What's better than drinking a refreshing cocktail at home? Having it made for you at Halcyon House on the far northern NSW coast, just a few steps from the golden arc of Cabarita beach.

French vodka house Grey Goose has joined forces this spring with that high bar of revamped 1960s surf motel style, the 21-room, five-star Halcyon House, which opened mid-2015 to critical acclaim.

Between September 1 and December 1, guests over 18 who stay at Halcyon for a weekend (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday nights) will receive a complimentary gift pack in their rooms with the goods to concoct a Grey Goose Le Grand Fizz cocktail, including 200ml of vodka, limes and elderflower liqueur.

Enjoy in your room, then head to Halcyon's Paper Daisy restaurant, where Grey Goose ambassador Andy Wren has curated a new menu of "unforgettable cocktails".

All this style and taste awaits a 20-minute transfer south of Gold Coast Airport. Contact halcyonhouse.com.au or phone (02) 6676 1444. Rooms from $600 a night.
