12 Hearts Full Episodes: How can these men possibly find love if they spend so much time on their cars? 12 Hearts Game Rules: This game show consists of twelve contestants divided into two groups (usually four men and eight women, but sometimes vice versa). Each of the contestants is identified and referred by their zodiac sign. The host facilitates different activities that allow the contestants from each group to get to know each other intimately, like singing a song, reciting a ridiculous poem, dancing with one another, kissing ect. Once finished, the contestants must eliminate other contestants from the opposite groups by voting until this leaves only three contestants in the male group, and five in the female group. In the final round, the host calls out the female participants one by one to choose their heart among the male participants. The male participants chosen have the option to accept or reject. There are a few twists and turns that can take place, like stealing someone’s chosen contestant, leaving empty handed, leaving with two contestants, or with a broken heart!
