Hailed as one of today's most gifted comedians, Michael's entry into comedy was almost preordained. Years ago in a crowded Grand Rapids, Michigan movie theater, the projector malfunctioned. The film snapped, the house lights came on, and acting on a dare, young Michael jumped in front of the restless crowd and took center stage. When the theater manager tried to usher him out, the audience demanded he stay...and Michael Jr. discovered his gift.
Comedian George Wallace offered Michael his first break when he took him to the legendary Comedy & Magic Club in Hermosa Beach, home of Jay Leno and "The Tonight Show" staff. The club's owner slipped Michael onstage...and a week later Michael was performing at the "Just for Laughs" comedy festival in Montreal, where he became the first comedian to ever appear live via satellite on "The Tonight Show."
That performance catapulted Michael's career and has resulted in additional appearances on The Tonight Show, Comedy Central, TV One, The Late, Late Show, BET's ComicView, Jimmy Kimmel Live, SiTV, CNN, The Tom Joyner Show, The Bob and Tom Show , DayBreak USA and Bryon Allen's Comic Unleashed and ComedyTV. How the Christian church changed from its original!
Some call it paganisation of Christianity or a pagan attack, almost deceptively. The question asked is whether Christians were converting the pagans, or the pagans were converting the Christians. Many of these changes even negated the original Christian concept, and in turn lead to a flood of pagan practices, rituals, and man-made laws into the Christian church.
If so, how did this happen? What were the changes which occurred? Prominent among this pagan cultures which affected Christianity was the Roman culture and its religion, when the church became the official religion of the Roman Empire.
When we study the Church history, we find that these changes started to come into the Church when Emperor Constantine became a Christian. This video is very interesting, showing these happenings in the Christian church history.

Pentecostals now constitute 15% of the total population. In
Nicaragua and Brazil Pentecostals comprise 20% of the total
population. In Guatemala 30% of the population is said to be
Pentecostal. These kinds of figures have caused some scholars to
ask whether the entire continent of South America is destined to
become Pentecostal in near future. In parts of Asia, Pentecostalism
is demonstrating a similar phenomenal growth. South Korea is home
not only to Paul Yonggi Cho’s Yoida Full Gospel (Pentecostal)
Church, the "largest single Christian congregation on earth," but
to three other megachurches on the "top ten" list, two in Seoul and
one in In the predominantly Muslim country of Indonesia, the
Pentecostal Church of Indonesia numbered 1.3 million in 1990,
making it the third largest Christian denomination in that country.
Kimbanguism, an independent African spirit-filled church, claims
the adherence of some 3 million persons (out of a population of 28
million) in Zaire. Similar independent and rapidly growing
Pentecostal churches have developed in Nigeria and Ghana too.
The following summary statement represents an assumption but telling report on global Pentecostalism:
According to the well-known statistician of Christianity, David
Barrett, there were an estimated 74 million
Pentecostal Christians or 6% of the world’s Christian
population in 1970. In 1997 he estimated that this figure had
reached 497 million or 27% of the Christian population, more than
the total number of ‘Protestants’ and ‘Anglicans’ combined, and
only 27 years later. David Barrett projects that according to present trends this figure is likely to rise to 1,140 million pentecostal Christians or 44% of the total number of Christians by the year 2025.
Pentecostal world-view
First, the Pentecostal world-view is absolutely
God-centered. All things relate to God and God relates to all
things.
Second, the Pentecostal world-view is holistic and systemic.
For the Spirit-filled person God is not only present in all events,
he holds all things together and causes all things to work
together.
Third, the Pentecostal world-view is transnational. Knowledge
is relational and is not limited to the realms of reason and
sensory experience.
Fourth, in conjunction with their holiness heritage,
Pentecostals are concerned with truth, but not just propositional
truth. Pentecostals were historically anti-creedal.
Fifth, the Pentecostal epistemology of encounter with God is
closely aligned with the biblical understanding of how one comes to
know. . .
Finally, the Scriptures hold a special place and function
within the Pentecostal world-view. Pentecostals differ from
Evangelicals and other Fundamentalists in approach to the Bible. For Pentecostals the Bible is a living book in which the Holy Spirit is always active in the word of God.
Off course the first Church was Pentecostal (Ref : Acts 2, Holy Bible) and the last church will be Pentecostal too.

