100% Ver. is the fourth EP released by South Korea boy band MBLAQ. The album was released online on January 10, 2012. The online pre-orders started in January 10, 2012. It was recently revealed that 100% Ver. had over 40,000 pre-orders. The album consists of five new tracks, and the title track This Is War is a Dance Ballad with Orchestra Music. In March 21, the EP was re-released under the name "BLAQ% Ver.". The song "100%" was supposed to be the title track of the re-release, but the group will not promote the song to focus on solo activities.
On January 5, MBLAQ released their teaser of “This is War” on their official YouTube channel, J.Tune Camp. The video reveals the 5 members in their ensemble scene, and some small snippets of the full music video. The teaser ends with the members standing center stage with a string orchestra gathered on either side of them, shooting at the audience and finishes with a violent blood splatter that reveals their lead single's name, "전쟁이야 (This is War)". On the same day, the first concept photo was also released by J.Tune Camp. The directors jokingly stated that there was a particular member, Mir, who wanted to shave his hair bald, however they took fans' opinions in to consideration and only let the member go as far as a mohawk.
An ampere-hour or amp-hour (SI symbol A·h or A h; also denoted Ah) is a unit of electric charge, equal to the charge transferred by a steady current of one ampere flowing for one hour, or 3600 coulombs.
The ampere-hour is frequently used in measurements of electrochemical systems such as electroplating and the 'capacity' of electrical batteries (a battery constituent material's specific capacity is commonly expressed in mA·h/g). The commonly seen milliampere-hour (mA·h or mAh) is one-thousandth of an ampere-hour (3.6 coulombs).
A milliampere-second (mA·s) is a unit of measure used in X-ray imaging, diagnostic imaging, and radiation therapy. This quantity is proportional to the total X-ray energy produced by a given X-ray tube operated at a particular voltage. The same total dose can be delivered in different time periods depending on the X-ray tube current.
The Faraday constant is the charge on one mole of electrons, approximately equal to 26.8 ampere-hours. It is used in electrochemical calculations.
Alfred Harth, now known as Alfred 23 Harth or A23H, is a German multimedia artist, band leader, multi-instrumentalist musician, and composer who creatively mixes genres.
Harth founded a free improvisation band, Just Music (1967 to 1972), which in 1969 was recording number 1002 on the Munich based label ECM. In 1967 he opened the platform centrum freier cunst in Frankfurt/Main — a meeting point for live free music, art exhibitions, experimental poetry, action, and happening events. He formed the group E.M.T. (1972 to 1975) with artist and pianist Nicole Van den Plas from Belgium and Sven-Åke Johansson from Sweden. E.M.T. implemented Dada elements, integrating European Music Tradition by using fragments of composers (Edvard Grieg, Schumann). In 1975 he had just returned from three months in New York City, playing there with some greats of the Loft scene: Perry Robinson, John Fischer, Jay Clayton, a.o. and met Heiner Goebbels in Frankfurt/Main with whom in 1976 he recorded a first LP Vier Fäuste für Hanns Eisler (FMP/SAJ 08), including works from Hanns Eisler as Duo Goebbels/Harth (1975 to 1988). Meanwhile, also having established the Sogenanntes Linksradikales Blasorchester to bring political music to the streets within student’s protest actions, they played a lot of concerts and festivals all over Europe.
"Born" is a song written and performed by Barry Gibb that was included as the first track on his debut album The Kid's No Good in 1970. But in the Ladybird version of the album, this song was at number 12. It was one of the first songs he recorded for his first solo album. The song's style was closer to the 1971 song "Everybody Clap" by Lulu.
It was recorded on 22 February 1970 along with "A Child, A Girl, A Woman", "Mando Bay", "Clyde O'Reilly" and "Peace in My Mind". The song was covered by P.P. Arnold in two times, the first was recorded on 4 April 1970 along with "Happiness" (also a Barry Gibb song), as well as cover versions of "You've Made Me So Very Happy" and "Spinning Wheel", the session was produced by Gibb himself, the second version was recorded on 10 June 1970. The second recording is called "Born to Be Free" in the tape library, Barry's version contains the line born to be free, and that second recording was the last session of Arnold produced by Gibb.
The musicians played on the lead guitar and drums on Gibb's version was not credited. The harmony on the Gibb recording was sung by Gibb himself and Arnold. The song also features Arnold's falsetto in response to Barry's line I was born to be free.

From the time that you appeared
And for over thirty years
We've been riding the sound with guitars
From the time we've touched the strings
And felt the lightning coming out
There's nothing but metal to think
There's power in us all
A lot of strength inside us
Feel it in our hearts
And our souls are still devoted to
Heavy metal
Once you will hear it
There's no turning back
Heavy metal
This is a gift that God gave to us
Heavy metal
Once you will hear it
There's no turning back
Heavy metal
This is a gift that God gave to us
And it will sound for eternity
All the hard arpeggio solos
And the power on the stage
Are like a whiplash
Thats whipping our minds
All those years live and loud
With all the metal-heads on our side
There's nothing to fear at all
There's power in us all
A lot of strength inside us
Feel it in our hearts
And our souls are still devoted to
Heavy metal
Once you will hear it
There's no turning back
Heavy metal
This is a gift that God gave to us
Heavy metal
Once you will hear it
There's no turning back
Heavy metal
This is a gift that God gave to us
And it will sound for eternity
There's power in us all
A lot of strength inside us
Feel it in our hearts
And our souls are still devoted to
Heavy metal
Once you will hear it
There's no turning back
Heavy metal
This is a gift that God gave to us
Heavy metal
Once you will hear it
There's no turning back
Heavy metal
This is a gift that God gave to us
