► Things you will need to make Lemon Soap:
- Clear Glycerin Soap
- White Glycerin Soap
- Round moulds in different sizes (or cookie cutter in
different sizes)
- Yellow soap colourant (you can use yellow soap pigments to avoid colour bleeding)
- Lemon Soap Scent (or Lemon Essential Oil)

Easy tutorial of DIY school supplies – how to make pencil cases in a shape of different fruits. All you will need is plastic folder, glue, shoelaces (or old T-shirt) and zipper (not necessary).
I chose 4 colors of plastic file folders – green (my favorite), yellow, orange and pink. Therefore I made green kiwi pencil case, yellow lemon, orange orange (lol) and pink watermelon.
#1 - The Lemon Pencil Case is the easiest one.
I took folder with a clip so did not have to attach other fastener. For this type of DIY pencil case you will need a plate (round), a pencil, scissors, stapler (or hot glue), flat shoelace (salad or yellow), sheet of paper, a piece of kitchen sponge and white nail polish.
#2 – The Watermelon Slice Pencil Case.
This is my favourite! Although it is the hardest one. But EASY anyway. You will need a pink plastic file folder, old t-shirt (white), double-sided tape, green gouache, glue gun, zipper (green), black and white permanent markers.
I suggest to use old T-shirt because it's a great substitute for shoelaces. But you can use whatever you want. If you decided to cut your t-shirt – here is a measurements: 4 strips - length about 40 cm (depends on cases' size), width 5 cm EACH.
I love to paint with gouaches on clothes. Yes, better not to wet it after dry, but for accessories (such as pencil case is) it is perfect. Sure, you can use clothes dye or just cut two t-shirts (green and white).
#3 – The Kiwi Slice Pencil Case.
Awesome green! Almost the same way as Watermelon Case, but with a flat salad shoelace. My boyfriend said it would be useful for someone to watch how to draw kiwifruit – so now you have this opportunity :)
#0 – The Orange Pencil Case.
I did not show how to make it only because it is a combination of Lemon Pencil Case (I mean drawing slices with stencils and nail polish), Watermelon Pencil Case (zipper) and Kiwi Pencil Case (shoelace).

Lemon is a citrus provides vitamin C mainly our body. Best of all is that being a natural remedy, does not require much money and in no time you can prepare.
INGREDIENTS:
-4 whole unpeeled organic lemons.
-2 tablespoons grated ginger.
-4 heads of garlic.
-2 liters of water.
PREPARATION METHOD:

Lemon
The lemon (Citrus × limon) is a species of small evergreen tree native to Asia.
The tree's ellipsoidal yellow fruit is used for culinary and non-culinary purposes throughout the world, primarily for its juice, which has both culinary and cleaning uses. The pulp and rind (zest) are also used in cooking and baking. The juice of the lemon is about 5% to 6% citric acid, which gives a sour taste. The distinctive sour taste of lemon juice makes it a key ingredient in drinks and foods such as lemonade and lemon meringue pie.
History
The origin of the lemon is unknown, though lemons are thought to have first grown in Assam (a region in northeast India), northern Burma or China. A study of the genetic origin of the lemon reported it to be hybrid between bitter orange (sour orange) and citron.
Lemons entered Europe near southern Italy no later than the first century AD, during the time of Ancient Rome. However, they were not widely cultivated. They were later introduced to Persia and then to Iraq and Egypt around 700 AD. The lemon was first recorded in literature in a 10th-century Arabic treatise on farming, and was also used as an ornamental plant in early Islamic gardens. It was distributed widely throughout the Arab world and the Mediterranean region between 1000 and 1150.

Pencil case
A pencil case or pencil box is a container used to store pencils. A pencil case can also contain a variety of other stationery such as sharpeners, pens, glue sticks, erasers, scissors and rulers.
Pencil cases can be made from a variety of materials such as wood or metal. Some pencil cases have a hard and rigid shell encasing the pens inside, while others use a softer material such as plastic, leather or cotton. Soft versions are typically fastened with a zipper. Decorated versions are popular with schoolchildren depending on age and gender.
The intent of having a pencil case is for easy portability of small item such as pencil.
Early pencil cases were round or cylindrical in shape. Some early pencil cases were decorated with jasper (one from 1860) or platinum (from 1874). In 1946, the first patent for pencil case was placed in the United States. This patent was made by Verona Pearl Amoth. He also invented many other related inventions. For example, he invented replaceable erasers for pencils.

