Transmission is a RPM Level V 4L65e. I did this because I wanted to try something different. You don't have to use the rods, the lever to the far left operates like a normal PRND lever. I don't use this at the drag strip (I just leave it in 3), but it is fun on the street. Shifter can be returned to stock. Thanks for watching.

Cid Inc's 2016 'State of Everything' EP marked a welcome return to his critically acclaimed Replug Records imprint. While focusing on material for Guy J's Lost & Found Records and Hernan Cattaneo's Sudbeat Music, it ended what was a two year hiatus from original projects on his home label. Following a nomination as Beatport's best progressive house artist for 2016, the new year began in spectacular fashion with a remix of 'Pan-O-Rama' by Roger Martinez, also coming courtesy of Replug Records. Delightfully driving and devilishly hypnotic the rework sits as the Finnish artist's lone production of the year. As Cid Inc. has continued to travel the globe pushing his progressive minded sound, anticipation has grown for his first original project of 2017. Once again the stars have aligned for a return to Replug as he now presents his latest artist showcase entitled 'Shifter'.
While distinctive in both cadence and design the Cid Inc sound is ever-evolving, proving his musical talent knows no boundaries. Played out over four stylistically diverse compositions the collection begins with the peak time opus and title cut 'Shifter'. Electrically charged with thumping kicks and rising rhythmic structures it's energetic intensity swarms over a four minute first act. As the beats fade into the main break buzzing synths and spine tingling pads converge for a minute of unadulterated bliss, before getting washed away into a killer drop.
Emotive and cinematic in equal measure, the fluid energy continues with 'Wanderer'. It's delicate framework is inspired, elusive yet charming, mesmerizing with each successive loop as percussive details fill in the storyboard. Melancholic chords rise into the second act as the groove remains locked, before the synth euphoria gets engulfed by a static wave and it's bubbly effervesce carries you home.
Taking the journey into more emotive territory 'Arcane Thoughts' entices both the heart and mind. Exceptionally developed groove aesthetics make for a pulsating framework while Cid Inc's musical imagination takes you on an expressive ride. Vivid melodies invite you into this impassioned beauty which eases wonderfully into the EP's closer 'Days Like These'. Four minutes of textural heaven lead this melancholic gem with haunting vocal trails blossoming into a rush of muted beats and organic percussion. Shimmering, joyous and deeply spiritual, Cid Inc has saved something special for the finale, rounding out what is a stunning collection of music.

2014 Gold Cup Road Race #1 @ PIR race highlights. Data from mychron4 + GPS sensor rendered in video with Race Render 3.
First time I even sat in the shifter kart. Racing in Sprint Stock CR125 class which uses a Honda CR125 2-stroke dirt bike engine and the 6-speed gearbox that goes with it.
Only got 4 laps of driving on my first practice run in the dry with slicks on and the track was a bit damp. Next time it was raining and I ended up rear-ending a guy who spun out in front of me in the 2nd lap (wreck at 4:05). This bent a steering column and tie rod and I was unable to compete in the first race. Second race it was raining while I was in the pits so I kept the rain tires on but then it suddenly became sunny and dry while I was waiting on grid. The rain tires burned up after a couple laps and then I was pretty much just having fun drifting around all the corners with no rubber for the rest of the race. Check out my tires at 7:00, haha. Anyone who chose slicks was much faster than me but I did pretty well against most of the other people who chose rain tires, which was about half the starting grid.

This mod increases the force needed to shift gears to give a more realistic feel. The mod makes throw of the gear shifts feel more positive. The original un-modded shifter needs about 500-600g of force to shift. The modded shifter needs about 900-1000g of force for each shift. This is a quick and easy mod to apply to your Logitech G Driving Force Shifter for G29 and G920 or G27. Shifter can be have the mod installed within a few minutes and also returned back to original. I have tested back and forth between modded and stock. I prefer the direct positive feel of modded shifter over the stock. I did this because I wanted to try something different. You don't have to use the rods, the lever to the far left operates like a normal PRND lever. Data from mychron4 + GPS sensor rendered in video with Race Render 3. First time I even sat in the shifter kart. Racing in Sprint Stock CR125 class which uses a Honda CR125 2-stroke dirt bike engine and the 6-speed gearbox that goes with it. Only got 4 laps of driving on my first practice run in the dry with slicks on and the track was a bit damp. Next time it was raining and I ended up rear-ending a guy who spun out in front of me in the 2nd lap (wreck at 4:05). This bent a steering column and tie rod and I was unable to compete in the first race. Second race it was raining while I was in the pits so I kept the rain ...

