देश में प्रदूषण के बढ़ते स्तर को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट काफी चिंतिंत है। 2000 सीसी डीजल गाड़ियों पर रोक लगाने के बाद अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने लोगों के स्वास्थ्य को देखते हुए बीएस-3 गाड़ियों के निर्माताओं को बड़ा झटका दिया है। कोर्ट ने 1 अप्रैल 2017 से ऑटो निर्माता कंपनियों के बीएस-3 मॉडल की गाड़ियां बेचने पर रोक लगा दी है. इसके बाद सिर्फ बीएस-4 कारें ही बेची जा सकेंगी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सोसायटी ऑफ ऑटोमोबाइल मेन्युफैक्चरर्स ने याचिका लगाकर मांग की थी कि बीएस-3 कारों की बिक्री को 1 अप्रैल के बाद भी जारी रखने की अनुमति दी जाए ताकि वो अब तक बन चुकी 8 लाख 24 हज़ार कारों को बेच सके। ऑटो कंपनियों के पास कुल 8 लाख 24 हज़ार बीएस वाहन स्टॉक में पड़े हैं. इसमें साढ़े छह लाख से ज़्यादा दोपहिया वाहन, करीब 40 हजार तिपहिया, 96 हजार के करीब व्यावसायिक वाहन और करीब 16 हजार कारें हैं. उन्हें इस मामले में केंद्र सरकार का भी समर्थन मिला था। लेकिन अदालत ने वाहन कंपनियों को राहत देने से साफ इनकार कर दिया। इससे पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा था कि वाहन कंपनियों को 2014 में ही बीएस-चार अधिसूचना के बारे में पता था और जब लोगों को 2010 से ही इसके बारे में जानकारी हो गई थी, इसके बावजूद कंपनियों ने स्टाक खत्म नहीं किया. कोर्ट ने कहा कि सड़क पर चलने वाली गाड़ियों के अनुपात में संख्या कम हो, लेकिन लोगों के स्वास्थ्य को ताक पर नहीं रखा जा सकता.कोर्ट ने कहा कि यह मामला सीधे-सीधे स्वास्थ्य से जुड़ा है और ऐसे मामले में हम कंपनियों के फायदे के लिए लोगों के स्वास्थ्य को खतरे में नहीं डाल सकते. आपको बतादें कि माना जाता है कि बीएस-3 के मुकाबले बीएस-4 मानक की गाड़ियों से कम प्रदूषण होता है।

1. BS3 is compulsory for all india, while BS4 is compulsory for all metro cities.
2. Most petrol powered passenger cars in India have already converted to BS4 years ago.
3. BS is basically the emission standards given by Government of India to regulate the air pollutants coming from internal combustion engine.
4. The difference between BS3 and BS4 follows: BS3 carbonmonoxide 2.30 g/km HC 0.20 g/km NOX 0.15 g/km But in BS4 carbonmonoxide 1.00 g/km HC 0.10 g/km NOX 0.08g/km
5. Bs4 vehicle is costly than bs3.
6. BS means Bharat Stage. BS-III and BS-IV are environmental standards for vehicle emissions.
7. Bharat stage III norms have been enforced across the country since October 2010. From April 2010, Bharat stage IV emission norms are in place in 13 major cities in India.
8. Bs4 has turbocharger with intercooler. Also it has common rail injection system Controlled by electronic control unit. BS3 has rotary type injection system. Intercooler is optional.
9. Bs4 engine is very good and less polluting.

देश में प्रदूषण के बढ़ते स्तर को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट काफी चिंतिंत है। 2000 सीसी डीजल गाड़ियों पर रोक लगाने के बाद अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने लोगों के स्वास्थ्य को देखते हुए बीएस-3 गाड़ियों के निर्माताओं को बड़ा झटका दिया है। कोर्ट ने 1 अप्रैल 2017 से ऑटो निर्माता कंपनियों के बीएस-3 मॉडल की गाड़ियां बेचने पर रोक लगा दी है. इसके बाद सिर्फ बीएस-4 कारें ही बेची जा सकेंगी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सोसायटी ऑफ ऑटोमोबाइल मेन्युफैक्चरर्स ने याचिका लगाकर मांग की थी कि बीएस-3 कारों की बिक्री को 1 अप्रैल के बाद भी जारी रखने की अनुमति दी जाए ताकि वो अब तक बन चुकी 8 लाख 24 हज़ार कारों को बेच सके। ऑटो कंपनियों के पास कुल 8 लाख 24 हज़ार बीएस वाहन स्टॉक में पड़े हैं. इसमें साढ़े छह लाख से ज़्यादा दोपहिया वाहन, करीब 40 हजार तिपहिया, 96 हजार के करीब व्यावसायिक वाहन और करीब 16 हजार कारें हैं. उन्हें इस मामले में केंद्र सरक...

4. The difference between BS3 and BS4 follows: BS3 carbonmonoxide 2.30 g/km HC 0.20 g/km NOX 0.15 g/km But in BS4 carbonmonoxide 1.00 g/km HC 0.10 g/km NOX 0.08g/km
5. Bs4 vehicle is costly than bs3.
6. BS means Bharat Stage. BS-III and BS-IV are environmental standards for vehicle emissions.
7. Bharat stage III norms have been enforced across the country since October 2010. From April 2010, Bharat stage IV emission norms are in place in 13 major cities in India.
8. Bs4 has turbocharger with intercooler. Also it has common rail injection system Controlled by electronic control unit. BS3 has rotary type injection system. Intercooler is optional.

The sun blazed all day over the classic ski resort of Vallnord, Andorra for the 7th Stop on the Nike Chosen Series.
On a South facing slope the local ASP shaper crew worked tirelessly to get the kicker (15m to the sweet spot) riding well for all the competitors that turned up to show their skills, while MC Aitor Gonzalez and the park DJ Krapulia made sure it was the hottest place on the mountain that day.
With all riders getting into the session Xavi Rodriguez took Most Creative with an old school Suitcase Air and a super inventive BS Rodeo 5 Nosegrab. Josep Falga stood out with an inverted front 5, an Indy 5 and FS 7 Melon and ultimately claimed Best Style. The Best Female award went to Beth Climent Gerie showing style with a BS 3 and a Tailgrab; but with consistency, style and a multitude of switch tricks it was Bernat Ripoll who bagged the coveted Most Valuable Player (MVP) with SW BS 7 Stalefish, BS 5 Indy, SW BS 7 and FS 5 and in so doing earned his place at the Nike Chosen Sessions in April.

Art-el Gallery is delighted to announce 'Everything Begins with an E', a new body of work from the Graffiti writer and illustrator Erms.
UK born but now based in Paris, he continues to be active in the Parisian graffiti scene.
Taking diverse influence from classical New York and European graffiti, renaissance art through to pop art, traditional graphic design and illustration, the 80s Hip Hop movement and beyond. Erms takes us on a unique aesthetic exploration of the alphabet, of complex patterns, grids and graphic style.
The title for the show is inspired by the famous Rave track of the same name. It also plays with the first letter of the artists tag as well as having intrinsic links to the rave scene.
The theme highlights the dangers of both of these pursuits that become all-consuming, and when taken to the extreme, the darker elements begin to appear...
This is the artist's first UK solo exhibition since 2009 in the UK.
