Provo or Provos may refer to:
Salt Lake may refer to:
Provo /ˈproʊvoʊ/ is the third-largest city in the US state of Utah, located 43 miles (69 km) south of Salt Lake City along the Wasatch Front. Provo is the largest city and county seat of Utah County. It lies between the cities of Orem to the north and Springville to the south. With a population at the 2010 census of 112,488, Provo is the principal city in the Provo-Orem metropolitan area, which had a population of 526,810 residents at the 2010 census. It is the third-largest metro area in the state behind Salt Lake City and Ogden-Clearfield.
The city is home to Brigham Young University, a private higher education institution, which is operated by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church). Provo is also home to the largest Missionary Training Center for the LDS Church. The city is a key operational center for Novell and has been a focus area for technology development in Utah. The city is also home to the Peaks Ice Arena, which served as a venue for the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics in 2002. Sundance Resort is located 13 miles (21 km) northeast at Provo Canyon.
Lake City may refer to:
Lake City, as a city nickname, may also refer to any of the following cities:
Salt Lake City, often shortened to Salt Lake or SLC, is the capital and the most populous city in the U.S. state of Utah. With an estimated population of 191,180 in 2013, the city lies at the core of the Salt Lake City metropolitan area, which has a total population of 1,153,340 (2014 estimate). Salt Lake City is further situated within a larger metropolis known as the Salt Lake City-Ogden-Provo Combined Statistical Area. This region is a corridor of contiguous urban and suburban development stretched along an approximately 120-mile (190 km) segment of the Wasatch Front, comprising a total population of 2,423,912 as of 2014. It is one of only two major urban areas in the Great Basin (the other being Reno, Nevada), and the largest in the Intermountain West.
The city was founded in 1847 by Brigham Young, Isaac Morley, George Washington Bradley and numerous other Mormon followers, who extensively irrigated and cultivated the arid valley. Due to its proximity to the Great Salt Lake, the city was originally named "Great Salt Lake City"—the word "great" was dropped from the official name in 1868 by the 17th Utah Territorial Legislature. Home to the headquarters of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) and Temple Square, Salt Lake City was historically considered a holy city by members of the LDS church; Brigham Young called it a "Kingdom of Heaven on Earth". Today, however, less than half the population of Salt Lake City proper are members of the LDS Church.

As the freeway enters Utah County, it also enters Utah Valley, the Wasatch Front, and the Provo-Orem metropolitan area. Turning northeast, it enters the town of Santaquin, where US-6 begins its overlap with I-15 at the interchange with East Main Street/US-6/SR-198. Exiting Santaquin, the interstate turns north to pass by the western edge of Spring Lake before entering Payson, turning north east, and reaching the 800 South (SR-178) interchange. (Although not yet complete, construction began in late the spring of 2013 to add an additional lane of travel on both sides of I-15 from this interchange north to Spanish Fork.) Continuing northeast, the freeway reaches the interchange with North Main Street (SR-115/3200 West) in north Payson. Maintaining its course to the northeast it passes the eas...

So scared, I’ve been here some time before.
Don’t care what happened so long ago.
“Compare and despair” advice that you gave to me.
Seems to be fair. Let it freely be but
You know I can’t just roll on over and turn out the light.
You know it’s like a bed of nails trying to rest on a fight.
Open to this love! Babe you know I care.
Wont you be my honey bear, richer than a billionaire?
Open to this love, a gift from above!
It’s not about who’s wrong or right, just take the darkness out of
tonight.
Persevere and endear. Life begins after fear.
Doubt and you’re out. Let the soul beauty out.
I know we can grow. We’ve done it since we’ve been here.
We must let go. Love is truly dear.
Obsessing in perfection only tears us apart.
Never mind that attitude. Let’s focus on our heart.
Open to this love…
You know I won’t live a life of promises unmet.
You know I won’t live a life of despair and regret.
It seems that I thought fear was my enemy.
Now I can see how it’s been teaching me
How to be more vulnerable so I can lay out my gold
And rest in silver lining ‘cause love has no need to hold.
Open to this love…
Both strong, both weak, we’ve been playing hide ‘n seek.
Afraid of being wrong, this can go on for too long.
It’s an instant decision with compassion precision,
Let go of all you know and be one in the heart flow.
The present is the present, depending on intention.
Take the dare and be aware of how deeply you do care.
Believe and conceive and surely you’ll receive.
Feel the joy even cry. There are no reasons why.
