Rebel Wilson suffers concussion on set of new comedy
Actor Rebel Wilson has revealed she suffered a concussion during a mishap while filming her upcoming movie, Isn't It Romantic.
She also thanked ambulance workers in New York's Long Island, where the film is currently shooting, who helped her after she was taken to a local emergency room.
"Slaying my mild concussion suffered today! Won't be doing any crazy stunts the next few days though!" she added in a tweet posted overnight.
The film, slated for release on Valentine's Day in 2019, stars Wilson as a disillusioned aspiring architect whose life transforms into her personal nightmare – a romantic comedy – after she's accidentally knocked unconscious by a street mugger.
It also stars fellow Aussie Liam Hemsworth, GLOW's Betty Gilpin, and Wilson's Pitch Perfect love interest Adam Devine.

Reps for Wilson and the film's studio Warner Bros did not immediately respond with details surrounding the injury, although paparazzi shots from the production have shown the actress completing her own stunts, including a scene where she's mowed down by a halal food cart.

The jury on the case found that eight articles published by the magazine were "substantially untrue" and that Wilson had suffered "serious harm" to her career, including loss of employment opportunities, due to their publication.
The actress said that damages awarded to her following the trial – reported to be around $7 million – would be given to charities and the local film industry to provide jobs.
Along with Pitch Perfect 3, which hits cinemas in December, Wilson is set to star in remakes of the '80s comedies Private Benjamin and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, the latter co-starring Anne Hathaway.
