This is my transformation within 15 weeks of freeletics training. I guess I lost about 20-25 pounds of fat and gained 6-7 pounds of muscles. I finally proved to myself that I can do it! And all through proper training and nutrition!

Levent
Levent is a neighbourhood and one of the main business districts of Istanbul, Turkey, located on the European side of the city. It is a part of the municipality of Beşiktaş which is situated to the north of the Golden Horn, at the western shore of the Bosphorus strait.
Levent is in direct competition with the nearby Maslak business district for new skyscraper projects. One of the major skyscraper clusters of the city is located here, well hidden behind the hills of the Bosphorus, and not disturbing the atmosphere of the historical peninsula of Istanbul, which is at quite a distance.
Levent hosts the tallest completed skyscraper of Turkey, the 54-floor Sapphire, which has a roof height of 238 metres (261 metres including its spire).
The stations Gayrettepe, Levent and 4. Levent along the M2 line of the Istanbul Metro serve the Levent business district and its surrounding neighbourhoods.
Etymology
Levent is also a name for men in Turkey; see Levent (name). The name derives from Levend (Marine Soldier) of the Ottoman Navy.Levend itself has derived from Levantino (Levantine) which means Person from the Levant (East Mediterranean) in Italian. This was how the Italians (the Genoese and Venetians) used to call the Ottoman sailors, a name which was also embraced by the Ottoman Turks themselves. The use of the word levend for describing seamen first appeared in the Ottoman Turkish language during the 16th century.

Trifolium pratense
Trifolium pratense, the red clover is a herbaceous species of flowering plant in the bean family Fabaceae, native to Europe, Western Asia and northwest Africa, but planted and naturalised in many other regions.
Description
It is a herbaceous, short-lived perennial plant, variable in size, growing to 20–80 cm tall. The leaves are alternate, trifoliate (with three leaflets), each leaflet 15–30 mm long and 8–15 mm broad, green with a characteristic pale crescent in the outer half of the leaf; the petiole is 1–4 cm long, with two basal stipules that are abruptly narrowed to a bristle-like point. The flowers are dark pink with a paler base, 12–15 mm long, produced in a dense inflorescence, and are mostly visited by bumblebees.
Distribution
The red clover is found natively in Europe, Western Asia, and northwest Africa, but it has been naturalized in other continents, like North and South America. Specifically, the red clover was brought to Argentina and Chile over 100 years ago, although it is not clear how exactly it was introduced. The red clover has become increasingly important as a source of economic stability in Chile, which has made the need for pollinators even more important. One important pollinator, which was also brought from Europe, is Bombus ruderatus, or the large garden bumblebee. This bumblebee has been one of the important pollinators of red clover in South America and other countries like New Zealand.

Levent Yüksel
Levent Yüksel (born October 21, 1964 in Antalya, Turkey) is a Turkish pop singer. He has been active in live music industry since 1993 till now.
Life
Levent's interest in arts and music started in an early age. He played violin in the age of five. During his elementary and primary education, he used to sing in school events. Then he started singing in family and friends' wedding events. After graduation, he moved from his coastal city Antalya to the city of art, Istanbul, where he joined the institute of music "İstanbul Devlet Konservatuarı", and learned to play bass guitar and perform vocals.
Music career
During the beginning of 1990s, Levent was known to be one of the best Bass Guitar players in Turkey. In the year 1993, he released his first album as a pop singer, Med Cezir. The album made a dramatic change in Turkey's pop music taste, as it provided a new voice that has great capability mixed with new style of music. Although he released only 8 music albums as of 2015, his music is spread all over the world and copied in different languages. Young singers and bands starting their music career use his songs in their performances.Jennifer Lopez's hit On the Floor released in the year 2011 was inspired by the main music theme and melody of Levent's 1996 hit "Zalim". The melody of this song was also copied in several ad campaigns worldwide.

Plot: Turkey's northwest has suffered a devastating earthquake on August 17th, 1999. The government is in need of lots of money to compensate the cost of recovering from this catastrophe. So they decide to pass a new, temporary law, which suggests that every man of Turkish citizenship over a certain age can now pay some certain amount of money to the government of Turkey, and in return for that, complete his military service in 28 days instead of the regular 18 months. Many people want to take advantage of that, including famous singers and businessmen, and they're all sent to the same army base to carry out their 28-day-long military service. One of them is a young man who has lost his home and his entire family in the earthquake, thus being allowed to join the 28-day crew without paying anything. Obviously, he's much different from anyone else around him, by all means. But he's not the only different one. There are many interesting and almost strange people there, one of whom cannot even speak or understand Turkish. All these young men, most of whom are rich or famous, live the utmost experience of their lives at the army base, involving mostly funny yet sentimental moments. They have all gone there to return home by the end of the month, but things take a different turn at some point. Maybe they should have taken their army duty more seriously after all...

