The Library of Congress Control Number (LCCN) is a serially based system of numbering cataloging records in the Library of Congress in the United States. It has nothing to do with the contents of any book, and should not be confused with Library of Congress Classification.
The LCCN numbering system has been in use since 1898, at which time the acronym LCCN originally stood for Library of Congress Card Number. It has also been called the Library of Congress Catalog Card Number, among other names. The Library of Congress prepared cards of bibliographic information for their library catalog and would sell duplicate sets of the cards to other libraries for use in their catalogs. This is known as centralized cataloging. Each set of cards was given a serial number to help identify it.
Although most of the bibliographic information is now electronically created, stored and shared with other libraries, there is still a need to identify each unique record, and the LCCN continues to perform that function.
This month's edition features Law Club, Mr. Spears, Archery, Guys and Dolls the play, and the new assistant track coach Ms. Orndorff.
Another of Richard L. Wren's series essentially giving away the contents of his booklet A PRACTICAL GUIDE TO WRITING & PUBLISHING A NOVEL -- which is mostly applicable to non-fiction books as well. Advice for authors on how to get your book done and published, and available with online booksellers, an easy and inexpensive (almost free) method based on what Wren learned with his own first novels. Nu stiu daca cer prea mult
Ma intreb daca s-ar putea
Atunci cand te chem in gand
Sa apari in viata mea...
Sa-mi spui ca voi fi a ta
Si-n zori sa te pot avea
Doar pe tine...
Ce mult te-as tzine...
Langa mine...
Cat de mult as vrea
Doar pe tine...
Sa te pot avea...
Refren:
Dorinta sa-mi-o implinesti
Nu cred ca e foarte greu
Sa vii si sa imi soptesti
Ca eu voi fi mereu
A ta si ma vei iubi
Mai mult in fiecare zi
Doar pe tine...
Pe tine te-as tzine...
Langa mine...
Cat de mult as vrea
Doar pe tine...
Sa te pot avea...
Refren:...
Langa mine...
Cat de mult as vrea
Doar pe tïne...
Sa te pot avea...
