Powershop Passes can only be obtained by switching your electricity to Powershop. See powershop.com.au/miff for more details. Powershop Passes cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, either in full or part. Tickets booked on a Powershop Pass can be exchanged online for a fee of $1 per ticket, or in person or over the phone for $2.50 per ticket. Exchanges close 2 hours prior to session start times. Powershop Passes passes can be redeemed for a total of 6 tickets, across a single or multiple sessions. Powershop Passes are valid for standard sessions only, and cannot be used for Opening Night, Closing Night, Centrepiece Gala and Special Events.