My experience with building businesses began before I could legally vote. At the age of 16, I drove to New York, found a room to rent off of a Laundromat’s wall and worked as a secretary at a wholesale appliance store. After one year of learning the business, I called the owner of the shipping company we used to ship our appliances and laid out reasons for why we should combine our two businesses into one full-service company. That is how, at the age of 17, I became a founding partner of 7 Islands Shipping, the top company in the United States for export shipping to the Mediterranean throughout the 1980’s and ‘90s. It was my first Strategic Partnership and formed my lifelong philosophy of successful entrepreneurship.
After Seven Islands Shipping was sold, my husband and I moved back to Florida and started a successful jewelry store. In 1994, our lives changed when two armed robbers stole more than 95 percent of the inventory, forcing us to close. Solely responsible for the financial support of my family, I took a job as a telemarketer selling timeshare packages and quickly became the top salesperson in the company. One year later, as I was training new employees in sales calls, my grandmother and my two small children were involved in a fatal car accident that left her dead and my children in critical condition. I resigned so I could care for them while they were in the ICU.
It was a nurse in that ICU who posed the question that changed the course of my future.
She asked, “If it had nothing to do with money, what would you do?”
I said “I would travel the world.”
With a family to feed, no assets, and a deficit of $180 thousand dollars, I leveraged strategic partnerships to build Elite Travel, a travel management company that has done more than $75 million in traveled business. Winning numerous awards since opening in 1996, Elite Travel has become one of the fastest growing, most trusted travel agencies in the nation, specializing in corporate incentive travel, luxury travel, destination weddings and honeymoons.
In August of 2013, Elite Travel’s commitment to extraordinary customer service was tested when 89 year old Dodge Melkonian broke his hip on board a cruise ship in the Black Sea. Tammy Levent: Business Strategist, Travel Expert, Author and Speaker
My experience with building businesses began before I could legally vote. At the age of 16, I drove to New York, found a room to rent off of a Laundromat’s wall and worked as a secretary at a wholesale appliance store. After one year of learning the business, I called the owner of the shipping company we used to ship our appliances and laid out reasons for why we should combine our two businesses into one full-service company. That is how, at the age of 17, I became a founding partner of 7 Islands Shipping, the top company in the United States for export shipping to the Mediterranean throughout the 1980’s and ‘90s. It was my first Strategic Partnership and formed my lifelong philosophy of successful entrepreneurship.
After Seven Islands Shipping was sold, my husband and I moved back to Florida and started a successful jewelry store. In 1994, our lives changed when two armed robbers stole more than 95 percent of the inventory, forcing us to close. Solely responsible for the financial support of my family, I took a job as a telemarketer selling timeshare packages and quickly became the top salesperson in the company. One year later, as I was training new employees in sales calls, my grandmother and my two small children were involved in a fatal car accident that left her dead and my children in critical condition. I resigned so I could care for them while they were in the ICU.
It was a nurse in that ICU who posed the question that changed the course of my future.
She asked, “If it had nothing to do with money, what would you do?”
I said “I would travel the world.”
With a family to feed, no assets, and a deficit of $180 thousand dollars, I leveraged strategic partnerships to build Elite Travel, a travel management company that has done more than $75 million in traveled business. Winning numerous awards since opening in 1996, Elite Travel has become one of the fastest growing, most trusted travel agencies in the nation, specializing in corporate incentive travel, luxury travel, destination weddings and honeymoons.
In August of 2013, Elite Travel’s commitment to extraordinary customer service was tested when 89 year old Dodge Melkonian broke his hip on board a cruise ship in the Black Sea. Fiyel aims to design and build custom architectural installations which achieve something close to the sublime in their relationship to light. In 2010, she was awarded the Stewardson Keefe LeBrun Travel Grant from The Center for Architecture. Fiyel has given lectures at The Urban Center for Architecture, The Cooper Union, Parsons and RPI.

Content will play a critical role in the event, featuring both dedicated Honeymoon Expert and Destination Wedding Expert tracks, along with a strong focus on pertinent market trends and product training. Additional training aspects will include site inspections throughout the Cancun Hotel Zone, interactive meal and networking functions and optional pre and post familiarization trips. Site inspections and FAM details will be announced shortly. A Showcase with representation from about 75 suppliers will also be included, affording agents one-to-one scheduled meetings and a roundtable series for special product updates.
Just confirmed for the event, are the evening functions, each providing a distinct experience. The Opening Evening will be hosted by Paradisus Resorts; the second evening will be hosted by Secrets the Vine Cancun, an AMResorts property; and the closing night will hosted by the All-Inclusive Hard Rock Hotels. Each evening event will be representative of a destination wedding experience, which will provide delegates a unique learning opportunity. Each of the hosts will provide additional training opportunities during the Forum.