Christian Church

Saint Peter (Greek: Πέτρος Petros, Syriac/Aramaic: ܫܸܡܥܘܿܢ ܟܹ݁ܐܦ݂ܵܐ, Shemayon Keppa, Hebrew: שמעון בר יונה Shim'on Bar Yona, Latin: Petrus; died c. 64 AD), also known as Simon Peter, Simeon, or Simōn, according to the New Testament, was one of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus Christ, leaders of the early Christian Church. The Roman Catholic Church considers him to be the first Pope, ordained by Jesus in the "Rock of My Church" dialogue in Matthew 16:18. The ancient Christian churches all venerate Peter as a major saint and associate him with founding the Church of Antioch and later the Church in Rome, but differ about the authority of his various successors in present-day Christianity.
The New Testament indicates that Peter was the son of John (or Jonah or Jona) and was from the village of Bethsaida in the province of Galilee or Gaulanitis. His brother Andrew was also an apostle. According to New Testament accounts, Peter was one of twelve apostles chosen by Jesus from his first disciples. Originally a fisherman, he played a leadership role and was with Jesus during events witnessed by only a few apostles, such as the Transfiguration. A Christian (
pronunciation ) is a person who adheres to Christianity, an Abrahamic, monotheistic religion based on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. "Christian" derives from the Koine Greek word Christós (Χριστός), a translation of the Biblical Hebrew term mashiach.
There are diverse interpretations of Christianity which sometimes conflict. However, "Whatever else they might disagree about, Christians are at least united in believing that Jesus has a unique significance." The term "Christian" is also used adjectivally to describe anything associated with Christianity, or in a proverbial sense "all that is noble, and good, and Christ-like." It is also used as a label to identify people who associate with the cultural aspects of Christianity, irrespective of personal religious beliefs or practices.
According to a 2011 Pew Research Center survey, there were 2.2 billion Christians around the world in 2010, up from about 600 million in 1910. By 2050, the Christian population is expected to exceed 3 billion. According to a 2012 Pew Research Center survey Christianity will remain the world's largest religion in 2050, if current trends continue.

The greatest quantitative growth in Pentecostalism can be seen in all over Africa, South East Asia, Middle east Asia, China, South Korea, and especially in South America. In Chile, the indigenous Methodist Pentecostal Church has become the largest non-Catholic denomination in a country where
Pentecostals now constitute 15% of the total population. In
Nicaragua and Brazil Pentecostals comprise 20% of the total
population. In Guatemala 30% of the population is said to be
Pentecostal. These kinds of figures have caused some scholars to
ask whether the entire continent of South America is destined to
become Pentecostal in near future. In parts of Asia, Pentecostalism
is demonstrating a similar phenomenal growth. South Korea is home
not only to Paul Yonggi Cho’s Yoida Full Gospel (Pentecostal)
Church, the "largest single Christian congregation on earth," but
to three other megachurches on the "top ten" list, two in Seoul and
one in In the predominantly Muslim country of Indonesia, the
Pentecostal Church of Indonesia numbered 1.3 million in 1990,
making it the third largest Christian denomination in that country.
Kimbanguism, an independent African spirit-filled church, claims
the adherence of some 3 million persons (out of a population of 28
million) in Zaire. Similar independent and rapidly growing
Pentecostal churches have developed in Nigeria and Ghana too.
The following summary statement represents an assumption but telling report on global Pentecostalism:
According to the well-known statistician of Christianity, David
Barrett, there were an estimated 74 million
Pentecostal Christians or 6% of the world’s Christian
population in 1970. In 1997 he estimated that this figure had
reached 497 million or 27% of the Christian population, more than
the total number of ‘Protestants’ and ‘Anglicans’ combined, and
only 27 years later. David Barrett projects that according to present trends this figure is likely to rise to 1,140 million pentecostal Christians or 44% of the total number of Christians by the year 2025.
Pentecostal world-view
First, the Pentecostal world-view is absolutely
God-centered. All things relate to God and God relates to all
things.
Second, the Pentecostal world-view is holistic and systemic.
For the Spirit-filled person God is not only present in all events,
he holds all things together and causes all things to work
together.
Third, the Pentecostal world-view is transnational. Knowledge
is relational and is not limited to the realms of reason and
sensory experience.
Fourth, in conjunction with their holiness heritage,
Pentecostals are concerned with truth, but not just propositional
truth. Pentecostals were historically anti-creedal.
Fifth, the Pentecostal epistemology of encounter with God is
closely aligned with the biblical understanding of how one comes to
know. . .
Finally, the Scriptures hold a special place and function
within the Pentecostal world-view. Pentecostals differ from
Evangelicals and other Fundamentalists in approach to the Bible. For Pentecostals the Bible is a living book in which the Holy Spirit is always active in the word of God.
Off course the first Church was Pentecostal (Ref : Acts 2, Holy Bible) and the last church will be Pentecostal too.

