Taken from the debut single by Cell, "Never Too High"/"Stratosphere," released in 1991 by Ecstatic Peace records—recorded in January 1991 by Jerry DiRienzo (guitar, vocals), Ian James (guitar, vocals), Letha Rodman (bass), and Keith Nealy (drums). "Stratosphere" was rerecorded with a slightly different lineup for SLO*BLO, Cell's first album on Geffen.