Easy tutorial of DIY school supplies – how to make pencil cases in a shape of different fruits. All you will need is plastic folder, glue, shoelaces (or old T-shirt) and zipper (not necessary). I chose 4 colors of plastic file folders – green (my favorite), yellow, orange and pink. Therefore I made green kiwi pencil case, yellow lemon, orange orange (lol) and pink watermelon. #1 - The Lemon Pencil Case is the easiest one. I took folder with a clip so did not have to attach other fastener. For this type of DIY pencil case you will need a plate (round), a pencil, scissors, stapler (or hot glue), flat shoelace (salad or yellow), sheet of paper, a piece of kitchen sponge and white nail polish. #2 – The Watermelon Slice Pencil Case. This is my favourite! Although it is the hardest one. But EASY anyway. You will need a pink plastic file folder, old t-shirt (white), double-sided tape, green gouache, glue gun, zipper (green), black and white permanent markers. I suggest to use old T-shirt because it's a great substitute for shoelaces. But you can use whatever you want. If you decided to cut your t-shirt – here is a measurements: 4 strips - length about 40 cm (depends on cases' size), width 5 cm EACH. I love to paint with gouaches on clothes. Yes, better not to wet it after dry, but for accessories (such as pencil case is) it is perfect. Sure, you can use clothes dye or just cut two t-shirts (green and white). #3 – The Kiwi Slice Pencil Case. Awesome green! Almost the same way as Watermelon Case, but with a flat salad shoelace. My boyfriend said it would be useful for someone to watch how to draw kiwifruit – so now you have this opportunity :) #0 – The Orange Pencil Case. I did not show how to make it only because it is a combination of Lemon Pencil Case (I mean drawing slices with stencils and nail polish), Watermelon Pencil Case (zipper) and Kiwi Pencil Case (shoelace). Easy tutorial of DIY school supplies – how to make pencil cases in a shape of different fruits. All you will need is plastic folder, glue, shoelaces (or old T-shirt) and zipper (not necessary).
I chose 4 colors of plastic file folders – green (my favorite), yellow, orange and pink. Therefore I made green kiwi pencil case, yellow lemon, orange orange (lol) and pink watermelon.
#1 - The Lemon Pencil Case is the easiest one.
I took folder with a clip so did not have to attach other fastener. For this type of DIY pencil case you will need a plate (round), a pencil, scissors, stapler (or hot glue), flat shoelace (salad or yellow), sheet of paper, a piece of kitchen sponge and white nail polish.
#2 – The Watermelon Slice Pencil Case.
This is my favourite! Although it is the hardest one. But EASY anyway. You will need a pink plastic file folder, old t-shirt (white), double-sided tape, green gouache, glue gun, zipper (green), black and white permanent markers.
I suggest to use old T-shirt because it's a great substitute for shoelaces. But you can use whatever you want. If you decided to cut your t-shirt – here is a measurements: 4 strips - length about 40 cm (depends on cases' size), width 5 cm EACH.
I love to paint with gouaches on clothes. Yes, better not to wet it after dry, but for accessories (such as pencil case is) it is perfect. Sure, you can use clothes dye or just cut two t-shirts (green and white).
#3 – The Kiwi Slice Pencil Case.
Awesome green! Almost the same way as Watermelon Case, but with a flat salad shoelace. My boyfriend said it would be useful for someone to watch how to draw kiwifruit – so now you have this opportunity :)
#0 – The Orange Pencil Case.
I did not show how to make it only because it is a combination of Lemon Pencil Case (I mean drawing slices with stencils and nail polish), Watermelon Pencil Case (zipper) and Kiwi Pencil Case (shoelace).

— Lemons are great for your lymphatic system. I love carrots for my liver and for energy. Celery has naturally occurring sodium which allows nutrients to penetrate your cells, and so keeps your body from stoning up! De-calcify the tissues with a lot of celery! Fennel is great for the lungs, and excellent for the 'female' and 'male' bodily fluids (if ya know what I mean!!). The leafy greens like swiss chard have the amino acids and alkalinity my body needs.
— I am here to be humble. There are a lot of different opinions out there, and I understand. The context I am working in is on the side of the healing. I'm not really directly focused on helping athletes to achieve better performance, although they certainly could still see improvements if they ate and drank more fruits and vegetables as well! Lemon is a citrus provides vitamin C mainly our body. Best of all is that being a natural remedy, does not require much money and in no time you can prepare.
INGREDIENTS:
-4 whole unpeeled organic lemons.
-2 tablespoons grated ginger.
-4 heads of garlic.
-2 liters of water.
PREPARATION METHOD:
-The first thing you do is perfectly wash the lemons, because it will be used with the shell. Cut them into pieces and set aside. Proceed in the same way with the garlic.
-Pour into blender or food processor lemons, garlic and grated ginger.
-In a saucepan put water hurt with this liquid for 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let cool.
-Strain and pour the liquid preparation obtained in a bottle or glass jar with a lid which is then stored in the refrigerator.
Consumption mode:
Drink a glass of this smoothie fasted for 3 weeks. Take a week off and repeat the procedure.
It is likely that the taste is not very pleasant. If you find it very hard to taste, you can add a teaspoon of honey to soften.

