Hyne Timber is preparing a detailed proposal to design and build a fire station and emergency response centre in Maryborough made from engineered timber products. The project will showcase a developing building material; using Queensland grown timber to create a structure that will continue Maryborough’s historical relationship with the timber industry.

Car park operator International Parking Group has proposed to resolve The Prince Charles Hospital’s car parking needs by building two multi-storey car parks which will provide 1,500 bays, as well as office accommodation for 500 staff.
