Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) are essentially the same thing. They’re used to improve the security of our information, by requiring us to provide two or more ‘factors’ of authentication to prove who we are.
There are three main factors; What you are, what you know, and what you have.
Username and password is an example of what you know. However, if your password is stolen, someone can impersonate you.

Hello,
im August 2016 habe ich meine Ausbildung als medizinische Fachangestellte gestartet und wusste nicht so ganz was alles so auf mich zukommt. Denn vor genau 3 Jahren war klar, dass ich die Ausbildung mache und ich habe auf Youtube nach Info´s zu dieser Ausbildung/diesem Beruf gesucht, aber leider nichts gefunden. Da wurde mir klar, wenn du fertig bist, dann musst du genau so ein Video drehen, damit diese Ausbildung auch vertreten ist. Denn von so vielen Ausbildungen gibt es Videos (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Bankkaufmann/frau,...), nur eben nicht zur Ausbildung MFA :(
Ich rede in diesem Video von Fakten und meinen Erfahrungen. Ich habe meine Ausbildung in Niedersachsen gemacht, die Daten können also in anderen Bundesländern abweichen (so that u know).
Ich bin sehr froh diese Ausbildung gemacht zu haben, da sie mich so viel gelehrt hat und weil ich mich in dieser Zeit auch sehr zum positiven verändert habe.

Hello,
im August 2016 habe ich meine Ausbildung als medizinische Fachangestellte gestartet und wusste nicht so ganz was alles so auf mich zukommt. Denn vor genau 3 Jahren war klar, dass ich die Ausbildung mache und ich habe auf Youtube nach Info´s zu dieser Ausbildung/diesem Beruf gesucht, aber leider nichts gefunden. Da wurde mir klar, wenn du fertig bist, dann musst du genau so ein Video drehen, damit diese Ausbildung auch vertreten ist. Denn von so vielen Ausbildungen gibt es Videos (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Bankkaufmann/frau,...), nur eben nicht zur Ausbildung MFA :(
Ich rede in diesem Video von Fakten und meinen Erfahrungen. Ich habe meine Ausbildung in Niedersachsen gemacht, die Daten können also in anderen Bundesländern abweichen (so that u know).
Ich bin sehr froh diese Ausbildung gemacht zu haben, da sie mich so viel gelehrt hat und weil ich mich in dieser Zeit auch sehr zum positiven verändert habe.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) are essentially the same thing. They’re used to improve the security of our information, by requiring us to provide two or more ‘factors’ of authentication to prove who we are.
There are three main factors; What you are, what you know, and what you have.
Username and password is an example of what you know. However, if your password is stolen, someone can impersonate you.
That’s why a second factor such as sending a code to your phone, or using a fingerprint, can help secure our authentication.
Now an attacker would need to compromise multiple elements to impersonate you.
