M. C. Gainey
Michael Connor "M. C." Gainey (born January 18, 1948) is an American actor whose distinctive mustache, 6'2" height, and threatening look have landed him supporting roles as Southern or Southwestern thugs and criminals. He is known for playing a major role in the 1997 Con Air action movie.
Early life
Gainey was born in Jackson, Mississippi. In the early 1970s, he attended the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco, California with Ken Hixon. Prior to this, he attended the University of Southern Mississippi. He worked as an undertaker's apprentice before he decided to study acting.
Career
In 1981, he made his big-screen debut in Herbert Ross's musical Pennies from Heaven starring Steve Martin and Bernadette Peters. Since the early 1980s, he has been in over 50 films, including Two Idiots in Hollywood (1988), The Mighty Ducks (1992), The Fan (1996), Breakdown (1997), Con Air (1997), Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003), Sideways (2004), Are We There Yet? (2005), The Dukes of Hazzard (2005), Wild Hogs (2007) and Mr. Woodcock (2007).

Personal assistant
A personal assistant, also referred to as personal aide (PA) or personal secretary (PS), is a job title describing a person who assists a specific person with their daily business or personal tasks.
Duties and functions
A manager may have a personal assistant to help with time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note taking. The role of a personal assistant can be varied, such as answering phone calls, taking notes, scheduling meetings, etc.
In business or personal contexts, personal assistants are people who provide services that relieve his or her employer from tasks that are associated with managing one’s personal and/or business life. They assist with a variety of life management tasks, including running errands, arranging travel (e.g., travel agent services such as purchasing airline tickets, reserving hotel rooms and rental cars, and arranging activities, as well as handling more localized services such as recommending a different route to work based on road or travel conditions), finance (paying bills, buying and selling stocks), shopping (meal planning, remembering special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries and purchasing gifts) and fitness (exercise monitoring and motivation, as a personal trainer may do).

Production assistant
A production assistant, also known as a PA, is a member of the film crew and is a job title used in filmmaking and television for a person responsible for various aspects of a production. The job of a PA can vary greatly depending on the budget and specific requirements of a production as well as whether or not the production is unionized.
Production assistants on films are sometimes attached to individual actors or filmmakers.
Television and feature film
In unionized television and feature film, production assistants are usually divided into different categories: "Set PA", "Truck PA", "Locations PA", "Office PA", or "Set Runner" and "Extra PA or Daily" - Variations exist depending on a show's structure or region of the United States or Canada.
Office PAs usually spend most hours in the respective show's production office handling such tasks as phones, deliveries, script copies, lunch pick-ups, and related tasks in coordination with the production manager and production coordinator.

(If any one is wondering why the review is so long? The first 25 minutes or so are devoted to specifically behind the scenes info about the film's production and the casting. The rest is the actual review with bits of trivia and memorable quotes sprinkled in. This review was going to be however long it was going to be because this is one of my favorite films and a film that was a big part of my childhood. I hope you enjoyed the review though and found it to be entertaining or at least and interesting watch.)