DIY Pencil Cases FRUITS (Watermelon, Lemon, Kiwifruit) – NO SEW DIY School Supplies
Easy tutorial of DIY school supplies – how to make pencil cases in a shape of different fruits. All you will need is plastic folder, glue, shoelaces (or old T-shirt) and zipper (not necessary). I chose 4 colors of plastic file folders – green (my favorite), yellow, orange and pink. Therefore I made green kiwi pencil case, yellow lemon, orange orange (lol) and pink watermelon. #1 - The Lemon Pencil Case is the easiest one. I took folder with a clip so did not have to attach other fastener. For this type of DIY pencil case you will need a plate (round), a pencil, scissors, stapler (or hot glue), flat shoelace (salad or yellow), sheet of paper, a piece of kitchen sponge and white nail polish. #2 – The Watermelon Slice Pencil Case. Easy tutorial of DIY school supplies – how to make pencil cases in a shape of different fruits. All you will need is plastic folder, glue, shoelaces (or old T-shirt) and zipper (not necessary).
I chose 4 colors of plastic file folders – green (my favorite), yellow, orange and pink. Therefore I made green kiwi pencil case, yellow lemon, orange orange (lol) and pink watermelon.
#1 - The Lemon Pencil Case is the easiest one.
I took folder with a clip so did not have to attach other fastener. For this type of DIY pencil case you will need a plate (round), a pencil, scissors, stapler (or hot glue), flat shoelace (salad or yellow), sheet of paper, a piece of kitchen sponge and white nail polish.
#2 – The Watermelon Slice Pencil Case.
This is my favourite! Although it is the hardest one. But EASY anyway. You will need a pink plastic file folder, old t-shirt (white), double-sided tape, green gouache, glue gun, zipper (green), black and white permanent markers.
I suggest to use old T-shirt because it's a great substitute for shoelaces. But you can use whatever you want. If you decided to cut your t-shirt – here is a measurements: 4 strips - length about 40 cm (depends on cases' size), width 5 cm EACH.
I love to paint with gouaches on clothes. Yes, better not to wet it after dry, but for accessories (such as pencil case is) it is perfect. Sure, you can use clothes dye or just cut two t-shirts (green and white).
#3 – The Kiwi Slice Pencil Case.
Awesome green! Almost the same way as Watermelon Case, but with a flat salad shoelace. My boyfriend said it would be useful for someone to watch how to draw kiwifruit – so now you have this opportunity :)
#0 – The Orange Pencil Case.
I did not show how to make it only because it is a combination of Lemon Pencil Case (I mean drawing slices with stencils and nail polish), Watermelon Pencil Case (zipper) and Kiwi Pencil Case (shoelace).

Celery has naturally occurring sodium which allows nutrients to penetrate your cells, and so keeps your body from stoning up! De-calcify the tissues with a lot of celery! Fennel is great for the lungs, and excellent for the 'female' and 'male' bodily fluids (if ya know what I mean!!). The leafy greens like swiss chard have the amino acids and alkalinity my body needs.
— I am here to be humble. There are a lot of different opinions out there, and I understand. The context I am working in is on the side of the healing. I'm not really directly focused on helping athletes to achieve better performance, although they certainly could still see improvements if they ate and drank more fruits and vegetables as well! Lemon is a citrus provides vitamin C mainly our body. Best of all is that being a natural remedy, does not require much money and in no time you can prepare.
INGREDIENTS:
-4 whole unpeeled organic lemons.
-2 tablespoons grated ginger.
-4 heads of garlic.
-2 liters of water.
PREPARATION METHOD:
-The first thing you do is perfectly wash the lemons, because it will be used with the shell. Cut them into pieces and set aside. Proceed in the same way with the garlic.
-Pour into blender or food processor lemons, garlic and grated ginger.
-In a saucepan put water hurt with this liquid for 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let cool.
-Strain and pour the liquid preparation obtained in a bottle or glass jar with a lid which is then stored in the refrigerator.
Consumption mode:
Drink a glass of this smoothie fasted for 3 weeks. Take a week off and repeat the procedure.
It is likely that the taste is not very pleasant. If you find it very hard to taste, you can add a teaspoon of honey to soften.
