ANSYS Workbench 17.0 Tutorial for a Non Linear Plastic Deformation Cantilever I-Beam with uniform varying load. In this tutorial I will go over the different plasticity models such as bilinear and multilinear isotropic hardening and how to get plastic deformation results in ANSYS 17.0. We will go over built in cross-sections, modeling of an I-Beam (or American Wide Flange Beam, W Beam), use of substeps and multistep problem creation, creating a stress-strain chart plot of the results with unloading, cross-section views and finally report generation. This lesson covers the basics of FEA with ANSYS and a very simple example which demonstrates the steps required to run an analysis in ANSYS. ------ Few Notes: - Somehow, the software I was using to capture was doing smart focusing that I was unaware of. This helps better quality in smaller video size, but may be bothering in some cases. I will try to turn this feature off for future videos. - While watching the video, I realized couple of my mistakes, such as typos or saying 1 meters. Oops, I will be more careful in next videos. - This video is pretty lengthy for it covers two topics: introduction to ANSYS and an example. Your patience is highly appreciated! - Please leave comments, ideas and question. They will help me to produce more helpful videos.

ANSYS v18.1 Workbench Tutorial video on how to use the topology optimization feature in order to reduce the total mass of a mechanical metal bracket. DOWNLOAD: SpaceClaim v18.1 Final Geometry File: https://goo.gl/Nj57Ns Long Description: We will begin by opening ANSYS v18.1 Workbench interface. Check the engineering data to ensure the proper material is selected (in our case it will be the default material). Open up SpaceClaim to create our geometry (note, you can always right click on the geometry cell and click to open in DesignModeler instead if you are more comfortable using it). Once in SpaceClaim, we will use the line tool and pull tool to create our metal bracket. Once created, we exit SpaceClaim and head into Mechanical to set up our loads and boundary conditions. Create a mesh ...
This CFD ANSYS tutorial demonstrates how to use the sliding mesh method (SMM) in order to simulate a 3D centrifugal pump to study its head gain and its efficiency. The model comprises a 3D pump casing and a rotating impeller. In order to carry out this CFD turbulent model, I used the engineering software FLUENT from ANSYS. To download the 3D Model, please visit: http://www.raefkobeissi.com/index.php/centrifugal-pump/
ANSYS Fluent Tutorial 1. Introduction on how to use fluid flow simulation in ANSYS. The example is unsteady (transient) flow over a cylinder and the Von Karman Effect with how to create a flow video animation file. ANSYS Workbench Tutorial for a simply supported beam with a center load or concentrated load. This is a continuation of my previous video (Part 1 - Uniformly distributed load) so please see that one first before starting this one! LINK TO XLS FILE: http://sh.st/nP5FH
ANSYS Workbench 17.0 Tutorial for a three-dimensional (3D) Bridge Truss with a surface slab as the platform. In this tutorial I will go over how to create line bodies or trusses in ANSYS DesignModeler as well as Surface Bodies. We will then go over creating manual contact regions between the truss and the platform or surface, creating the mesh, creating our fixed support and roller constraint (displacement), and finally the pressure load. We will analyze the stress results, deformation results, axial force, bending moment, shear-moment diagram, and reaction force results. ANSYS Workbench Tutorial using Explicit Dynamics to model a RC Beam (Reinforced Concrete Beam). Failed elements or cracked and crushed elements are deleted from the model as the analysis is running. Deformation of the Rebar is also shown. This is a high impact test of concrete. I will create a standard beam test video in the future for low speed cracking and crushing of the rc beam in ansys workbench. lucid dream
walking in a dark road
followed by an angel
falling from a ba dream
where everything seems real
standing at the crossroads
i’m running out of breath
lost within this underworld
i cannot wake up
i break the mirror
still can see my face
no way to get out of that place
searching a lost key that can take me off this wasteland
the clock is ticking in my head
i beg this shape, give me a break
but i can’t find the path
that’s leading out of my mind
i’ve nowhere to go
but i can fight somehow
free me from my sins
i’m trapped into my dream
with nowhere to go
but i can fight somehow
teach me how
tell me how
i’ll break those walls that stick my mind
hold me now
leave me now
