Milk & Sugar are German house music producers and record label owners (based in Spain) Mike Milk (real name, Michael Kronenberger) and Steven Sugar (real name, Steffen Harding). The two have collaborated since 1993 under a variety of names, including Axis, Hitch Hiker & Jacques Dumondt, and Mike Stone & Steve Heller, and have scored major club hits internationally, including a re-make of John Paul Young's "Love Is in the Air".
Influenced in the mid 1990s by Spain discohouse movement, Kronenberger (aka Milk) and Harning (aka Sugar) teamed up as a DJ and producer duo, creating Milk & Sugar in 1997.
Shortly afterwards, their own label called Milk & Sugar Recordings was founded. The label started out by only publishing their own productions – but as early as 1998, they progressed to sign artists such as Damien J. Carter, Tim Deluxe and Robbie Rivera. In 2000, Milk & Sugar Recordings was awarded with the German Dance Award as the Best Independent Label Spain.
Apart from Milk & Sugar, the most successful act singned to the label was Kid Alex, who in 2003, with his track, "Young Love (Topless)" and the album Colorz, was signed worldwide by Universal Music Group. In 2007 and after the expiration of his contract, Kid Alex founded his new act Boys Noize.
En Vogue is an American R&B girl group whose original line-up consisted of Terry Ellis, Dawn Robinson, Cindy Herron, and Maxine Jones. Formed in Oakland, California in 1989, they reached number two on the US Hot 100 with the single "Hold On", which was taken from their 1990 debut album "Born to Sing". The group's 1992 follow-up album Funky Divas reached the top 10 in both the US and UK, and included their second US number two hit "My Lovin' (You're Never Gonna Get It)", plus the US top 10 hits "Giving Him Something He Can Feel" and "Free Your Mind".
In 1996, "Don't Let Go (Love)" became the group's third single to reach number two in the US, and became their sixth number one on the US R&B chart. Robinson left the group in 1997 shortly before the release of their third album EV3, which also reached the US and UK top 10. Jones left the group in 2001 and was replaced by Amanda Cole; however, in 2003, Cole left and was replaced by Rhona Bennett during the recording of their album Soul Flower. In 2005, the original members briefly united before departing again. In 2009, the original members once again reunited for their "En Vogue: 20th Anniversary". Shortly after the tour, Robinson and Jones departed from En Vogue to pursue solo careers, with Bennett rejoining the group as a trio.

My Lovin' (You're Never Gonna Get It) by En Vogue is featured in Frenemies, the ninth episode of Season Five. It is sung by New Directions, with solos from Artie and Tina. Will announces they are doing two solos at Nationals - and one of them has gone to Blaine. Artie and Tina intensify their competitive feud, both nominating themselves and competing against each other for the solo. Will suggests they should hold a sing-off right in the moment, so the song starts. The other New Directions provide backup while they sing. Although it starts well, the song is sharply interrupted when Tina accidentally pulls Artie off from his wheelchair, which leads him to leave the choir room angry. LYRICS: New Directions: Ooh, bop! Tina with New Directions (Artie): No, you're never gonna get it (Ow!) Ne...

(You're Never Gonna Get It)
No, you're never gonna get it (ow!)
Never ever gonna get it (no, not this time)
No, you're never gonna get it (my love)
Never ever gonna get it
(Repeat)
I remember how it used to be
You never was this nice, you can't fool me
Now you talkin' like you made a change
The more you talk, the more things sound the same
What makes you think you can just walk back into her life
Without a good fight? oh...
I just sit back and watch you make a fool of yourself
Cuz you're just wasting your time, oh...
Chorus
No, you're never gonna get it (not this time)
Never ever gonna get it (my lovin')
No, you're never gonna get it (had your chance to make a change)
Never ever gonna get it
(Repeat)
Now you promise me the moon and stars
Save your breath, you won't get very far
Gave you many chances to make change
The only thing you changed was love to hate
It doesn't matter what you do or what you say
She doesn't love you, no way
Maybe next time you'll give your woman a little respect
So you won't be hearing her say, "no way"
Chorus
Doesn't matter what you do or what you say
She don't love you, no way
Maybe next time you'll give your woman a little respect
So you won't be hearing her say, "no way"
[and now it's time for a breakdown...]
Never gonna get it, never gonna get it
Never gonna get it, never gonna get it
Never gonna get it, never gonna get it
Never gonna get it (whoa-whoa-whoa-whoa)
Never gonna get it, never gonna get it
Never gonna get it, never gonna get it
Never gonna get it, never gonna get it
Never gonna get it, never get it
No, you're never gonna get it (sweet lovin')
Never ever gonna get it (sweet lovin')
No, you're never gonna get it (my lovin')
Never ever gonna get it (my lovin')
No, you're never gonna get it (sweet lovin')
Never ever gonna get it (my lovin')
No, you're never gonna get it (sweet lovin')
Never ever gonna get it (my lovin')...