MOD TO IMPROVE THE SHIFTER for G29 + G920
This mod increases the force needed to shift gears to give a more realistic feel. The mod makes throw of the gear shifts feel more positive. The original un-modded shifter needs about 500-600g of force to shift. The modded shifter needs about 900-1000g of force for each shift. This is a quick and easy mod to apply to your Logitech G Driving Force Shifter for G29 and G920 or G27. Shifter can be have the mod installed within a few minutes and also returned back to original. I have tested back and forth between modded and stock. I prefer the direct positive feel of modded shifter over the stock. Delightfully driving and devilishly hypnotic the rework sits as the Finnish artist's lone production of the year. As Cid Inc. has continued to travel the globe pushing his progressive minded sound, anticipation has grown for his first original project of 2017. Once again the stars have aligned for a return to Replug as he now presents his latest artist showcase entitled 'Shifter'.
While distinctive in both cadence and design the Cid Inc sound is ever-evolving, proving his musical talent knows no boundaries. Played out over four stylistically diverse compositions the collection begins with the peak time opus and title cut 'Shifter'. Electrically charged with thumping kicks and rising rhythmic structures it's energetic intensity swarms over a four minute first act. As the beats fade into the main break buzzing synths and spine tingling pads converge for a minute of unadulterated bliss, before getting washed away into a killer drop.
Emotive and cinematic in equal measure, the fluid energy continues with 'Wanderer'. It's delicate framework is inspired, elusive yet charming, mesmerizing with each successive loop as percussive details fill in the storyboard. Melancholic chords rise into the second act as the groove remains locked, before the synth euphoria gets engulfed by a static wave and it's bubbly effervesce carries you home.
Taking the journey into more emotive territory 'Arcane Thoughts' entices both the heart and mind. Exceptionally developed groove aesthetics make for a pulsating framework while Cid Inc's musical imagination takes you on an expressive ride. Vivid melodies invite you into this impassioned beauty which eases wonderfully into the EP's closer 'Days Like These'. Four minutes of textural heaven lead this melancholic gem with haunting vocal trails blossoming into a rush of muted beats and organic percussion. First time I even sat in the shifter kart. Racing in Sprint Stock CR125 class which uses a Honda CR125 2-stroke dirt bike engine and the 6-speed gearbox that goes with it.
Only got 4 laps of driving on my first practice run in the dry with slicks on and the track was a bit damp. Next time it was raining and I ended up rear-ending a guy who spun out in front of me in the 2nd lap (wreck at 4:05). This bent a steering column and tie rod and I was unable to compete in the first race. Second race it was raining while I was in the pits so I kept the rain tires on but then it suddenly became sunny and dry while I was waiting on grid. The rain tires burned up after a couple laps and then I was pretty much just having fun drifting around all the corners with no rubber for the rest of the race. Check out my tires at 7:00, haha. Anyone who chose slicks was much faster than me but I did pretty well against most of the other people who chose rain tires, which was about half the starting grid.

This mod increases the force needed to shift gears to give a more realistic feel. The mod makes throw of the gear shifts feel more positive.
The original un-modded shifter needs about 500-600g of force to shift. The modded shifter needs about 900-1000g of force for each shift.
This is a quick and easy mod to apply to your Logitech G Driving Force Shifter for G29 and G920 or G27.
Shifter can be have the mod installed within a few minutes and also returned back to original.
I have tested back and forth between modded and stock. I prefer the direct positive feel of modded shifter over the stock.
