PHILLIPSBURG -- Phillipsburg Easton Honda is holding a blood drive in partnership with Miller-Keystone Blood Center from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 9. Belvidere safeguards historic properties

BELVIDERE -- Council adopted an amended historic preservation ordinance, which outlines new guidelines and rules applying to properties located in the town's historic district.
