Nowadays Spain is known as one of top travel destinations in Europe but how did it become so internationally attractive and popular?
First of all, this country is rich in historical heritage, is home to many cultural monuments and the people of Spain are famous for preserving their old traditions and for organizing interesting festivals and celebration.

Before visiting a new country, you probably search high and low for all the things you should do during your stay. But what about all the things you shouldn't do? That's why we've prepared a list of 5 things NOT to do in Spain.
1. Don't Wear Swimwear on the Streets
It's illegal to venture out on the streets while wearing just your board shorts or a bikini. So make sure you pack a cover up in your beach bag so you're not hit with a hefty fine.
2. Don't Stop for a Plainclothes Police Officer
If you get stopped by a plainclothes officer, politely ask for a uniformed officer to come to the scene. Crime is relatively low in Spain but thieves may disguise themselves as officers to catch you off guard.
3. Don't Even Think About Eating Early
Lunch is generally served from 2 to 3 p.m. When dinnertime rolls around, most major restaurants don't begin serving until 8 p.m. If you don't think your tummy can make it that long, you can always fill up on some tapas until it's time to head off to your dinner reservations.
4. Don't Pack a Bunch of Clothes
Every city has its own little district where you can find a variety of brands and some beautiful trinkets. Madrid has a popular flea market called the Rastro, and Barcelona has Las Ramblas that's full of bargains. You're gonna want some extra space in your case.
5. Mind Your Step!
Spain has a bit of a poop epidemic. In Madrid, the situation got so bad they were forced to implement a $1,700 fine for those who didn't clean up their pets' waste. Even with the fine in place, excrement is still a major problem so watch where your step!

Extending to 1,214 km (754 mi), the Portugal–Spain border is the longest uninterrupted border within the European Union.
Spanish territory includes two archipelagos: the Balearic Islands, in the Mediterranean Sea, and the Canary Islands, in the Atlantic Ocean off the African coast. It also includes two major exclaves, Ceuta and Melilla, in continental North Africa; and the islands and peñones (rocks) of Alborán, Alhucemas, Chafarinas and Vélez de la Gomera. With an area of 505,990 km2 (195,360 sq mi), Spain is the second largest country in Western Europe and the European Union, and the fourth largest country in Europe. By population, Spain is the sixth largest in Europe and the fifth in the European Union.

Nowadays Spain is known as one of top travel destinations in Europe but how did it become so internationally attractive and popular?
First of all, this country is rich in historical heritage, is home to many cultural monuments and the people of Spain are famous for preserving their old traditions and for organizing interesting festivals and celebration.

Before visiting a new country, you probably search high and low for all the things you should do during your stay. But what about all the things you shouldn't do? That's why we've prepared a list of 5 things NOT to do in Spain.
1. Don't Wear Swimwear on the Streets
It's illegal to venture out on the streets while wearing just your board shorts or a bikini. So make sure you pack a cover up in your beach bag so you're not hit with a hefty fine.
2. Don't Stop for a Plainclothes Police Officer
If you get stopped by a plainclothes officer, politely ask for a uniformed officer to come to the scene. Crime is relatively low in Spain but thieves may disguise themselves as officers to catch you off guard.
3. Don't Even Think About Eating Early
Lunch is generally served from 2 to 3 p.m. When dinnertime rolls around, most major restaurants don't begin serving until 8 p.m. If you don't think your tummy can make it that long, you can always fill up on some tapas until it's time to head off to your dinner reservations.
4. Don't Pack a Bunch of Clothes
Every city has its own little district where you can find a variety of brands and some beautiful trinkets. Madrid has a popular flea market called the Rastro, and Barcelona has Las Ramblas that's full of bargains. You're gonna want some extra space in your case.
5. Mind Your Step!
Spain has a bit of a poop epidemic. In Madrid, the situation got so bad they were forced to implement a $1,700 fine for those who didn't clean up their pets' waste. Even with the fine in place, excrement is still a major problem so watch where your step!

Before visiting a new country, you probably search high and low for all the things you should do during your stay. But what about all the things you shouldn't do? That's why we've prepared a list of 5 things NOT to do in Spain.
1. Don't Wear Swimwear on the Streets
It's illegal to venture out on the streets while wearing just your board shorts or a bikini. So make sure you pack a cover up in your beach bag so you're not hit with a hefty fine.
2. Don't Stop for a Plainclothes Police Officer
If you get stopped by a plainclothes officer, politely ask for a uniformed officer to come to the scene. Crime is relatively low in Spain but thieves may disguise themselves as officers to catch you off guard.
3. Don't Even Think About Eating Early
Lunch is generally served from 2 to 3 p.m. When dinnertime rolls around, most major restaurants don't begin serving until 8 p.m. If you don't think your tummy can make it that long, you can always fill up on some tapas until it's time to head off to your dinner reservations.
4. Don't Pack a Bunch of Clothes
Every city has its own little district where you can find a variety of brands and some beautiful trinkets. Madrid has a popular flea market called the Rastro, and Barcelona has Las Ramblas that's full of bargains. You're gonna want some extra space in your case.
5. Mind Your Step!
Spain has a bit of a poop epidemic. In Madrid, the situation got so bad they were forced to implement a $1,700 fine for those who didn't clean up their pets' waste. Even with the fine in place, excrement is still a major problem so watch where your step!

