The A-Team

The A-Team is an American action-adventure television series, running from 1983 to 1987, about a fictitious former United States Army Special Forces unit who, after being court-martialed "for a crime they didn't commit", escape from military prison and, while still on the run, work as soldiers of fortune. A feature film based on the series was released by 20th Century Fox in June 2010.

History

The A-Team was created by writers and producers Stephen J. Cannell and Frank Lupo at the behest of Brandon Tartikoff, NBC's Entertainment president. Cannell was fired from ABC in the early 1980s, after failing to produce a hit show for the network, and was hired by NBC; his first project was The A-Team. Brandon Tartikoff pitched the series to Cannell as a combination of The Dirty Dozen, Mission Impossible, The Magnificent Seven, Mad Max and Hill Street Blues, with "Mr. T driving the car".

The A-Team was not generally expected to become a hit, although Stephen J. Cannell has said that George Peppard suggested it would be a huge hit "before we ever turned on a camera". The show became very popular; the first regular episode, which aired after Super Bowl XVII on January 30, 1983, reached 26.4% of the television audience, placing fourth in the top 10 Nielsen-rated shows.

Film festival

Some film historians do not consider Film Festivals as official releases of film, like Jerry Beck. The best known film festivals are the Venice Film Festival, the Cannes Film Festival, the Toronto Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, and the Berlin International Film Festival, the latter being the largest film festival worldwide, based on attendance. The Venice Film Festival is the oldest major festival. The Melbourne International Film Festival is the largest film festival in the Southern Hemisphere and one of the oldest in the world. A 2013 study found 3,000 active films festivals worldwide—active defined as having held an event in the previous 24 months.

Ed Sheeran

Edward Christopher "Ed" Sheeran (born 17 February 1991) is an English singer-songwriter and musician. He was born in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire and raised in Framlingham, Suffolk. After dropping out of school at 16, he moved to London the following year, in 2008, to pursue a career in music. In early 2011, Sheeran independently released the extended play, No. 5 Collaborations Project, which caught the attention of Elton John and Jamie Foxx. After signing with Asylum Records, his debut album, + (read as "plus"), was released on 9 September 2011 and has since been certified six-times platinum in the UK. The album contains the single "The A Team", which earned him the Ivor Novello Award for Best Song Musically and Lyrically. In 2012, Sheeran won the Brit Awards for Best British Male Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act.

Sheeran's popularity abroad began in 2012. In the US, he made a guest appearance on Taylor Swift's fourth studio album, Red. "The A Team" was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2013 Grammy Awards, where he performed the song with Elton John. He spent much of 2013 opening for Swift's The Red Tour in North America dates. In late 2013, he performed three sold-out shows at New York's Madison Square Garden as a headline act. He was nominated for Best New Artist at the 2014 Grammy Awards.

NBA 2K (series)

The NBA 2K series is a series of basketball video games developed and released annually since 1999. The NBA 2K series was exclusive to the Sega Dreamcast when it was first introduced by Sega to address EA Sports's decision to not publish any sports games. The series was originally published by Sega, under the label Sega Sports and is now published by 2K Sports. All of the games in the franchise have been developed by Visual Concepts. Its primary competitor in the marketplace is the NBA Live series from EA Sports.

History

The first four games of the series featured commentary from fictional announcers "Bob Steele" and "Rod West" (voiced by Bay Area sports radio personalities Bob Fitzgerald and Rod Brooks who works at KNBR 680 San Francisco. They also host a radio show called "Fitz and Brooks"), but since NBA 2K3 the game's announcing team has been something of a revolving door, featuring commentary from the likes of Bill Walton, Tom Tolbert, Kevin Frazier, Michele Taffy, and Bob Fitzgerald. The color and play-by-play commentary in NBA 2K6, NBA 2K7, and NBA 2K8 is provided by Kevin Harlan and Kenny Smith, with Craig Sager providing sideline reports. Peter Barto is the PA Announcer. NBA 2K9 features commentary from Kevin Harlan and Clark Kellogg with Cheryl Miller as the sideline reporter on most versions of NBA 2K9 and NBA 2K10. Starting with NBA 2K11, Doris Burke replaces Miller as the sideline reporter on most versions of the game. On most versions of NBA 2K12, Steve Kerr joins Kevin Harlan and Clark Kellogg in the commentary booth. On the PlayStation 2 versions starting with NBA 2K9, no sideline reporter is featured in the game. In 2002 Sega implemented the American television network, ESPN's brand with their Sega Sports video games. The ESPN brand was used for 3 games, with the second game even being renamed ESPN NBA Basketball, until ESPN signed a 15-year deal with EA Sports.

Jack told Ken to treasure his lover. Jack drew a picture to Ken, which was sunset and sea, but it was drew specially in SOS sign. Ken didn't understand Jack when he got Jack's picture. Jack told Ken about his own boss who capture Mandy from him, and Ken brought his crew members, include his girl Brenda, to catch Jack's boss. But failed. Ken was ordered to protect a foreign jewel merchant, with the police's G-4, to the jewel exhibition scene. Ken ask Brenda to look after Jack to avoid Jack to steal Jewel. Jack told Ken to take care to Brenda, to show her that he really loves her. Because of this, Brenda helped Jack to make him steal the jewels. Ken had even failed to protect the foreign merchant because he was shot and die. Jack could meet Mandy, found her eyes blind due to crying for him. Mandy also told Jack that Grace was with her, and she was fine too. Ken decided to find the picture Jack drew last time, and found his drawn SOS sign. Ken decided to help Jack. Jack's boss asked Jack, Mandy and Grace's kids (with Grace) to dine, and killed Grace in front of Mandy, Jack decided to help his boss to steal the jewel. Jack's boss locked Mandy and the 2 kids inside a vacuum room, which only has 1-hour oxygen for 3 of them to breath. Jack sneaked inside, and met Ken. Ken helped Jack to "die" in the event, so that Jack's boss cried onto Jack's body. Ken and Brenda drove Jack to his boss's area, trying to rescue Mandy. Jack's boss got someone else to catch Brenda. Jack's boss found Jack saving Mandy, and shot Jack. The 3rd bullet reaches Jack's heart. Ken and Brenda also got shot but both were still safe. Ken help Jack to push Jack's extinguisher towards Jack's boss, made him burnt. Ken and Brenda carried Jack into the 2nd vacuum room until the explosion made Mandy's door unlocked. Jack came out first, with lots of blood, run to Mandy. Jack call Mandy but she didn't wake up. Jack finally fell down and die. Mandy woke up but saw Jack die, she cried. Ken and Brenda came and saw Jack dead. Some years later, Brenda phone Mandy, knew that she is alright and bring the two kids to Shanghai to settle. Mandy's eyes recovered. Brenda and Ken felt happy by being together.
