Timaru (English pronunciation: /ˈtɪməˌruː/;Māori: Te Tihi-o-Maru) is a major port city in the southern Canterbury region of New Zealand, located 157 kilometres southwest of Christchurch and about 196 kilometres northeast of Dunedin on the eastern Pacific coast of the South Island. The Timaru District, a territorial authority of 49,850 people (2013 census) in and around Timaru City (37,205), includes a prosperous agricultural hinterland with links to smaller rural communities such as Pleasant Point (1,310), Temuka (4,780), and Geraldine (2,904). The town of Waimate is about 43 kilometres to the south just off the main highway to Oamaru and Dunedin. The Timaru urban area is the second largest city in the Canterbury Region, after Christchurch.
Caroline Bay beach is a popular recreational area located close to Timaru's city centre, just to the north of the substantial port facilities. Beyond Caroline Bay, the industrial suburb of Washdyke is at a major junction with State Highway 8, the main route into the Mackenzie Country. This provides a road link to Fairlie, Twizel, Lake Tekapo, Aoraki / Mount Cook and Queenstown.
Jono and Ben, previously titled Jono and Ben at Ten, is a satirical news and entertainment show hosted by Jono Pryor and Ben Boyce. The show currently airs on TV3 on Friday nights at 7:30 pm. The show combines pre-filmed sketches, pranks and parodies, linked together by segments filmed in front of a small studio audience. A third presenter, Guy Williams sits in a chair to the right of the stage and provides comic foil for the hosts. In 2015 the show moved from 10pm to 7:30pm and was extended to run for an hour; due to the timeslot change, the show was renamed Jono and Ben.
Jono and Ben also host a radio show on The Rock between 3pm and 7pm weekdays.
The show began in 2012, bringing together presenters from two previous TV3 shows. Jono Pryor was previously the host of The Jono Project, which ran from 2008-2011, while Ben Boyce was one half of the popular long running series Pulp Sport and his own series, WANNA-BEn. Jono and Ben at Ten combines elements from both hosts' former shows, including the topical media satire of The Jono Project and hidden camera stunts involving the public that Pulp Sport was famous for.

Timaru's Centennial Park (widely known amongst locals as 'The Scenic'), which forms the western (ish) town boundary. The area is popular with walkers and mountain bikers. It is a lovely park in a small valley, with a mixture of native bush, pines, gums, oaks, and other exotic trees. A small lake and carpark lies at its heart, and a stream runs through the middle. It was quarried for rocks for harbour works in both the 19th and 20th centuries. Flying FPV with my BlackOut mini spider Hex. Enjoy :) #gigatowntimaru Music - Stay High (Habits remix) by Tove Lo.

Padre nostro
che sei nei cieli
dammi oggi
la volontà
Sono troppi
peccatori
giustiziere
io sarò
Alleluiah, Alleluiah
Alleluiah, sale al cielo
IO SONO QUI
ORA LO SAI
NEL NOME TUO
ORA VEDRAI
Padre nostro
che sei nei cieli
il tuo regno
tornerà
e la giusta
religione
con il sangue
tornerà
Alleluiah, Alleluiah
Alleluiah, sale al cielo
AIUTAMI
E' CIO' CHE VUOI?
LA MANO MIA
MUOVI PER NOI
IO SONO QUI
ORA LO SAI
NEL NOME TUO
