Pueblos are modern and old communities of Native Americans in the Southwestern United States. The first Spanish explorers of the Southwest used this term to describe the communities housed in apartment-like structures built of stone, adobe mud, and other local material. These structures were usually multi-storied buildings surrounding an open plaza. The rooms were accessible only through ladders lowered by the inhabitants, thus protecting them from break-ins and unwanted guests. They were occupied by hundreds to thousands of Pueblo people in the larger ones. Several different federally recognized tribes have traditionally resided in pueblos of such design.
The word pueblo is the Spanish word for "town" or "village". It comes from the Latin root word populus meaning "people".
Of the federally recognized Native American communities in the Southwest, those designated by the King of Spain as pueblo at the time Spain ceded territory to the United States, after the American Revolutionary War, are legally recognized as Pueblo by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Some of the pueblos also came under jurisdiction of the United States, in its view, by its treaty with Mexico, which had briefly gained rule over territory in the Southwest ceded by Spain after Mexican independence. There are 21 federally recognized Pueblos that are home to Pueblo people. Their official federal names are as follows:

Honduras (i/hɒnˈdʊərəs/; Spanish: [onˈduɾas]), officially the Republic of Honduras (Spanish: República de Honduras), is a republic in Central America. It was at times referred to as Spanish Honduras to differentiate it from British Honduras, which became the modern-day state of Belize. Honduras is bordered to the west by Guatemala, to the southwest by El Salvador, to the southeast by Nicaragua, to the south by the Pacific Ocean at the Gulf of Fonseca, and to the north by the Gulf of Honduras, a large inlet of the Caribbean Sea.
Honduras was home to several important Mesoamerican cultures, most notably the Maya, prior to being conquered by Spain in the sixteenth century. The Spanish introduced Roman Catholicism and the now predominant Spanish language, along with numerous customs that have blended with the indigenous culture. Honduras became independent in 1821 and has since been a republic, although it has consistently endured much social strife and political instability, remaining one of the poorest countries in the Western Hemisphere. Honduras has the highest murder rate in the world.
Entren Los Que Quieran (English: Enter Those Who Want to) is the fourth studio album from Puerto Rican band Calle 13, released on November 22, 2010. Recorded in the wake of controversial events surrounding the group, the album contains more political lyrical themes not discussed on previous Calle 13 releases. It also expands upon the musical experimentation demonstrated in the group's albums Residente o Visitante (2007) and Los de Atrás Vienen Conmigo (2008). The record features various stylistic elements in its compositions, including rock, ska, merengue, reggaeton, and Bollywood music.
The album received generally positive reviews from critics, who praised the record's diverse musical experimentation. Entren Los Que Quieran impacted several charts internationally, peaking at number six on the Billboard Latin Albums chart and number 25 on the Billboard Rap Albums chart. The record spawned seven singles, including "Latinoamérica", which reached the top ten of both the Billboard Latin Digital Songs and Latin Rhythm Digital Songs charts. The record won a total of nine Latin Grammy Awards including Album of the Year. It was also nominated for a Grammy in the Best Latin, Pop, Rock or Urban Album category at the 2012 Grammys.

The process of assimilation of Native Americans by the outside world, which started centuries ago, continues to this day. One aspect of this continued assimilation is the change in traditional diets. As a result, our health has suffered greatly. Diabetes, cancer, kidney and liver failure, hormonal imbalances, inflammation, allergies, obesity, alcohol and drug addictions are but a few of the symptoms of living in this modern time. One can blame some of this on the environment and life styles, but much these symptoms come from what we put in our mouths. Native peoples are particularly susceptible to diabetes because of their inability to process refined sugar and carbohydrates. Over-processed and packages foods have become the normal diet. These foods contains high levels of sugar and ingred...
The Music Voyager team travels to Pueblo, Colorado to experience the ways in which this industrious city has promoted creative expressions to revitalize the community. Our host, Jacob Edgar, meets Inaiah Lujan, the founder of the band The Haunted Windchimes. Lujan and other local artists and musicians take us on a journey across Pueblo, a town blessed with perpetual sunshine, a proud and culturally diverse community, and ample amounts of Pueblo chili peppers. Along the way, we discover that Pueblo embodies the American experience, from the pioneer days to the eras of industrialization and immigration.
one trial down in Spanos County
ladies always turn up to watch them fall
and the hands they bind you
they bind you like you want to be broken
but the land is comin', babe
it's coming up golden
gold and silver streaks
when you hit them
you can't buy sand
in the gross land
don't say what to make 'em feel
they got take it off my wrists
Jacob you move up my wrists
Jacob you move.when you move
you don't move! you don't moooove!
alright i want a cigarette
all those trials and things they try to do
while wondering over why we're insane
