On Thursday, September 29th at approximately 9:30 a.m., the Kingman Police Department executed a search warrant for stolen property at a residence in the 1700 block of Miami Avenue.
Initial information indicates that 53-year-old Jeffrey Clair Cave of Kingman fired a weapon
toward officers and a police officer was shot. Cave was also shot and later pronounced dead at the scene.

Lance Davis pulled out his cell phone and recorded what happened when White County Sheriff's Deputies went into his home. They said they had a tip that a fugitive was inside. Davis said did not know the man they were looking for and officers left after they did not find anything. Officers did not have a search warrant.

Bulllhead City Police Press Release : UPDATE
BHCPD Investigating Kingman Officer-Involved Shooting
The Bullhead City Police Department continues to investigate the officer-involved shooting that occurred in Kingman, AZ on September 29th.
The Kingman Police Officer who was shot, Detective Dennis Gilbert, 57, remains in the hospital in serious, but stable condition and is doing well.
Both Detective Gilbert and Detective Nicholas Schmitz, 27, have been placed on routine paid administrative leave. This is customary in an officer-involved shooting incident. Detectives Gilbert and Schmitz both fired their duty weapons during the incident.
Lieutenant James Brice, 58, had one bullet pass through his clothing; however, he was not injured. The officers involved were wearing tactical ballistic body armor and gear during the search warrant.
NOTE:
The search warrant that Kingman Police executed at Cave’s residence was for a stolen firearm where Cave was listed as the suspect. The firearm that Cave discharged at officers was not the stolen firearm. Cave was the only person at the residence at the time of the search warrant.
Detective Gilbert has worked for the Kingman Police Department for 17 years. He served 20 years in the United States Marine Corps before retiring to work for the Kingman Police Department.
Detective Schmitz has worked for the Kingman Police Department for 3.5 years. He previously worked for the Flagstaff Police Department for 2.5 years.
Lieutenant Brice has worked for the Kingman Police Department for 25 years.

Search warrant
A search warrant is a court order that a magistrate, judge or Supreme Court official issues to authorize law enforcement officers to conduct a search of a person, location, or vehicle for evidence of a crime and to confiscate any evidence they find. In most countries a search warrant cannot be issued in aid of civil process.
Jurisdictions that respect the rule of law and a right to privacy constrain police powers, and typically require search warrants or an equivalent procedure for searches police conducted in the course of a criminal investigation. The laws usually make an exception for hot pursuit: a police officer following a criminal who has fled the scene of a crime has the right to enter a property where the criminal has sought shelter. This contrasts with authoritarian regimes, where police typically can search property and people without having to provide justification or secure court permission.
United Kingdom
In the United Kingdom, a local magistrate issues search warrants, which require that a constable provide evidence that supports the warrant application. In the majority of cases where police already hold someone in custody, police can search premises without a search warrant under Section 18 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE), which requires only the authority of an inspector.

Bulllhead City Police Press Release : UPDATE BHCPD Investigating Kingman Officer-Involved Shooting The Bullhead City Police Department continues to investigate the officer-involved shooting that occurred in Kingman, AZ on September 29th. The Kingman Police Officer who was shot, Detective Dennis Gilbert, 57, remains in the hospital in serious, but stable condition and is doing well. Both Detective Gilbert and Detective Nicholas Schmitz, 27, have been placed on routine paid administrative leave. This is customary in an officer-involved shooting incident. Detectives Gilbert and Schmitz both fired their duty weapons during the incident. Lieutenant James Brice, 58, had one bullet pass through his clothing; however, he was not injured. The officers involved were wearing tactical ballistic body armor and gear during the search warrant. NOTE: The search warrant that Kingman Police executed at Cave’s residence was for a stolen firearm where Cave was listed as the suspect. The firearm that Cave discharged at officers was not the stolen firearm. Cave was the only person at the residence at the time of the search warrant. Detective Gilbert has worked for the Kingman Police Department for 17 years. He served 20 years in the United States Marine Corps before retiring to work for the Kingman Police Department. Detective Schmitz has worked for the Kingman Police Department for 3.5 years. He previously worked for the Flagstaff Police Department for 2.5 years. On Thursday, September 29th at approximately 9:30 a.m., the Kingman Police Department executed a search warrant for stolen property at a residence in the 1700 block of Miami Avenue. Initial information indicates that 53-year-old Jeffrey Clair Cave of Kingman fired a weapon toward officers and a police officer was shot. I try and explain how a warrant is not difficult to obtain and just because a warrant is issued, don't mean someone is guilty. I talk about some of the flaws in the criminal justice system and the relationship behind the scenes with cops, judges, prosecutors and defense attorneys. By understanding the system, you can be better prepared to survive it when and if you have to use force or use your gun to protect yourself from a violent attack and defend yourself from serious bodily harm and or death.

Lance Davis pulled out his cell phone and recorded what happened when White County Sheriff's Deputies went into his home. They said they had a tip that a fugitive was inside. Davis said did not know the man they were looking for and officers left after they did not find anything. Officers did not have a search warrant.

