Ona, Hordaland
Ona or One (sometimes Oøy or Oni) is an island in Øygarden municipality in Hordaland county, Norway. The 6.8-square-kilometre (2.6 sq mi) island lies in the Øygarden archipelago just north of the island of Blomøyna and south of Alvøyna. The Hjeltefjorden lies east of the island and the North Sea and some smaller island lie to the west. The southern portion of the island of Ona is dominated by the Kollsnes natural gas processing facility. The island is low, rocky, and barren, with its highest point being the 53-metre (174 ft) tall Vareidet hill.

Olympia and York
Olympia & York (also spelled as Olympia and York, abbreviated as O&Y) was a major international property development firm based in Canada. The firm built major financial office complexes including Canary Wharf in London, the World Financial Center in New York City and First Canadian Place in Toronto. It went bankrupt in the early 1990s and was recreated to eventually become Olympia & York Properties.
History
Early years
The company was founded by Paul Reichmann and his brothers Albert and Ralph in Toronto in the early 1950s as an outgrowth of their flooring and tile company. It first built and operated warehouses and other commercial buildings in Toronto. Its first major project was the development of the vast Flemingdon Park project on Don Mills Road.
The company then took a major gamble winning the fierce bidding war for the final undeveloped property at the corner of King and Bay street (the geographic heart of Canada's financial district). The Reichmans won the contract to build Canada's tallest building, First Canadian Place in 1971. The project almost collapsed, however, when reformist mayor David Crombie put a halt to major development projects. After three years of lobbying the project finally went ahead to great success.

The 6.8-square-kilometre (2.6 sq mi) island lies in the Øygarden archipelago just north of the island of Blomøyna and south of Alvøyna. Bergen Port is Norway's busiest in both freight and passengers with over 300 cruise ship calls a year bringing nearly a half a million passengers to Bergen, a number that has doubled in ten years. Almost half of the passengers are German or British. The city's main football team is SK Brann and the city's unique tradition is the buekorps. Natives speak the distinct Bergensk dialect. The city features Bergen Airport, Flesland, Bergen Light Rail, and is the terminus of the Bergen Line. Four large bridges connect Bergen to its suburban municipalities. The Bergen Aquarium offers a shark tunnel and panoramic views of the port.

The 6.8-square-kilometre (2.6 sq mi) island lies in the Øygarden archipelago just north of the island of Blomøyna and south of Alvøyna. The Hjeltefjorden lies east of the island and the North Sea and some smaller island lie to the west. The southern portion of the island of Ona is dominated by the Kollsnes natural gas processing facility. Fra kommunesenteret Etnesjøen strekker landskapet seg som en skjærgård ut Etnefjorden sør til Ølensfjorden og nord til Skåneviksfjorden. I nordøst skjærer Åkrafjorden gjennom et karrig og sterkt erodert fjellandskap mot Folgefonna, hvor man finner kommunens høyeste punkt, 1638 moh.

Bergen, historically Bjørgvin, is a city and municipality in Hordaland on the west coast of Norway. It surrounded by mountains and fjords, including Sognefjord, the country’s longest and deepest. The Bryggen district consists of the old wharf and its surrounding commercial buildings, and features vibrantly colored wooden houses. Bergen is the second-largest city in Norway. It is located on the peninsula of Bergenshalvøyen. The city centre and northern neighbourhoods are located on Byfjorden, "the city fjord", and the city is surrounded by mountains; Bergen is known as the city of seven mountains. Many of the extra-municipal suburbs are located on islands. Bergen is the administrative centre of Hordaland and consists of eight boroughs—Arna, Bergenhus, Fana, Fyllingsdalen, Laksevåg, Ytrebygda, Årstad and Åsane.
Bergen served as Norway's capital in the 13th century, and from the end of the 13th century became a bureau city of the Hanseatic League. Until 1789, Bergen enjoyed exclusive rights to mediate trade between Northern Norway and abroad and it was the largest city in Norway until the 1830s when it was surpassed by the capital, Oslo. What remains of the quays, Bryggen, is a World Heritage Site. The city was hit by numerous fires over the years.
The city is an international centre for aquaculture, shipping, offshore petroleum industry and subsea technology, and a national centre for higher education, tourism and finance. Bergen Port is Norway's busiest in both freight and passengers with over 300 cruise ship calls a year bringing nearly a half a million passengers to Bergen, a number that has doubled in ten years. Almost half of the passengers are German or British. The city's main football team is SK Brann and the city's unique tradition is the buekorps. Natives speak the distinct Bergensk dialect. The city features Bergen Airport, Flesland, Bergen Light Rail, and is the terminus of the Bergen Line. Four large bridges connect Bergen to its suburban municipalities. The Bergen Aquarium offers a shark tunnel and panoramic views of the port.
Bergen is well known for having the mildest winter climate, though with a lot of precipitation, of all cities in the Nordic countries. In December - March, the temperature difference between Bergen and Oslo can be up to 30 degrees celsius, despite the fact that both cities are located at approximately 60 degrees North. The Gulf Stream keeps the sea relatively warm, considering the latitude, and the mountains protect the city from cold winds from the north, north-east and east.
