Plot: Makar and Kamru live in a small village in Garhwal. All the men in the village work in the city. Makar's friends' fathers visit the village regularly, with gifts for the family. But Makar and Kamru have not seen their father for 5 years. When he does come home, Makar and Kamru find that not only has he not brought them any gifts, he scolds them regularly, and disciplines them too much. Makar's friends, Bupi and Pusu convince him that his father may be an impostor. They plan to get rid of their father, through a magic potion from a witch in the forest, Pagli Dadi. But instead they meet Pagli Dadi's granddaughter, Ghungra who takes them for a merry ride. On the way, the boys learn many lessons, including that people are not always what they seem, and magic may work in unpredictable ways.

Plot: After being orphaned at the age of 12 and living with incompatible relatives, Kailash ends up on the streets, is picked by police and lodged in a cell at the age of 18. It is here he will be interrogated by S.P. Rathod and given an option of either rotting in jail or spying for him. He undertakes to co-operate fully with Rathod, undergoes training, and infiltrates a gang of Andhra Pradesh Naxalites - successfully arranging the death of its' leader, Mahendra Thapa. Kailash is made aware that the greatest threat he faces is from the police themselves - who consider him fully dispensable. Thereafter he is given a new identity, Vinayak Deviprasad Marathe, and instructed to infiltrate a gang run by Mammu, which he not only does but also befriends Mammu's step-son, Biju, as well as invites sexual attention from Mammu's wife, Didi. Biju is killed in a police encounter, while Pasha kills Mammu, and carries on an affair with Didi. Then Pasha's associate, Mustafa, also gets killed, and an Egypt-based gangster offers senior-level police officers Rs.30 Lakhs to reveal the name of the informer. With such a large amount tempting already corrupt police at all levels - will Kailash' safety be compromised?

Plot: Four slackers and con-men namely: Boman Contractor, who lives a wealthy lifestyle with his eccentric dad, Nari, who loves his antique car more than his son, and asks his son to leave when he damages the car; hot-headed Aditya and dim-witted Manav, orphaned brothers; and Deshbandhu Roy, a trickster who wears a magnetized belt; share a room with a lenient landlady, who eventually gives up on them and kicks them out. After a number of con tricks, the group are arrested by the Police, but released in the countryside. At this point they witness a car plummet down a cliff, with it's sole occupant, Bose, an underworld don, who, before dying, tells them that he has hidden 10 Crore Rupees in cash in the St. Sebastian's Garden, Goa, and if they find it, it is their's to keep. The group race toward Goa in Contractor's stolen car, little knowing that their plans will soon be foiled, albeit hilariously, by Police Inspector Kabir Nayak, who is angered at this Department for not appreciating his honesty, and is instead penalizing him by transferring him to Yavatmal; a bus hijacker-cum-bandit named Baabubhai, who holds Deshbandhu hostage, and Nari Contractor, who wants the money to repair his now completely damaged car. All want an equal part of the bounty, and each and everyone of them will do anything, even break-up their friendship, rules, laws, and regulations in order to try and keep the cash for themselves, and eventually end up in a race, using a wide assortment of vehicles, and even an airplane, with the winner(s) keeping the entire amount for themselves.

Plot: Manoharlal Agarwal is a wealthy businessman and lives with his family consisting of three sons: Pratap, Dilip & Babu, two daughters Nirmala & Munni; his wife, Sharda; & Pratap's wife; He asks Satyaprakash Agarwal to be the sole arbitrator in a matter concerning himself and Hariram. Before the arbitration, he gets his daughter, Nirmala, who is studying in college, to get engaged to Satyaprakash's son, Ajay, who has recently completed his college. Hoping that this will get the arbitration verdict in his favor, he gets a shock when Satyaprakash gives a decision in Hariram's favor. Angered at this humiliation, Manoharlal breaks off the engagement between Ajay and Nirmala, and gets himself appointed as a sole arbitrator in a matter with Satyaprakash on one side and Manikchand on the other. Manoharlal intends to use this position to financially ruin Satyaprakash, and he also intends to wed Nirmala with a man named Murli shortly. Along the way, the train derails and Madhu's friend is killed. Before dying, she makes Madhu promise to "take her place" at her in-laws. Thus Madhu becomes a new person. But, her old ex-boyfriend knows and she is actually connected to the people of Naini Tal in more ways than she knows...

Plot: Reformist melodrama about widow-remarriage. Nannha is sent to an orphanage and Saroj marries Ramesh, who loves her but is unaware of her previous marriage or of being a stepfather, while Saroj misses her dead husband and longs for her absent son. Plot: A realistic treatment of industrial working-class conditions. Shot on location in a Bombay textile mill, the schematic plot opens with the death of a benevolent mill owner whose good daughter Padma (Bibbo) and drunken playboy son Vinodh (Nayampalli) must now run the business jointly. Vinodh's ruthlessly exploitative management prompts Padma amd her protégé Kailash (Jairaj) to lead a strike against her brother. Vinodh turns violent, goes to prison and the mill closes. With the workers' support and a providential order, Padma restarts the business in a humanitarian way and marries Kailash.
