Like Boeing, Lockheed was mostly a military aircraft manufacturer in those days. The Truman Administration and Congress put in a 90 percent tax rate for the profits of defense contractors during the Korean War (1950 - 1953). As a result, Boeing threw huge amounts of their Korean War profits at their jet-powered refueling aircraft project which became the KC-135 (still in service!) and the 707 airliner. Here are some of your requests from last weeks video. Last sunday I was able to film the most amazing livery on a Boeing 757 plane. Icelandair and its "Hekla Aurora" airplane is an incredible piece of art and I was hunting this special painted Boeing 757 for two yeras. Finally it showed up at Amsterdam Schiphol while I was filming some crosswind arrivals on the Polderbaan last sunday. Hekla Aurora presents the natural phenomenon of the Aurora Borealis. If you have any suggestions which planes I should feature in next weeks "ASKCargo" episode you can let me know in the description. Thanks for watching.

I don't blame you.
You only make the tools for their trade.
But if I give you a mirror,
Can you tell me what you have really made?
Perpetuating circle of fear and consumption
To keep us bound and blind.
We are all afraid of the things,
That we will never see.
Construction. To makes us all believe.
Construction. Turn it off.
We scream. Remember the fate of Deir Yassin.
But we're always the first to forget.
This bomb we call progress.
This bomb is like us men.
Just another form of forced submission.
We are all afraid of the things, that we will never see.
Grand, creative, construction
to make us all believe.
Turn it off! Turn it off!
Lets stop and cross our fingers.