It was intended to maintain Catholic orthodoxy in their kingdoms and to replace the Medieval Inquisition, which was under Papal control. It became the most substantive of the three different manifestations of the wider Christian Inquisition along with the Roman Inquisition and Portuguese Inquisition. The "Spanish Inquisition" may be defined broadly, operating "in Spain and in all Spanish colonies and territories, which included the Canary Islands, the Spanish Netherlands, the Kingdom of Naples, and all Spanish possessions in North, Central, and South America."
The Inquisition was originally intended primarily to ensure the orthodoxy of those who converted from Judaism and Islam. The regulation of the faith of the newly converted was intensified after the royal decrees issued in 1492 and 1502 ordering Jews and Muslims to convert or leave Spain.[1] The Inquisition was not definitively abolished until 1834, during the reign of Isabella II, after a period of declining influence in the preceding century.
The Spanish Inquisition is often stated in popular literature and history as an example of Catholic intolerance and repression. Modern historians have tended to question earlier accounts concerning the severity of the Inquisition. Henry Kamen asserts that the 'myth' of the all-powerful, torture-mad inquisition is largely an invention of nineteenth century Protestant authors with an agenda to discredit the Papacy.[2] Although records are incomplete, about 150,000 persons were charged with crimes by the Inquisition and about 3,000 were executed.

First DIY science experiment to do at home is milk galaxy! An easy experiment for kids and school using only household items. All you need for a magical galaxy on a plate is hole milk, food coloring and dish soap. This Experiment is so easy and affordable but super fascinating to watch! Children will love it!
Let's make cute DIY banana messages! All you need is a toothpick and you can make drawings on bananas. What an epic DIY life hack.
One of my favorite experiments to do at home is a DIY lava lamp experiment. You need oil, water, food coloring plus a fizz tablet and you can enjoy such an epic and mesmerizing bubble show! This is a great experiment for kids, children but also adults! A great experiment for a school project as well – all your classmates will be impressed.
An epic edible experiment plus a DIY prank is edible glass aka DIY lollipop. Prank your friends making them believe that you can eat glass ;) This lollipop looks exactly like glass but tastes amazing.
Amazing volcanic eruptions are definitely a hit with kids. To make these cool sensory experiments you need baking soda, food coloring and vinegar. Another one of my favorite experiments to do at home and amazing experiment for kids.
We must also make some water experiments! In this DIY science experiments video I made two. First one is skittles water experiment. Watch how the skittles will color the water making a beautiful colored display.
Second experiment with water is instant ice! With this amazing water experiment I show you how to freeze ice in seconds. Put a bottle of distilled water in the freezer for about 2 hours and 20 minutes. Now you can grow real ice mountains in front of your eyes.
One of my favorite edible experiments are rainbow spaghetti. This experiment is easy to make, you only need food coloring in rainbow shades. Yummy!
Some liquids don't mix but they rather float on top of each other due to density. I show a cool DIY density experiment. Children will love making this density tower – definitely an experiment to try at home! When your density tower is built, throw in a fizz tablet and enjoy the show!
Time for a cool glow in the dark experiment which doubles up as a delicious treat. Tonic water contains quinine, which glows under the UV light. I decided to make popsicles using tonic water and I also added some gummy bears to make them even more delicious. Another DIY glow in the dark experiment is slime or oobleck using only two ingredients. Mix cornstarch with water and enjoy this satisfying magical slime which transforms from solid to liquid.
Did you know that you can make your very own rainbow sand at home using rice, vinegar and food coloring! Yup, this is such an easy and cool experiment for kids and adults :) You can use your rainbow sand to play or as a room decor. Put it in a vase and decorate your room with it!
Let's make some lemon volcanoes! This is an epic science experiment to do at home using household items. Children will be impressed for sure. Things you will need are a lemon, baking soda and optionally food coloring plus dish soap. What an affordable and easy science experiment!
In the video I also show you a melting experiment which shows that some materials and objects change from solid to liquid or even gas when heated. We're making edible chocolate bowls using balloons. They are perfect for parties since you can decorate them to fit any theme – valentines, Halloween, Easter...
