One common question we receive is from customers who notice two charges on their bill. A supply and a delivery change.
They'll think..."Hey, I'm being double billed!"
Don't worry you aren't alone in this confusion. Between the tariffs, the fees, the different charges, and the way the bill is broken down you would think these bills were designed to be confusing.
Hopefully we can clear up some of this confusion.
Your energy bill is always the sum of two main components: supply and delivery charges.
The first portion is delivery. These charges come from your utility company. Utility companies like BGE, PEPCO, PPL, ComEd, PECO, Duquesne Light, West Penn Power, PSEG, Con Edison, and National Grid, and that's just to name a few. These utility companies own and maintain the wires, the poles, the pipes, they read your meters, provide emergency service and generate your bill. This portion is regulated. It is still a monopoly, so, you can't choose the utility company that services your address, it's predetermined by where you live.
Your utility company charges you to deliver your electricity or gas to your home using their wires or pipes.
The second portion is supply. This charge is strictly for the consumption of electricity or natural gas used during a certain period of time. It costs money to generate electricity and gas. You pay for what you use. For electricity it's per kWh. For gas it's per Therm. You use more..........you pay more. These charges come from your supplier, like us, Oasis Energy. Only this portion of your bill is deregulated. Meaning you have the option to choose which company you want to receive supply services from. It's a commodity, so, no one has better electricity or gas...it's all coming from the EXACT same place regardless of the supplier you choose.

If your bill suddenly went up...the first thing you want to do is check your consumption. Did you use a lot of electricity in the last month? Was it hot or cool and required a lot of energy to maintain a comfortable room temperature.
Next check your rate. Is your rate competitive? Are you on a fixed or variable rate? A variable rate may offer savings, but due to market factors or during times of high demand such as summer or winter the rates might go up. You may be better suited with a fixed rate.

Utility Company to Charge Fees for Peoples' Solar Panels.
Looks like the utility companies want their cut (or monthly fee) no matter what the customer does to save on electricity. This was Bill 1456 that passed in the Senate of Oklahoma 83-5. There wasn't even any debate on the issue of the rights of the homeowners who installed solar panels in their homes. Meanwhile elitist environmentalist like former Vice-President Al Gore use $2,500 worth of electricity each much for their private huge mansions. Elitist environmentalists like Al Gore actually have no concern for the environment at all. The real goals of the environmentalists is complete control of all resources and the removal of all private property rights.

Solar panel
Solar panel refers to a panel designed to absorb the sun's rays as a source of energy for generating electricity or heating.
A photovoltaic (in short PV) module is a packaged, connected assembly of typically 6×10 solar cells. Solar Photovoltaic panels constitute the solar array of a photovoltaic system that generates and supplies solar electricity in commercial and residential applications. Each module is rated by its DC output power under standard test conditions, and typically ranges from 100 to 365 watts. The efficiency of a module determines the area of a module given the same rated output – an 8% efficient 230 watt module will have twice the area of a 16% efficient 230 watt module. There are a few solar panels available that are exceeding 19% efficiency. A single solar module can produce only a limited amount of power; most installations contain multiple modules. A photovoltaic system typically includes a panel or an array of solar modules, a solar inverter, and sometimes a battery and/or solar tracker and interconnection wiring.

One common question we receive is from customers who notice two charges on their bill. A supply and a delivery change.
They'll think..."Hey, I'm being double billed!"
Don't worry you aren't alone in this confusion. Between the tariffs, the fees, the different charges, and the way the bill is broken down you would think these bills were designed to be confusing.
Hopefully we can clear up some of this confusion.
Your energy bill is always the sum of two main components: supply and delivery charges.
The first portion is delivery. These charges come from your utility company. Utility companies like BGE, PEPCO, PPL, ComEd, PECO, Duquesne Light, West Penn Power, PSEG, Con Edison, and National Grid, and that's just to name a few. These utility companies own and maintain the wires, the poles, the pipes, they read your meters, provide emergency service and generate your bill. This portion is regulated. It is still a monopoly, so, you can't choose the utility company that services your address, it's predetermined by where you live.
Your utility company charges you to deliver your electricity or gas to your home using their wires or pipes.
The second portion is supply. This charge is strictly for the consumption of electricity or natural gas used during a certain period of time. It costs money to generate electricity and gas. You pay for what you use. For electricity it's per kWh. For gas it's per Therm. You use more..........you pay more. These charges come from your supplier, like us, Oasis Energy. Only this portion of your bill is deregulated. Meaning you have the option to choose which company you want to receive supply services from. It's a commodity, so, no one has better electricity or gas...it's all coming from the EXACT same place regardless of the supplier you choose.

If your bill suddenly went up...the first thing you want to do is check your consumption. Did you use a lot of electricity in the last month? Was it hot or cool and required a lot of energy to maintain a comfortable room temperature.
Next check your rate. Is your rate competitive? Are you on a fixed or variable rate? A variable rate may offer savings, but due to market factors or during times of high demand such as summer or winter the rates might go up. You may be better suited with a fixed rate.
If you have a question about your bill or about your service give us a call. Our customer service staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have and make sure you are on the right plan for you.

I called and Had front yard marked by utility company to prevent damage to any other services that may be in the way it's the law. Didn't turn out like I wanted to with all the tree roots in the way, but hey we got it done.

British Gas attempted forced entry on 25 /1/2016 Leeds. The warrant had been awarded in a private capacity by the justice of the peace and British Gas. But the courts have no knowledge of the warrant and when i started asking questions he didn't want to talk about the warrant but he wants to help now.
I hope you learn from this video and may help you in the future loose the fear. be strong be happy. all the utility companies are at it. they go under the 1954 gas and electricity act 1954 warrant of entry. they are saying you meters are unsafe but that's the catch because their real intentions are to fit pre payment meters. and they can only be fitted by your consent.

A homeowner was wounded Wednesday morning in a struggle with an armed man who posed as a Utilities worker to gain entry to his southeast Colorado Springs home.
