firstly; yes I am aware that there is an official english translation, but the english in it was slightly strange, like with the wording of certain things and the grammar. but I do recommend you check it out.

But that is exactly what forces us to think out of the box. For from the ruins of the bankrupt growth economy rises a practicable alternative. The "potato movement" guides the way to a revolutionary new model, that is co-facilitated by the government. Local, social and elusive to futures and distributive trade. In the "no middleman" economy citizens are in control of supply and demand. After the tragedy of the old euro model, modern Greece stages a different economy: that of the smallest unit. Is this where the new Europe is built from the bottom up?

Generally, an answer is a reply to a question. It can be solution, a retaliation or a response to it.
In law, an answer was originally a solemn assertion in opposition to someone or something, and thus generally any counter-statement or defense, a reply to a question or response, or objection, or a correct solution of a problem.
In the common law, an answer is the first pleading by a defendant, usually filed and served upon the plaintiff within a certain strict time limit after a civil complaint or criminal information or indictment has been served upon the defendant. It may have been preceded by an optional "pre-answer" motion to dismiss or demurrer; if such a motion is unsuccessful, the defendant must file an answer to the complaint or risk an adverse default judgment.
In a criminal case, there is usually an arraignment or some other kind of appearance before the defendant comes to court. The pleading in the criminal case, which is entered on the record in open court, is usually either guilty or not guilty. Generally speaking in private, civil cases there is no plea entered of guilt or innocence. There is only a judgment that grants money damages or some other kind of equitable remedy such as restitution or a permanent injunction. Criminal cases may lead to fines or other punishment, such as imprisonment.

Oliver Heldens (born Olivier Heldens; February 1, 1995) is a Dutch electronic music producer from Rotterdam in the Netherlands. His 2013 song, "Gecko", caught the attention of Tiësto, who signed him to his label; Musical Freedom and released the track with vocals from British singer Becky Hill on June 23, 2014. Heldens also has a weekly podcast titled Heldeep Radio. His songs "Gecko (Overdrive)", "Last All Night (Koala)" and his remix of Dr Kucho!'s "Can't Stop Playing" charted as top 5 singles in the UK, reaching 1st, 5th and 4th position respectively. In 2015, he began producing bass house songs under the alias 'HI-LO', which comes from 'Oli H' in reversed form. Under his alias, Heldens produced three singles titled "Crank It Up", "Renegade Mastah" and "Wappy Flirt", releasing the latter two on his label Heldeep Records.
Career
2013–present: Breakthrough
Heldens began his professional music career when he signed to Spinnin' Records in 2013. His first releases on the label include "Stinger" and "Thumper" which features DJ Jacob van Hage. Later collaborations include "Panther" with 'Robby East' which was released on the Oxygen label on the December 2, 2013. The single "Gecko" was released in the same month on Tiesto's Musical Freedom record label. The song peaked at number 1 on the DMC Magazine Buzz Chart and was named "Essential New Tune" by BBC's Pete Tong on January 31, 2014.

But that is exactly what forces us to think out of the box. For from the ruins of the bankrupt growth economy rises a practicable alternative. The "potato movement" guides the way to a revolutionary new model, that is co-facilitated by the government. Local, social and elusive to futures and distributive trade. In the "no middleman" economy citizens are in control of supply and demand. After the tragedy of the old euro model, modern Greece stages a different economy: that of the smallest unit. Is this where the new Europe is built from the bottom up?

Is ailing Greece the start of a new Europe? Will the cradle of democracy also become the cradle of a new economy? One in four Greeks is out of a job, the youth unemployment rate is approaching 60%, and the purchasing power of the average citizen has declined by 30%. But that is exactly what forces us to think out of the box. For from the ruins of the bankrupt growth economy rises a practicable alternative. The "potato movement" guides the way to a revolutionary new model, that is co-facilitated by the government. Local, social and elusive to futures and distributive trade. In the "no middleman" economy citizens are in control of supply and demand. After the tragedy of the old euro model, modern Greece stages a different economy: that of the smallest unit. Is this where the new Europe is built from the bottom up?

