Kemp may refer to:
Shawn Travis Kemp (born November 26, 1969) is an American retired professional basketball player, who played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for 14 seasons. He was a six-time NBA All-Star and a three-time All-NBA Second Team member.
Kemp attended Concord High School in Elkhart, Indiana. A four-year varsity starter, he was considered one of the top four or five players nationally his senior year, and led his team to the state championship finals. Kemp ended his high school career as Elkhart County's all-time leading scorer and the owner of Concord's career, single-game and single-season scoring records. Despite his achievements and accolades, Kemp was bypassed for the coveted title of Indiana Mr. Basketball. Woody Austin won the award that year instead. There has been some speculation that Kemp was purposely passed over for the award because he verbally committed to Kentucky and didn't express interest in staying in-state to play college ball. ( Austin committed to Purdue University.) Kemp was selected to the 1988 McDonald's High School All-American team (considered one of the best classes of all-time), along with such notable players as Alonzo Mourning, Billy Owens, Todd Day, Lee Mayberry, Chris Mills, Anthony Peeler, and Stanley Roberts. Kemp scored a team-high 18 points for the West in a losing cause. The final score was 105-99 in favor of the East.
Ross James Kemp (born 21 July 1964) is an English actor, author and BAFTA award-winning investigative journalist who rose to prominence in the role of Grant Mitchell in the BBC soap opera EastEnders. Since 2006, Kemp has received international recognition as an investigative journalist for his critically acclaimed and award-winning documentary series.
After training at Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art Kemp received his equity card appearing at the Palace Theatre, Westcliff-on-Sea alongside actors John Thaw and Richard Wilson (Scottish actor). Other roles included, for example, Ministry of Defence (United Kingdom) training films and Graham Lodsworth in the ITV soap opera Emmerdale Farm (now Emmerdale). He then made guest appearances in episodes of London's Burning and Birds of a Feather. He was in a film called Playing Away in 1987 in a minor role alongside Neil Morrissey.
His most famous role to date is that of hardman Grant Mitchell in the BBC soap opera EastEnders. Kemp made his debut in February 1990. On-screen, Kemp, as Grant, was often at the centre of EastEnders' plots, amongst them abusive marriages to Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) and Tiffany Mitchell (Martine McCutcheon), and the "Sharongate" storyline, that saw Grant's brother Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) conduct an affair with his wife.
The National Basketball Association (NBA) is the pre-eminent men's professional basketball league in North America, and is widely considered to be the premier men's professional basketball league in the world. It has 30 franchised member clubs (29 in the United States and 1 in Canada), and is an active member of USA Basketball (USAB), which is recognized by FIBA (also known as the International Basketball Federation) as the national governing body for basketball in the United States. The NBA is one of the four major North American professional sports leagues. NBA players are the world's best paid sportsmen, by average annual salary per player.
The league was founded in New York City on June 6, 1946, as the Basketball Association of America (BAA). The league adopted the name National Basketball Association on August 3, 1949, after merging with its rival National Basketball League (NBL). The league's several international as well as individual team offices are directed out of its head offices located in the Olympic Tower at 645 Fifth Avenue in New York City. NBA Entertainment and NBA TV studios are directed out of offices located in Secaucus, New Jersey.
Los Angeles (i/lɒs ˈændʒəlᵻs/ loss AN-jə-ləs or loss AN-jə-liss) (Spanish for "The Angels"), officially the City of Los Angeles and often known by its initials L.A., is the second-largest city in the United States after New York City, the most populous city in the state of California, and the county seat of Los Angeles County.
Situated in Southern California, Los Angeles is known for its mediterranean climate, ethnic diversity, sprawling metropolis, and as a major center of the American entertainment industry. Los Angeles lies in a large coastal basin surrounded on three sides by mountains reaching up to and over 10,000 feet (3,000 m).
Historically home to the Chumash and Tongva, Los Angeles was claimed by Juan Rodríguez Cabrillo for Spain in 1542 along with the rest of what would become Alta California. The city was officially founded on September 4, 1781, by Spanish governor Felipe de Neve. It became a part of Mexico in 1821 following the Mexican War of Independence. In 1848, at the end of the Mexican–American War, Los Angeles and the rest of California were purchased as part of the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, thereby becoming part of the United States. Los Angeles was incorporated as a municipality on April 4, 1850, five months before California achieved statehood. The city experienced rapid growth with the discovery of oil.

Whatever it takes. But Hamilton also has a personal mission. His daughter was kidnapped years ago and forced into a painful life of slavery and pornography before being disposed of, never to be seen again. He has made it his personal mission to track down those responsible and eliminate them, and uses his loyal squad to do so. On one assignment Hamilton kills one of his own men, called Rick Vaughn, who was starting to ask too many questions about their methods, and the fact that they have stepped over too many lines. Is there any way back for any of them? Hamilton refuses to let any one person jeopardize the squad and his own personal mission and executes him. The squad goes back to business as usual. 6 months later and the squad are preparing to take down a criminal who actually buys women and children from our country and has them shipped overseas to be used for whatever purposes their purchasers require. However somebody has arrived in town, determined to find whoever killed his brother and make them pay any way he can. His name is Tom Vaughn, Rick's brother, and he is prepared to do anything he can to avenge his brother's death.

In December 2013 I traveled to Portugal to film a Surf Video with Camilla Kemp. We had 4 awesome days before the arrival of Xaver, a hurricane that caused havoc in Britain and roughend up the sea at Camilla Kemps favorite surf sites on the Portuguese coast. Despite mixed weather conditions and not so perfect waves, we captured good surf and had tons of fun with Camillas friends and family. Enjoy! Thanks to Camilla, her family, Miguel for additional filming, my brother Oliver for assistance, the whole young surfcrew, Pedro Barbudo and all that I may have forgotten. You´ve been awesome! The Insight Marketing department of a worldwide record company wanted a film that was fun and entertaining. So we made this.
This music was video produced by Rusty Gate Films. We shot this in an actual working metal foundry and it provided a great backdrop for the video. This video has a combo of "real" sparks and composited ones. All the sparks falling from the ceiling and bouncing around on the floor are tracked in an composited onto the live action footage. Also, the foreground, out of focus sparks are a mix of real and composited. I got these sparks from a package called "Action Essentials 2" by Video Co-Pilot. The clip was shot on the Canon 7D with the Zacuto Z-Cage and Zeiss ZF Primes. Edited in Final Cut Pro and graded with a combo of Red Giant Software's Colorista II and Magic Bullet Looks. I gotta learn how to lose and to choose my own wars
I gotta understand it's not me against the world no more
When you are sure as hell then I don't know
You are so pure and well when I am low
When you say "Sure as hell" then I say no
A spoke in your whell yeah like a bugging fly
A thorn in your side just like a constant red fly
On being an ass I've really been a pro
So can i say no?!
I know I've tread on your toes and it shows who I am
And all these situations and relations from the start
They were damned
I feel a need to stop when you say go
I am indeed a flop if you say
I feel a need to stop so I say no
A spoke in your whell yeah like a bugging fly
A thorn in your side just like a constant red fly
On being an ass I've really been a pro
