Molesto - Acéfalo

Molesto hail from Santiago,Chile and bring a D-beat steamroller and not any gore thing as the cover would make you think of. Acéfalo (headless) is an 8 track home made recording and delivers 8minutes of down tuned D-beat crust punk with deep low vocals and  with a slght grind touch . The songs are simple in structure and hardly last over one minute. This is a decent effort for a made recording. Not any info about the band, there's only a bandcamp page and a mail for contact

Müerte-Promo cdr

Müerte is a D-Beat band from Santiago, Chile and this is a promo for their upcoming  'Solución/Extinción' ep. I have no idea about the band,  no any page or whatever, just their promo songs in bandcamp. Anyway the promo comes as cdr in 66 hand-numbered copies and consists of three songs and nearly six minutes of D-beat with old school flavor.

Bömbärdeo/Dissocial/Victimas - Jodida vida de mierda (split)

A D-beat punk attack in a three way split with one band from Chile and two bands from Colombia: All bands move in the same music direction and each band contributes three tracks: We have met two of them before, Bömbärdeo from Santiago, Chile and Victimas from Antiogua, Colombia, D-Beat punks Bömbärdeo have several releases under their belt, this is their new work after Misfortunes of War cd from 2017, raw punks Victimas is a new band, they first appeared with a three track demo and here they deliver three new songs, Dissocial come from Medellin, Colombia and offer three tracks of primitive and noisy D-beat.  Jodida vida de mierda is released by Espiral DIYscos, Disordera Records and Descomunal Recs,currently in bandcamp and soon as cassette and cdr. BÖMBÄRDEO-Misfortunes of war (cd, 2017)

D-beat punks BÖMBÄRDEO from Chile keep spreading noise since 2013 and strike again with their sixth release, Misfortunes of war wich comes as cd, it was self-released and in co-operation with Espiral DIYscos (Chile), Eskaramuza Distro (Chile), Disordera Records (Colombia) and Combas de Odio (Argentina). The cd consists of 10 tracks, recorded in two sessions, the first 5 were recorded and mixed in June 2015 at McEnzie Records, while the songs from 6 to 10, they were recorded through a live multitrack session in April 2017.Music wise the band delivers noisy D-beat punk same as their previous works and the two covers, Wheel of Life (Anti Cimex) and Hasta cuando (D.H.K.) are nicely mutilated. The cd is lenghty enough since last over 22 minutes, it is available in bandcamp, the band provides a downnload link including the songs, artwork and lyrics. Great fuck copyright attitude! Future plans include a tour in Colombia during in November 2017 and a split tape with Colombian punks Doomsday. hope to hear news from them soon

Bömbärdeo/Total Silence-War is a black hole to mankind split cd

War is a black hole to mankind is a split cd with two bands well known to the frequenters of this blog since works of both bands are posted here. Bömbärdeo from Chile and Total Silence from Brazil team up and bring six songs (three tracks for each band) of pure D-beat. Bömbärdeo contribute two own songs and one Disclose cover and once again they deliver the goods: Their old school D-beat is just fine, noisy and full of anger and wrath, this is simillar to their recording for the split with D.H.K. the cover of Smell of rotten corpse is excellent and stands equal to the original. Total Silence and Guile bring the D-beat he developed in War Graves and so good in Mass Death And Sorrow, great effort and simillar to Besthöven's noize. Guile's tour in Chile with the addition of two members on bass and drums (as we know Total Silence is one man band) was the reason for this split cd, these songs are going to appear in a split 7" with Brafcharge from South Africa. All and all this is a honest and nice effort from some guys who love D-beat, there is a download link provided by the bands (thanx Asti!), check also the bandcamp pages, the cd was released by Eskaramuza distro, No War Rec, Backpack Recs and Spiral DIYscos

Bömbärdeo/D.H.K.-La Vida Es Un Infierno! split cd

La Vida Es Un Infierno! is a split cd with two bands from South America:Bömbärdeo from Chile and D.H.K. from Peru contribute five songs each and both deliver a sonic hell of D-beat raw punk. Bömbärdeo hail from Santiago, they started in 2013, i posted their debute D-Beat Purista Punk back in 2014, in 2015 they released En vivo Salas de Independecia (live in Argentina in December '14) this split is their third release. D.H.K. (Destruye, Huye, Krea) come from Lima, Peru, they are active since 2011 and they are one of the top bands of this country with several releases under their belt (check here )while a split w Maquina Muerta is planned for the 2016, La Vida Es Un Infierno! is a DIY effort, released by the bands and delivers 21 minutes of noisy and raw D-beat. Both bands deliver simillar noise and fit nicely in the split: Raw, primitive, distorted and chaotic noise punk with political lyrics (in Spanish). There's no need to rant more about it. If you are in to D-beat/raw punk then you know what's goin' on here. Na-Die-Crias del consumismo