BHCPD Investigating Kingman Officer-Involved Shooting
The Bullhead City Police Department continues to investigate the officer-involved shooting that occurred in Kingman, AZ on September 29th.
The Kingman Police Officer who was shot, Detective Dennis Gilbert, 57, remains in the hospital in serious, but stable condition and is doing well.
Both Detective Gilbert and Detective Nicholas Schmitz, 27, have been placed on routine paid administrative leave. This is customary in an officer-involved shooting incident. Detectives Gilbert and Schmitz both fired their duty weapons during the incident.
Lieutenant James Brice, 58, had one bullet pass through his clothing; however, he was not injured. The officers involved were wearing tactical ballistic body armor and gear during the search warrant.
NOTE:
The search warrant that Kingman Police executed at Cave’s residence was for a stolen firearm where Cave was listed as the suspect. The firearm that Cave discharged at officers was not the stolen firearm. Cave was the only person at the residence at the time of the search warrant.
Detective Gilbert has worked for the Kingman Police Department for 17 years. He served 20 years in the United States Marine Corps before retiring to work for the Kingman Police Department.
Detective Schmitz has worked for the Kingman Police Department for 3.5 years. He previously worked for the Flagstaff Police Department for 2.5 years.
Lieutenant Brice has worked for the Kingman Police Department for 25 years.

White Co. Deputies Search Home Without Search Warrant
Lance Davis pulled out his cell phone and recorded what happened when White County Sheriff's Deputies went into his home. They said they had a tip that a fugitive was inside. Davis said did not know the man they were looking for and officers left after they did not find anything. Officers did not have a search warrant.

I explain how and why search warrants are obtained some of the ways they can manipulated and tricks that prosecutors can use to hide facts. I try and explain how a warrant is not difficult to obtain and just because a warrant is issued, don't mean someone is guilty.
I talk about some of the flaws in the criminal justice system and the relationship behind the scenes with cops, judges, prosecutors and defense attorneys.
By understanding the system, you can be better prepared to survive it when and if you have to use force or use your gun to protect yourself from a violent attack and defend yourself from serious bodily harm and or death.

Lance Davis pulled out his cell phone and recorded what happened when White County Sheriff's Deputies went into his home. They said they had a tip that a fugitive was inside. Davis said did not know the man they were looking for and officers left after they did not find anything. Officers did not have a search warrant.

BHCPD Investigating Kingman Officer-Involved Shooting
The Bullhead City Police Department continues to investigate the officer-involved shooting that occurred in Kingman, AZ on September 29th.
The Kingman Police Officer who was shot, Detective Dennis Gilbert, 57, remains in the hospital in serious, but stable condition and is doing well.
Both Detective Gilbert and Detective Nicholas Schmitz, 27, have been placed on routine paid administrative leave. This is customary in an officer-involved shooting incident. Detectives Gilbert and Schmitz both fired their duty weapons during the incident.
Lieutenant James Brice, 58, had one bullet pass through his clothing; however, he was not injured. The officers involved were wearing tactical ballistic body armor and gear during the search warrant.
NOTE:
The search warrant that Kingman Police executed at Cave’s residence was for a stolen firearm where Cave was listed as the suspect. The firearm that Cave discharged at officers was not the stolen firearm. Cave was the only person at the residence at the time of the search warrant.
Detective Gilbert has worked for the Kingman Police Department for 17 years. He served 20 years in the United States Marine Corps before retiring to work for the Kingman Police Department.
Detective Schmitz has worked for the Kingman Police Department for 3.5 years. He previously worked for the Flagstaff Police Department for 2.5 years.
Lieutenant Brice has worked for the Kingman Police Department for 25 years.

TV Licensing Hartlepool Goon Search Warrant Visit
TV Licensing executed this search warrant at a Hartlepool property on the early evening of 19 December 2013. The occupier of the property does not legally need a TV licence, as he does not use equipment to receive TV programme services. He had previously told TV Licensing that. Is this what we work all our lives for to be violated by the law above the law ???? If any police officer had a Search Warrant he would be flashing it in my face like a dog with his toy in mouth, this guy had a piece of crumpled up paper dated 2016 for arrest warrant for child support ( the window damage charge was dropped which lead to no child support ) and NO I didn't give any cop consent to searching my property, these group of "Armed Criminals" "Violated my Civil Rights" soon as they Breached my "Locked Driveway Gates" with force, without a piece of paper signed by a Judge that states the paper is a "Search Warrant". The alleged use of my address by a third party does not give cops the right to alter my Constitutional Rights to suit their desires for an illegal search . Past 2 months has been spent meeting with n looking for top Civil Rights Super Attorney in Atlanta, GA. that is willing to file charges on every cop in this video against their surety bonds (so tax payers wont have to pick up the tab) plus any criminal charges that may apply to these home invaders. Normally these type cases get swept under the rug , the very reason cops get worse and do as they please. If I'm able to pursue this case with the right Attorney, it would send a message out to the rest of the bad cops, plus other violated citizens would have the knowledge needed to stand against these thugs.
I have started a GoFundMe account to help pay for Attorney fees to take Legal Action ASAP .

TV Licensing executed this search warrant at a Hartlepool property on the early evening of 19 December 2013.
The occupier of the property does not legally need a TV licence, as he does not use equipment to receive TV programme services. He had previously told TV Licensing that. Throughout the visit he explains, until blue in the face, that he does not require a TV licence because he does not watch live broadcast TV programmes.
Two TV Licensing goons, employed by Capita Business Services Ltd, entered the property with two Cleveland Police officers. The events that unfold show the questionable lengths some TV Licensing employees go to in order to get a result. At one stage (about 13:40) the goons seize on part of a sentence, which they indicate they will quote entirely out of context on the TVL178 Record of Interview form:
Occupier - "All right, I'll show you TV 1, but not through the computer because obviously I can receive it through the computer, but it doesn't mean I watch it. Anybody with a computer can receive it"
Baldy Goon (cuts off occupier mid-sentence) - "So you're saying you can receive it? That'll do us, that's all we need. We just need your admissions, that'll do us. You've just said, in front of a police officer..."
