PERFORM has a dedicated Client Services team that facilitates the efficient delivery and management of projects on behalf of partners. The twenty-strong team of account managers and project managers is responsible for scoping, costing, delivering, trouble shooting and reporting on partners' projects.
Supporting the Account Managers is a team of Finance Managers who assess and analyse partners' progress and provide reports on a monthly basis to ensure KPIs are being achieved.
