Sideral", was certified Gold by the Asociación Mexicana de Productores de Fonogramas y Videogramas (AMPROFON). The album reached the top twenty on the Mexican Album Chart, was certified Platinum by the AMPROFON, and helped the duo to win the Latin Grammy Award for Best New Artist the next year.
In 2008, Jesse & Joy released the Extended Play Esto Es Lo Que Soy, and next year their second studio album Electricidad. The album, which reached its peak position at number twenty-one on the Mexican Album Chart, was certified Gold by the AMPROFON. Electricidad included songs like "Adiós", that peaked at number three on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart, and "Chocolate". In 2011, ¿Con Quién Se Queda El Perro? was launched as their third studio album. The album was certified 2× Platinum by the AMPROFON, and includes songs like "Me Voy", "¡Corre!" and "La de la Mala Suerte". At the 2012 Latin Grammy Awards, Jesse & Joy were nominated to four Grammy Awards, winning three of them: Best Contemporary Pop Album for ¿Con Quién Se Queda El Perro?, and Song and Record of the Year for "¡Corre!". Additionally, Carlos López Estrada received the Latin Grammy Award for Best Short Form Music Video for "Me Voy". No Soy Una De Esas feat.

Uruguay is emerging as one of South America’s favorite destinations. Its capital Montevideo has a warm, temperate climate, pleasant sea breezes and miles of boulevards. From Montevideo’s Telecommunications Tower you can see the hill that gave the city its name. Another tower, the Palacio Salvo looms high above the Plaza Independencia in the City Center. Under this square is the mausoleum for the country’s revolutionary hero José Artigas. Nearby Plaza Matriz is the city’s oldest square and home to the 18th-century Metropolitan Cathedral, the focal point of Uruguay’s Old Town. Soccer is big here and in 1930 Uruguay hosted and won the first-ever FIFA World Cup in the Estadio Centenario. Another proud local tradition is “parrilla" and the best way to try it is to buy cuts of meat in the M...
Our trip to Chile wouldn't have been complete without a visit to the capital, so towards the end of our stay we decided to visit Santiago. We had 4 days to discover what the city was all about, so we set out to visit the main attractions, sample Chilean food (Comida Chilena), and explore various neighborhoods on foot. We may not have been able to see it all, but the following is our experience in the city. Many people daydream about traveling the world, but all of them have the same excuse - lack of money. Tomislav, after traveling the world for years with almost no money, shows how it is possible for everyone to do the same, if they really want to. Tomislav Perko, 29, is a travel writer from Croatia. After a career of a stockbroker, broke because of the financial crisis, he hits the road and turns it into his home. He uses alternative ways of traveling – hitchhiking, couchsurfing, working/volunteering, and manages to wander around the world with just a little bit of money in his pocket, meeting the most amazing people on the way. Five years later, he publishes a book “1000 Days of Spring” and goes around giving lectures about what it means to live on the road. Find out more on his websi...

There are wonders of the world and then there are places on planet earth that seem like they deserve an upper echelon category. Machu Picchu is certainly one of those places. The lost city of the Incas, also known as the Old Mountain (Machu Pikchu), is a 15th-century Inca site located 2,430 meters above sea level. Visiting Machu Picchu again for a second time was a reconfirmation of its ability to impress all over again. We toured the site, this time around with a guide, on the first day with rainy conditions in the morning and overcast by the afternoon. On the second day, it was just gorgeous and sunny outside from the moment we arrived. My biggest tip for anyone visiting Machu Picchu is to budget several days to visit the site because of its sheer size and how unpredictable the weather c...

I'm tired of my life but my heads alright
I got the fever off a man I know
I can feel it comin' in the air tonight
And I know, I know, I know
Swear I heard a song on the radio
My heart is laughing back at me
I can see it comin' but I just don't know
If it's gon' , it's gon, it's gonna let me be
As I saw, on the breeze
I can see the sons of those who came before me
And it's got me on my knees
What you say, anyway
Will not last, it'll pass, it'll flash right there before me
And it's got me on my knees
Cos I got the fever
Yeah I got the fever
Cos I got the fever
I'm tired of my life but my heads alright
