Möja

Möja is an island in the Stockholm archipelago in Sweden. Möja is one of the most popular islands in the archipelago for travellers and boaters, and is also significant in size.

Möja is frequented by the ferries of Waxholmsbolaget and other companies, and is easily accessible from Stockholm. There are food stores, cafés, restaurants, and hostels, and other facilities mostly destined to tourism.

Möja Archipelago

Möja forms part of the Storö-Bockö-Lökaö Nature Reserve, in Swedish colloquially referred to as Möjareservatet. Historically, this group of islands used to belong to the villages on Möja. Each village owned a specific island, which is still reflected in the names of the islands (i.e. Bergbo, Storö, Lökaön, and Ramsmoraö). Since the 19th century, all these islands have been subdivided into smaller plots of land. No permanent settlement on these islands are older than the 19th century, before which they were exclusively used for grazing, fishing, hunting, and for cultivating strawberries.

Todor "Toše" Proeski (Macedonian: Тодор "Тоше" Проески [ˈtɔʃɛ ˈprɔɛski]; 25 January 1981 – 16 October 2007) was a Macedonian multi-genre singer, songwriter and actor. He was popular across the entire Balkan area and was considered a top act of the local Macedonian music scene. He was dubbed "Elvis Presley of the Balkans" by BBC News. He died in a car crash on Zagreb–Lipovac A3 highway, near Nova Gradiška in Croatia at the age of 26.

Biography

Early years

Proeski was born in Prilep and grew up in Kruševo as the son of an Aromanian family. After his musical talent was discovered at the age of 12, he was chosen to perform at the popular children's song festival Zlatno Slavejče (eng.: Golden Nightingale) in Skopje, performing the song "Јаs i mојоt dеdо" in Aromanian language. This was his first public music performance; however, his successful career began in 1996 when he participated in the teenage music festival Melfest in Prilep.

Since the creation and increased popularity of YouTube, mainstream artists now promote new music videos by releasing trailers of short promos on the site for their upcoming song and music video. Consequentially, YouTube has been converted into a social media platform for celebrities and artists to market themselves to their fans and audiences.