Hailed as one of today's most gifted comedians, Michael's entry into comedy was almost preordained. Years ago in a crowded Grand Rapids, Michigan movie theater, the projector malfunctioned. The film snapped, the house lights came on, and acting on a dare, young Michael jumped in front of the restless crowd and took center stage. When the theater manager tried to usher him out, the audience demanded he stay...and Michael Jr. discovered his gift.
Comedian George Wallace offered Michael his first break when he took him to the legendary Comedy & Magic Club in Hermosa Beach, home of Jay Leno and "The Tonight Show" staff. Some call it paganisation of Christianity or a pagan attack, almost deceptively. The question asked is whether Christians were converting the pagans, or the pagans were converting the Christians. Many of these changes even negated the original Christian concept, and in turn lead to a flood of pagan practices, rituals, and man-made laws into the Christian church.
If so, how did this happen? What were the changes which occurred? Prominent among this pagan cultures which affected Christianity was the Roman culture and its religion, when the church became the official religion of the Roman Empire.
When we study the Church history, we find that these changes started to come into the Church when Emperor Constantine became a Christian. This video is very interesting, showing these happenings in the Christian church history.

Pentecostals now constitute 15% of the total population. In
Nicaragua and Brazil Pentecostals comprise 20% of the total
population. In Guatemala 30% of the population is said to be
Pentecostal. These kinds of figures have caused some scholars to
ask whether the entire continent of South America is destined to
become Pentecostal in near future. In parts of Asia, Pentecostalism
is demonstrating a similar phenomenal growth. South Korea is home
not only to Paul Yonggi Cho’s Yoida Full Gospel (Pentecostal)
Church, the "largest single Christian congregation on earth," but
to three other megachurches on the "top ten" list, two in Seoul and
one in In the predominantly Muslim country of Indonesia, the
Pentecostal Church of Indonesia numbered 1.3 million in 1990,
making it the third largest Christian denomination in that country.
Kimbanguism, an independent African spirit-filled church, claims
the adherence of some 3 million persons (out of a population of 28
million) in Zaire. Similar independent and rapidly growing
Pentecostal churches have developed in Nigeria and Ghana too.
The following summary statement represents an assumption but telling report on global Pentecostalism:
According to the well-known statistician of Christianity, David
Barrett, there were an estimated 74 million
Pentecostal Christians or 6% of the world’s Christian
population in 1970. In 1997 he estimated that this figure had
reached 497 million or 27% of the Christian population, more than
the total number of ‘Protestants’ and ‘Anglicans’ combined, and
only 27 years later. David Barrett projects that according to present trends this figure is likely to rise to 1,140 million pentecostal Christians or 44% of the total number of Christians by the year 2025.
Pentecostal world-view
First, the Pentecostal world-view is absolutely
God-centered. All things relate to God and God relates to all
things.
Second, the Pentecostal world-view is holistic and systemic.
For the Spirit-filled person God is not only present in all events,
he holds all things together and causes all things to work
together.
Third, the Pentecostal world-view is transnational. Knowledge
is relational and is not limited to the realms of reason and
sensory experience.
Fourth, in conjunction with their holiness heritage,
Pentecostals are concerned with truth, but not just propositional
truth. Pentecostals were historically anti-creedal.
Fifth, the Pentecostal epistemology of encounter with God is
closely aligned with the biblical understanding of how one comes to
know. . .
Finally, the Scriptures hold a special place and function
within the Pentecostal world-view. Pentecostals differ from
Evangelicals and other Fundamentalists in approach to the Bible. For Pentecostals the Bible is a living book in which the Holy Spirit is always active in the word of God.