The State Government will be able to generate revenue of around Rs 150 crore to Rs 200 crore annually under Goods and Services Tax (GST). The State Government will be able to generate revenue of around Rs 150 crore to Rs 200 crore annually under Goods and Services Tax (GST).
This was informed by Deputy Chief Minister Shri Yumnam Joykumar, who is also the Finance in-charge, while responding to a starred question raised by Khangabok AC MLA Shri Surjakumar Okram during Question Hour of the ongoing Assembly session today.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that the State is likely to get an increased amount of Rs 103 crore on account of GST revenue compensation assured under GST Compensation Act.
He said that 4100 dealers have been registered in the State under the new tax regime so far.
Out of these 4100 dealers, 2800 dealers migrated from VAT regime and the remaining 1300 had registered under GST, Shri Joykumar informed.
Stating that the revenue impact of GST would be positive, he observed that the State would gain from the GST Bill.
Responding to a poser raised by Kakching AC MLA Shri Y. Surchandra, the Deputy Chief Minister stated that a total debt of Rs. 7774.42 crore is being incurred by the State.
He also informed the House that the State currently spends Rs. 153 crore in Debt Service every month, out of which Rs. 110.63 crore is Principal amount and Rs. 42.37 crore is interest.
Replying to a starred question asked by Sagolband AC MLA Shri RK Imo, Education Minister Shri Th. Radheshyam said that the Government would implement the recommendations of the 6th Pay Commission with respect to the salary of Government Aided schools when the financial health of the State Government improves.
Giving his reply to a starred question of Ukhrul AC MLA Alfred K. Arthur, the Education Minister said that Ukhrul district has 132 Government schools and one Government college.
He further said that the total number of Government school students of the district is 9741.
Responding to a query asked by Thangmeiband AC MLA Kh. Joykisan, Works Minister Shri Th. Biswajit informed that Public Works Department (PWD) allows execution of work before the work order is given in some works of emergency nature under relevant clauses of CPWD manual.
Replying a poser raised by Thangmeiband AC MLA Shri Kh. Joykisan, MAHUD Minister Shri Th. Shyamkumar said that Rs. 11.60 lakhs had been sanctioned to install solar lamps in 27 Wards of Imphal Municipal Council except Ward No. 8. (DIPR)

Imphal, 4th August, 2017 (DIPR): Chief Minister ShriNongthombamBiren Singh said Traffic Police has one Superintendent, two Additional SPs, one DSP, one Inspector, seven SI (Male), 15 ASIs, 10 Head Constables and 81 police constables.
Replying to a Starred question No. 83, Chief Minister Shri N.Biren who holds the Home portfolio said the Traffic Police has the responsibility of traffic management in the entire State especially in Greater Imphal Area.
The Chief Minister also said that the Traffic Police has no power to register FIRs or conduct investigation. They only issue traffic receipts and hand over the case to the police.
In reply to another Starred question No. 91, the Chief Minister said the Shirui Lily Festival was celebrated as a State level festival this year and will be organized annually. He was replying to a question raised by Opposition MLA Shri Alfred Kanngam Arthur on whether the government has any plans to improve and conduct the Shirui Lily Festival ever year in the same way as Sangai Festival.
Replying to a Starred question No. 82 raised by Opposition MLA ShriSurjakumarOkram, Health Minister Shri L.Jayantakumar Singh said there is plan to carry out various tests free of cost in the government medical colleges/hospitals and that there are seven District Hospitals, one Sub-District Hospital, 17 CHCs, 54 PHCs and three UPHCs that have started the scheme testing.
He also said that the entire expenditure for the scheme would be borne by the Central Government.
Regarding fund that has been sanctioned/released so far for the scheme, he replied that Rs.7.8 crore in Supplementary Record of Proceedings (RoP) of Financial Year 2015-16 andRs.3.0 crore in Record of Proceedings (RoP) of Financial Year 2016-17 under National Health Mission, Manipur.
In reply to a Starred question No 86 raised by Opposition MLA Shri Alfred Kanngam Arthur, the Chief Minister said the outlays for plan and other related activities in hill areas as per Article 275 (1) of the Constitution are reflected under Demand No 14 of Dept. of TA and Hills. In addition, the budgetary outlays of all other Departments under the government, both developmental as well as non-developmental expenditure contains allocation for hill areas in their respective Demands.
Replying to another Starred question No. 87 regarding engagement of employees after superannuation, the Chief Minister said as a policy, government discourages frequent re-engagement of employees after superannuation.
However, retired employees are engaged, in specific cases, keeping in mind the need and availability of technical expertise and of persons having requisite knowledge and experience in the subject, he said. As of now, 51 employees are re-engaged after retirement.
In reply to another Starred question No 89 raised by Opposition MLA ShriKh. Joykisan, the Chief Minister said his recent visits to hill districts are aimed at giving a thrust to attentions of the Government at development of hill areas. Such visits also facilitate, at the highest level review and monitoring the progress of works/schemes/projects taken up in the districts and further improvement in the programmes/projects/works undertaken in hill areas, he said.
PHE Minister LosiiDikho, in his reply to a Starred question No. 90, raised by MLA ShriK.Meghachandra, said that the number of Water Supply Scheme funded under NLCPR for the last 10 years is seven in Senapati District and five in Ukhrul and that the number of Water Supply Schemes funded under NEC for the last 10 years in Senapati District is one and in Ukhrul district is two. Is ailing Greece the start of a new Europe? Will the cradle of democracy also become the cradle of a new economy? One in four Greeks is out of a job, the youth unemployment rate is approaching 60%, and the purchasing power of the average citizen has declined by 30%. But that is exactly what forces us to think out of the box. For from the ruins of the bankrupt growth economy rises a practicable alternative. The "potato movement" guides the way to a revolutionary new model, that is co-facilitated by the government. Local, social and elusive to futures and distributive trade. In the "no middleman" economy citizens are in control of supply and demand. After the tragedy of the old euro model, modern Greece stages a different economy: that of the smallest unit. Is this where the new Europe is built from the bottom up?
