Can Boxoffice be a proper tool to measure the quality of a film? Ofcourse not, many bad movies raking in huge numbers and good movies hardly getting noticed is part and parcel of Showbiz. That's exactly why even industry veterans fail to understand or anticipate a films outcome.

Mimi Leder (The Peacemaker) directed this science-fiction disaster drama about the possible extinction of human life after a comet is discovered headed toward Earth with the collision only one year away. Ambitious MSNBC reporter Jenny Lerner (Tea Leoni) stumbles onto the story, prompting a White House press conference. United States President Beck (Morgan Freeman) announces the government's solution: a team of astronauts will travel to the comet and destroy it. The team leader aboard the spaceship Messiah is Spurgeon Tanner (Robert Duvall), who was once the last man to walk on the moon. However, the mission fails, splitting off a chunk of the comet, now due to land in the Atlantic with the impact sending a 350-foot tidal wave flooding 650 miles inland, destroying New York and other cities. The larger part of the comet, hitting in Canada, will trigger an E.L.E. (Extinction Level Event), not unlike a "nuclear winter" as dust clouds block out the sun and bring life to an end. President Beck reveals Plan B: a cavernous underground retreat constructed to hold one million Americans, with most to be selected through a national lottery. Since teenage amateur astronomer Leo Biederman (Elijah Wood) discovered the comet, his family gets a pass to enter the cave, but his girlfriend Sarah (Leelee Sobieski) and her parents will be left behind. Meanwhile, still in space, Spurgeon Tanner devises a plan for a kamikaze-styled operation that could possibly save the Earth. Special visual effects by Scott Farrar and Industrial Light & Magic.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Mikayla Lewis) -- Counting the number of wrongs in movies is proving to be the right move for the creator of "CinemaSins."
The YouTube sensation started with two men working in movie theatres for decades.
CinemaSins co-founder, Jeremy Scott said, "It's a pretty thankless job, that whole time we were loving movies, making fun of movies and watching them together."
Jeremy Scott and Chris Atkinson took their passion out the theatre and online.
Scott explained, "Everything we were trying to do but failed on YouTube sort of all leads to this. We were doing some movie reviews that were sarcastic that nobody got. We deleted that channel."
They are keeping CinemaSins. The channel counts the errors in movies of all genres.
Chris Atkinson said, "I think we've tapped into what people already subconsciously feel about a lot of movies and we express it in our videos. We had no idea it would be big and huge."
In December 2012, more than 200,000 people watched the first video. Now the duo is expected to reach 3.5 million subscribers by the end of this year. Made In Network is a locally based media company, that now manages the channel.
Chris Atkinson added, "It really became official within three to four months, it was something you could quit your job over. I guess it's a dream come true."
The pair works more than 40 hours a week on their dream. Scott does most of the voicing. Both men help create a list of sins, then write and edit.
They are branching off with video diaries, movie recipes and even finding everything wrong with their own show. With more projects on the horizon, they say living in Music City does not hold them back.
Scott said, "We shouldn't have to move to L.A, there's enough talent here. I like the fact that we are kind of proving that. This is our home."

Film

The Black
The Black is a rock band from Austin, Texas that formed in 2002 when singer/songwriter David Longoria began collaborating with drummer Andy Morales. The two were later joined by renowned guitarist Alan Schaefer (son of famous guitar maker Ed Schaefer) and Nick Moulos of the Austin band The Crackpipes.
History
The group began playing regularly at Emo's and house parties until Schaefer moved to France to teach English in 2004. Longoria joined major label act ...And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead during the band's hiatus, his first performance with them on the Late Show with David Letterman in January 2005. Schaefer joined the rest of the band to support Trail of Dead on their European Worlds Apart tour. During the tour Trail of Dead was the band's backing band for a handful of shows.
Their full-length album Tanglewood was recorded in 2004 and released the spring of 2005 on their own record label K Woo.
The band's next release, titled Donna, was released in the summer of 2007.

Edward, the Black Prince
Edward of Woodstock KG (15 June 1330 – 8 June 1376), called the Black Prince, was the eldest son of King Edward III and Philippa of Hainault, and the father of King Richard II of England. He was the first Duke of Cornwall (from 1337), the Prince of Wales (from 1343) and the Prince of Aquitaine (1362–72).
He was called "Edward of Woodstock" in his early life, after his birthplace, and since the 16th century has been popularly known as the Black Prince. He was an exceptional military leader, and his victories over the French at the Battles of Crécy and Poitiers made him very popular during his lifetime. In 1348 he became the first Knight of the Garter, of whose order he was one of the founders.
Edward died one year before his father, becoming the first English Prince of Wales not to become King of England. The throne passed instead to his son Richard II, a minor, upon the death of Edward III.
Richard Barber comments that Edward "has attracted relatively little attention from serious historians, but figures largely in popular history."

