Dental Insurance
If I am a new patient, what will I have to pay on my first visit?
With confirmed and current insurance coverage, a new patient should expect to pay approximately $25.
Will I have to pay my co-pay at the time of service?
Yes, Patients estimated percentage is due when services are rendered. No exceptions.
Is my dental insurance accepted?
Creative Dentistry, P.C. accepts PPO or indemnity dental plans. Creative Dentistry, P.C. is not a member of any managed care networks. Creative Dentistry, P.C. is considered an out-of-network provider.
Is financial assistance available?
Yes, CareCredit and Citi Health financial assistance is available.