Na-Die is one man band from Chile and Crias del consumismo is the first release, the guy behind ths project has as main influences Discharge, Doom,Agathocles, Misa Histerica, Los Crudos, Desobediencia Civil , Anti Cimex and Kaaos so its very obvious what to expect here: Raw and distorted D-beat, shouted vocals in Spanish dealing with the usual topics and its unbelievable that there are 30 songs here (yes, 30) including several covers (Doom, Napalm Death, Misa Histerica etc) and i say unbelievable because its one man band and all work has been done by this guy, this is enough to say congruts! Sound quality is raw and primitive. Download link is provided by the band and the file includes arwork and lyrics. i don't need to say anything, best wishes for more releases!

Habitos De Rabia-demo 2013

Some pure D-beat noise here: Habitos De Rabia come from Chile, they formed in 2011 as duet (the drummer is in a band named Hatecharged)band this demo is an absolutely diy effort, it was recorded in 2013, it came out in 66 copies and was distributed by the band and local distros. Having as main infuences bands such as Disclose, Besthoven and Aus Rotten, they recorded eight songs including Doom's Slave to Convention cover. So, the usual and expected stuff is here: D-beat drumming, three chord riffs, shouted vocals and political lyrics, The sound quality is raw and primitive. Forgotten Soul-War Is Most Ancient Rites Of Mankind demo

Forgotten Soul is one man project from Chile and War Is Most Ancient Rites Of Mankind is a six track demo recorded and self-released by Matias who's behind this noise making: "I am the founder of Forgotten Soul, a band from Chile which has only one member playing d-beat-metalpunk-blackmetal, this is a sample 6 demo of my work, the lyrics speak of poverty, war, crime, hate, all this work was recorded in my own studio underground, greetings." Music wise this is brutal and relentless blackened D-beat with distorted vocals, political lyrics and raw sound qualty. I didn't see any site of project but some youtube vids of this demo plus some newer material. Enoy it!

Bombardeo-D-beat purista punk

Bombardeo is a D-beat duet from Santiago, Chile and D-beat purista punk is their first release, released and distributed by Sin Futuro Diskos. The band is a side project and includes two members of Estereotipo Degollao (both ED releases are posted here and there). As the name of title and the cover artwork aesthetic reveals, D-beat purista punk consists of D-beat and a pure worship of  Discharge, Anti Cimex and Disclose: There are seven tracks here, four own songs and covers of Discharge and Destrucciön and Olimpo Dis as well which is a short of medley and lyric wise repeats the titles of some classics (Protest to survive, Hear Nothing, see nothing sea nothing, When the innocent die, Once War Started.). The sound of recording is raw but descent and the lack of bass is not noticable, lyrics deal with war and its horror (Bombardeo translates bombing). There is no any reinvention of (D-beat) wheel here, these guys just pay homage to their influences and deliver the same shit brought by myriads of other Dis bands and managed to keep it in a descent level, nothing more and nothing less than this, so D-beat lovers this is for you. Hope to hear new songs by them soon. D-beat purista punk is available for free on bandcamp (along with the lyrics in Spanish) and there also is a download link provided by the band. No more ranting, go listen it.

Estereotipo Degollao-$hile, the best student of Capitalism

Estereotipo Degollao send their greets from Chile, we met them in Songs to Self-Extermination ep which was posted some months ago, "we are a band from Chile who performs accelerated crustpunk rebellious lyrics and libertarian,we took a couple of years playing always focused on delivering a message in our lyrics. Music is our way of fighting and tried to carry the consequence in all aspects of our life". $hile, the best student of Capitalism is their second work and delivers four songs plus a bonus track taken from their upcoming  split ep and as they say "$ hile = offends the name of our country (Chile) starting the word with the sign dollar, linking it to the damn capitalism"

Fotëmapula-st demo 2013

i can't much about this band since i know nothing abou them: Fotëmapula hail from Antofagasta, Chile and here is their demo recorded and released in summer of  '13. Don't know anything about the band and their fb page has not any information. They were formed in 2012 and this is their first demo. The demo delivers four tracks of neo crust/ hardcore. the songs are lenghty, (the demo lasts over twenty minutes)  the singer shouts in Spanish and the tempo varies from slow/midpaced emotional parts to fast outberaks.  Estereotipo Degollao is a crustpunk quartet from Chile and Songs to self-Extermination is their first ep, there is no any information about them on the web and Asti's (guit,) info in his mail was " we are a band from Chile who performs accelerated crustpunk rebellious lyrics and libertarian. Bio Atómico Terror-Masacre cd ep 2012