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Mikayla Lewis) -- Counting the number of wrongs in movies is proving to be the right move for the creator of "CinemaSins." The YouTube sensation started with two men working in movie theatres for decades. CinemaSins co-founder, Jeremy Scott said, "It's a pretty thankless job, that whole time we were loving movies, making fun of movies and watching them together." Jeremy Scott and Chris Atkinson took their passion out the theatre and online. Scott explained, "Everything we were trying to do but failed on YouTube sort of all leads to this. We were doing some movie reviews that were sarcastic that nobody got. We deleted that channel." They are keeping CinemaSins. The channel counts the errors in movies of all genres. Chris Atkinson said, "I think we've tapped into what people already subconsciously feel about a lot of movies and we express it in our videos. We had no idea it would be big and huge." In December 2012, more than 200,000 people watched the first video. Now the duo is expected to reach 3.5 million subscribers by the end of this year. Made In Network is a locally based media company, that now manages the channel. Chris Atkinson added, "It really became official within three to four months, it was something you could quit your job over. I guess it's a dream come true." The pair works more than 40 hours a week on their dream. Scott does most of the voicing. Both men help create a list of sins, then write and edit. They are branching off with video diaries, movie recipes and even finding everything wrong with their own show. With more projects on the horizon, they say living in Music City does not hold them back. Scott said, "We shouldn't have to move to L.A, there's enough talent here. I like the fact that we are kind of proving that. This is our home." The hashtag Mikayla mentions in the story is #CinemaSinsDoWZTV

The comet makes impact in spectacular fashion, destroying the Eastern Seaboard of the United States.
FILM DESCRIPTION:
Mimi Leder (The Peacemaker) directed this science-fiction disaster drama about the possible extinction of human life after a comet is discovered headed toward Earth with the collision only one year away. Ambitious MSNBC reporter Jenny Lerner (Tea Leoni) stumbles onto the story, prompting a White House press conference. United States President Beck (Morgan Freeman) announces the government's solution: a team of astronauts will travel to the comet and destroy it. The team leader aboard the spaceship Messiah is Spurgeon Tanner (Robert Duvall), who was once the last man to walk on the moon. However, the mission fails, splitting off a chunk of the comet, now due to land in the Atlantic with the impact sending a 350-foot tidal wave flooding 650 miles inland, destroying New York and other cities. The larger part of the comet, hitting in Canada, will trigger an E.L.E. (Extinction Level Event), not unlike a "nuclear winter" as dust clouds block out the sun and bring life to an end. President Beck reveals Plan B: a cavernous underground retreat constructed to hold one million Americans, with most to be selected through a national lottery. Since teenage amateur astronomer Leo Biederman (Elijah Wood) discovered the comet, his family gets a pass to enter the cave, but his girlfriend Sarah (Leelee Sobieski) and her parents will be left behind. Meanwhile, still in space, Spurgeon Tanner devises a plan for a kamikaze-styled operation that could possibly save the Earth. Special visual effects by Scott Farrar and Industrial Light & Magic.

