A disclaimer is generally any statement intended to specify or delimit the scope of rights and obligations that may be exercised and enforced by parties in a legally recognized relationship. In contrast to other terms for legally operative language, the term disclaimer usually implies situations that involve some level of uncertainty, waiver, or risk.
A disclaimer may specify mutually agreed and privately arranged terms and conditions as part of a contract; or may specify warnings or expectations to the general public (or some other class of persons) in order to fulfill a duty of care owed to prevent unreasonable risk of harm or injury. Some disclaimers are intended to limit exposure to damages after a harm or injury has already been suffered. Additionally, some kinds of disclaimers may represent a voluntary waiver of a right or obligation that may be owed to the disclaimant.
Disclaimers vary in terms of their uniformity. Some may vary depending on the specific context and parties involved, while other types of disclaimers may strictly adhere to a uniform and established set of formalities that are rarely or never modified, except under official authority. Some of these formal disclaimers are required pursuant to industry regulation, qualification for protection under a safe harbor, and other situations where the exact wording of a particular clause or document may be dispositive in the event of a legal dispute. (See e.g., Product liability, Toxicity Class, Rule against perpetuities, Public Health Cigarette Smoking Act.)
Disclaimer II is the second album released by the South African alternative metal band Seether. This disc is a recompilation of the band's first album, Disclaimer, from 2002. Although the 12 tracks from the original album are present, they have been slightly remixed and differ from the original. Also, the majority of the remixed tracks feature additional lead guitar melodies with the addition of a permanent lead guitarist to the band's line-up prior to the release of the album. In Europe, the album includes four tracks more than its predecessor; in the United States, the album has eight extra tracks, some of which had been previously released on soundtracks, such as "Hang On," which had been featured on the 2003 Daredevil soundtrack and "Out of My Way," which had been featured on the soundtrack to the 2003 horror film Freddy vs. Jason. "Fine Again" also appeared on Madden NFL 2003 and 1080° Avalanche.
A primary reason for the reworking of Disclaimer was the popularity of "Broken." Originally a simple acoustic ballad, it was remade into an electric, duet version with vocals by Amy Lee. This new version was originally featured on the 2004 Punisher soundtrack and had an accompanying music video. Both the US and European releases include the new rendition of "Broken," and Disclaimer II subsequently became Seether's most successful album commercially. The song "Sold Me" was used for WWE's Bad Blood pay per view, along with WWE also using "Out of My Way" as the entrance theme of Zach Gowen. The song "Take Me Away" is an acoustic version of a track from their first independent album (originally as Saron Gas), Fragile (2000).
A music video or song video is a short film integrating a song and imagery, produced for promotional or artistic purposes. Modern music videos are primarily made and used as a marketing device intended to promote the sale of music recordings. There are also cases where songs are used in tie in marketing campaigns that allow them to become more than just a song. Tie ins and merchandising could be used in toys are marketing campaigns for food and other products. Although the origins of music videos date back to musical short films that first appeared in the 1920s, they came into prominence in the 1980s when MTV based their format around the medium. Prior to the 1980s, these works were described by various terms including "illustrated song", "filmed insert", "promotional (promo) film", "promotional clip", "promotional video", "song video", "song clip" or "film clip". Since the creation and increased popularity of YouTube, mainstream artists now promote new music videos by releasing trailers of short promos on the site for their upcoming song and music video. Consequentially, YouTube has been converted into a social media platform for celebrities and artists to market themselves to their fans and audiences.

Here is the full album of Seether's Disclaimer from 2002, Came from my Disclaimer CD, even though Disclaimer II is better than Disclaimer, but it's a good album for Seether's Debut. Info and track listing below. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Released: August 20, 2002 Disclaimer is the major label debut by Alternative metal band Seether, released in 2002. It features three successful singles which would remain some of the band's most well-known songs. It is their first release under their current name after changing it from Saron Gas in 2002 to avoid confusion with a deadly nerve agent known as sarin gas. A great deal of pre-production took place in South Africa with supervision from a Wind-Up representative. I...

Started with $200 on a loan from my other store, now I'm at $15k in inventory. 60 days. You can do it too, but it takes hundreds of hours of work with limited capital. If you have the funds to buy More expensive stuff, it will grow much faster. All links, including my eBay store link in my linktree below. https://linktr.ee/10konthebay
I don't ask a lot but you guys should go and sign up for my Patreon in the link below at the $20 level or higher so I can spend a little more time making more guides and better videos for you and you can text/call me 9-5 PST for 1/1 help. I can help you make $1k/week on eBay, but realistically, you need $15k in capital, and 40 hours to resell. https://linktr.ee/10konthebay
I by no means have ever studied copyright laws (I probably will in the future so I know what is and is not copyright in my videos). I do not actually know if this game is or is not copyright material of the actual Minecraft game. Although it is an actual clone of Minecraft 0.6.0/0.6.1, I have no way of figuring out (at least, not right now) if this is truly copyright material. :) Just wanted to get that out the way. Hopefully you guys enjoyed the video! :) Intro Music: http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/544533?updated=1 Something to Note: I'm gonna be making another video on this game. The reason is that I found some more interesting stuff on it while searching through YouTube, and playing some survival. Edit: Please check this video out, because it is just like MaxCraft, only bett...