Bio Atómico Terror hail from one of the corners of the world, Valvidia in southern Chile. they started as one man band as a way of expression of feelings born of continuous destruction of life by mankind and human's apathy and soon became a quartet, the first effort was the six track Evolución Macabra demo tape (check one song here), recorded and released  in 2010 by Acción Ilícita Distro Sur. Masacre is their first official release it comes in cd format and came out in collaboration of several labels (La Lluvia No Cesará, Acción Ilícita Distro Sur, Apocalyptic Monolith, Maldita Cruz,Virus Punk, Bombas De Odio and Quien Calla Otorga.The cd consists of eleven songs and nearly 24 minutes of  (death) metal influenced brutal crust: Fast drumming with blasting parts, metal driven and thrashing guitar riffs, decent sound quality, rough and brutal vocals standing above the instruments and with singing style and brutality that make it sound like coming from a death metal band singer, lyrics are in Spanish. The whole thing stands between old school death metal of early '90's and crust. This is brutal as hell.

Disthory-Perfidia y Óbito demo 2012

When a band is Dis named we all expect another Discharge/Disclose influenced band, when the name comes from Discharge and Bathory then you should expect some Bathory influences in the typical D-beat, right? yes that's what we got here: Disthory (great name!) is one man Black Metal/Crust Punk band from Chile, formed by Karthagoat (who is also vocalist/guitarist in the Speed Metal/Punk band Hatecharged, the band was formed in 2012, Perfidia y Óbito (Treachery and Death) is the first demo and deliver twelve songs including covers of Anti Cimex, Discharge, Bad Religion and Destrucciσn. As expected this is D-beat worship (Anti Cimex, Discharge) with black metal influences (Bathory,Darkthrone) and sometimes it reminds Disflesh (Warmaggedon era), the cover songs are well played (Never Again and When the Innocent Die are great covers), a couple of tracks seem to come from different sessions since the production is slightly different. This is a nice demo and worth to give a listening. Toke De Keda-Globalizacion assesina demo 2007

Toke De Keda come from Santiago, Chile and this is their demo from 2007 delivering twelve anthems of political anarcho punk despite the "crossover metalpunx" follow to their name in their facebook page. this is all out political punk, with anarchist lyrics about the usual topics, (elections, corporation greed, globalization etc), there are many melodic and sing along parts here and there and the sound is descent. They seem to be very active since they have a bunch of releases under their belt,you can find their catalogue and download links too in their facebook shit, i didn't listen their other releases yet, so i can't tell what's was their direction after Globalizacion assesina, from the myspace tracks is obvious that they walked into crossover/thrash pathway. Anyway this is good Latino American Anarcho punk so give it a listening (link is provided by the band)

Morder-demo tape 2010

Morder hail from Chile and this is their demo tape recorded in summer of 2010, i don't know anything about them (and about Chile's scene..), this demo was kindly offered by one of band members who also wrote some information: "We are a crust punk band called "Morder", we dont use myspace, we are ex-members of several bands like "La Ira de Bonanno","pulpita de fruta" and "Nacidxs del Fuego".
The tape brings six tracks of crust with rough yelled male/female vocals, mid paced beat with gloom and sludgy feeling, there are some slower emotional parts here and some faster breaks there, sound is raw and primitive. There are two links to get it(.wav link is 280 Mb)

Ahora es Cuando-Demo 2008

Ahora es Cuando hail from Chile, they started in 2003 under the name Destruccion Masiva De Un Mundo Aparte and the next year they changed it to Ahora es Cuando, this demo was recorded in 2008. Music wise these dudes deliver an amazing blending of screamo post-hardcore with a few crust elements walking in the path of Yaphet Kotto, Envy, Anomie and the likes. There are five tracks here with dark melodies and melacholic leading parts, acoustic breaks, screamed vocals and beat changes. Power and anger are always there and some crust hints appear from time to time.The band seems to be politically awared and thats always a plus. Great demo, the songs last over thirteen minutes.

Marcel Duchamp-Disket (cd,2002)

Toxic Boys from Crucified For Your Sins blog kindly offered this demo with this weird cover artwork: Marcel Duchamp hail from Chile and their name is of an artist from France who was associated with dadaist and surrealist movements.
MD formed in 2001 and seem to be all out political aware, "Disket" came out in 2002 as promo of "Buscando luz de topos" lp. The artwork is unusual for a hardcore/punk band and it delivers four tracks less of one minute each and music wise MD are in the vein of bands such as Los crudos, Huashipungo", Spazz, @patia-No and Desobediencia Civil. Lyrics deal with working class support, rejecting the government proclamation of individual freedoms, rejection of any form of discrimination, rejection of dictatorship in Chile and the implications of this.