The comet makes impact in spectacular fashion, destroying the Eastern Seaboard of the United States.
FILM DESCRIPTION:
Mimi Leder (The Peacemaker) directed this science-fiction disaster drama about the possible extinction of human life after a comet is discovered headed toward Earth with the collision only one year away. Ambitious MSNBC reporter Jenny Lerner (Tea Leoni) stumbles onto the story, prompting a White House press conference. United States President Beck (Morgan Freeman) announces the government's solution: a team of astronauts will travel to the comet and destroy it. The team leader aboard the spaceship Messiah is Spurgeon Tanner (Robert Duvall), who was once the last man to walk on the moon. However, the mission fails, splitting off a chunk of the comet, now due to land in the Atlantic with the impact sending a 350-foot tidal wave flooding 650 miles inland, destroying New York and other cities. The larger part of the comet, hitting in Canada, will trigger an E.L.E. (Extinction Level Event), not unlike a "nuclear winter" as dust clouds block out the sun and bring life to an end. President Beck reveals Plan B: a cavernous underground retreat constructed to hold one million Americans, with most to be selected through a national lottery. Since teenage amateur astronomer Leo Biederman (Elijah Wood) discovered the comet, his family gets a pass to enter the cave, but his girlfriend Sarah (Leelee Sobieski) and her parents will be left behind. Meanwhile, still in space, Spurgeon Tanner devises a plan for a kamikaze-styled operation that could possibly save the Earth. Special visual effects by Scott Farrar and Industrial Light & Magic.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Mikayla Lewis) -- Counting the number of wrongs in movies is proving to be the right move for the creator of "CinemaSins."
The YouTube sensation started with two men working in movie theatres for decades.
CinemaSins co-founder, Jeremy Scott said, "It's a pretty thankless job, that whole time we were loving movies, making fun of movies and watching them together."
Jeremy Scott and Chris Atkinson took their passion out the theatre and online.
Scott explained, "Everything we were trying to do but failed on YouTube sort of all leads to this. We were doing some movie reviews that were sarcastic that nobody got. We deleted that channel."
They are keeping CinemaSins. The channel counts the errors in movies of all genres.
Chris Atkinson said, "I think we've tapped into what people already subconsciously feel about a lot of movies and we express it in our videos. We had no idea it would be big and huge."
In December 2012, more than 200,000 people watched the first video. Now the duo is expected to reach 3.5 million subscribers by the end of this year. Made In Network is a locally based media company, that now manages the channel.
Chris Atkinson added, "It really became official within three to four months, it was something you could quit your job over. I guess it's a dream come true."
The pair works more than 40 hours a week on their dream. Scott does most of the voicing. Both men help create a list of sins, then write and edit.
They are branching off with video diaries, movie recipes and even finding everything wrong with their own show. With more projects on the horizon, they say living in Music City does not hold them back.
Scott said, "We shouldn't have to move to L.A, there's enough talent here. I like the fact that we are kind of proving that. This is our home."

Mimi Leder (The Peacemaker) directed this science-fiction disaster drama about the possible extinction of human life after a comet is discovered headed toward Earth with the collision only one year away. Ambitious MSNBC reporter Jenny Lerner (Tea Leoni) stumbles onto the story, prompting a White House press conference. United States President Beck (Morgan Freeman) announces the government's solution: a team of astronauts will travel to the comet and destroy it. The team leader aboard the spaceship Messiah is Spurgeon Tanner (Robert Duvall), who was once the last man to walk on the moon. However, the mission fails, splitting off a chunk of the comet, now due to land in the Atlantic with the impact sending a 350-foot tidal wave flooding 650 miles inland, destroying New York and other cities. The larger part of the comet, hitting in Canada, will trigger an E.L.E. (Extinction Level Event), not unlike a "nuclear winter" as dust clouds block out the sun and bring life to an end. President Beck reveals Plan B: a cavernous underground retreat constructed to hold one million Americans, with most to be selected through a national lottery. Since teenage amateur astronomer Leo Biederman (Elijah Wood) discovered the comet, his family gets a pass to enter the cave, but his girlfriend Sarah (Leelee Sobieski) and her parents will be left behind. Meanwhile, still in space, Spurgeon Tanner devises a plan for a kamikaze-styled operation that could possibly save the Earth. Special visual effects by Scott Farrar and Industrial Light & Magic.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Mikayla Lewis) -- Counting the number of wrongs in movies is proving to be the right move for the creator of "CinemaSins."
The YouTube sensation started with two men working in movie theatres for decades.
CinemaSins co-founder, Jeremy Scott said, "It's a pretty thankless job, that whole time we were loving movies, making fun of movies and watching them together."
Jeremy Scott and Chris Atkinson took their passion out the theatre and online.
Scott explained, "Everything we were trying to do but failed on YouTube sort of all leads to this. We were doing some movie reviews that were sarcastic that nobody got. We deleted that channel."
They are keeping CinemaSins. The channel counts the errors in movies of all genres.

They are branching off with video diaries, movie recipes and even finding everything wrong with their own show. With more projects on the horizon, they say living in Music City does not hold them back.
Scott said, "We shouldn't have to move to L.A, there's enough talent here. I like the fact that we are kind of proving that. This is our home."

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Mikayla Lewis) -- Counting the number of wrongs in movies is proving to be the right move for the creator of "CinemaSins."
The YouTube sensation started with two men working in movie theatres for decades.
CinemaSins co-founder, Jeremy Scott said, "It's a pretty thankless job, that whole time we were loving movies, making fun of movies and watching them together."
Jeremy Scott and Chris Atkinson took their passion out the theatre and online.
Scott explained, "Everything we were trying to do but failed on YouTube sort of all leads to this. We were doing some movie reviews that were sarcastic that nobody got. We deleted that channel."
They are keeping CinemaSins. The channel counts the errors in movies of all genres.
