Meditation Music for Stretching
I put together this ONE hour video of meditation music along with a soft gong sound that will play EVERY minute in order for the user to know how long they are holding their stretches. (I hold most of my stretches for about a minute each)
Prior to this, I would stretch while looking at a countdown timer. It was distracting to always have to look at the timer on my phone, so I created something that I can listen to.
I added the countdown timer to the video in case you forget what minute you are on.
My hope is to bring aid to those who have trouble stretching regularly and to help bring people to a peaceful existence.

I put together this ONE hour video of meditation music along with a soft gong sound that will play EVERY minute in order for the user to know how long they are holding their stretches. (I hold most of my stretches for about a minute each)
Prior to this, I would stretch while looking at a countdown timer. It was distracting to always have to look at the timer on my phone, so I created something that I can listen to.
I added the countdown timer to the video in case you forget what minute you are on.
My hope is to bring aid to those who have trouble stretching regularly and to help bring people to a peaceful existence.
