On May 14, 2016 we had a trailer stolen from our Chilliwack location. They started working on the gate around 4;00 am and pulled out of yard around 5:14 am. We have identified the the driver of the truck. He is known to police and is a local of Chilliwack, BC|.
We need your help in identifying the other POS in the red/maroon t shirt wearing the ball cap. The police have still not found the trailer and we are hoping somebody will know the whereabouts of it.

Announcement : the stolen trailer has been recovered !!, this was due to the overwhelming amount of tips that we received, and conjunction with the upper fraser valley crime stoppers. Kitt Equipment would like to thank all those who contributed information. The driver of the black truck has been arrested, and has charges pending. The crown has seized the black truck, stating it was used to commit said crime. This is a testament to the saying “crime doesn’t pay”. The police are still actively pursuing the “red shirt bandit” in the video, and have leads thanks to these posts.****UPDATE--- RED SHIRT BANDIT Identified

Gemma, a British city-living teenager, is kidnapped while on holiday with her parents. Her kidnapper, Ty, takes her to the wild land of outback Australia. To Gemma's city-eyes, the landscape is harsh and unforgiving and there are no other signs of human life for hundreds of kilometres in every direction. Here, there is no escape. Gemma must learn to deal with her predicament, or die trying to fight it.
Ty, a young man, has other ideas for her. His childhood experience of living in outback Australia has forever changed the way he sees things. But he too has been living in the city; Gemma's city. Unlike Gemma, however, he has had enough. In outback Australia he sees an opportunity for a new kind of life; a life more connected to the earth. He has been watching and learning about Gemma for many years; when he kidnaps her, his plan finally begins to take shape.
But Ty is not a stereotypical kidnapper and, over time, Gemma comes to see Ty in a new light, a light in which he is something more sensitive. Okay, so I noticed that there aren't any fanmade Stolen trailers with actors other than Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder. Not that I don't like those two and all, I just want a little more variety in the fandom, so I made one myself, with Chloe Moretz as Gemma and Xavier Samuel as Ty! :D My dream casting for Gemma is actually Crystal Reed, but Chloe had all these nice kidnapped scenes that fit for the theme of Stolen. And she's closer to Gemma's age anyway, so yeah. ^^ Xavier's my perfect Ty though--he's blond and Aussie. If he bulked up a bit and wore blue contacts, it'd be flawless.
I'm really hoping they'd make a movie for this amazing book! And if you haven't read the book yet, then DO IT.

Stolen is a 2009 mystery–thriller film directed by Anders Anderson and starring Josh Lucas, Jon Hamm and Rhona Mitra.
Plot
A small-town policeman works to uncover the truth behind two crimes: the disappearance of his son eight years earlier, and a fifty-year-old homicide of another boy. In the opening scenes, a mummified corpse is unearthed at a construction site. At first the policeman fears and welcomes closure to the search for his son; however, pathology demonstrates that these are the remains from a much older crime. The film continues with parallel stories in flashback, showing the events leading to the crimes and the investigation. Work has become an obsession for Detective Tom Adkins (Jon Hamm) since the disappearance of his ten-year-old son, Tommy Jr. When an early morning phone call leads him to the mangled remains of a young boy who was brutally murdered 50 years ago, Adkins takes on the case in hopes of finding absolution. His investigation leads him to a man who lived in 1958 named Matthew Wakefield (Josh Lucas) and his mentally retarded son, John. The striking similarities in the cases pushes Adkins’ obsession over the top. Barely holding onto his sanity and bound by redemption, Adkins unravels the unspeakable truth behind what happened to his son.

On May 14, 2016 we had a trailer stolen from our Chilliwack location. They started working on the gate around 4;00 am and pulled out of yard around 5:14 am. We have identified the the driver of the truck. He is known to police and is a local of Chilliwack, BC|.
We need your help in identifying the other POS in the red/maroon t shirt wearing the ball cap. The police have still not found the trailer and we are hoping somebody will know the whereabouts of it.

Kitt Equipment would like to thank all those who contributed information. The driver of the black truck has been arrested, and has charges pending. The crown has seized the black truck, stating it was used to commit said crime. This is a testament to the saying “crime doesn’t pay”. Stolen Review
Gemma, a British city-living teenager, is kidnapped while on holiday with her parents. Her kidnapper, Ty, takes her to the wild land of outback Australia. To Gemma's city-eyes, the landscape is harsh and unforgiving and there are no other signs of human life for hundreds of kilometres in every direction. Here, there is no escape. Gemma must learn to deal with her predicament, or die trying to fight it.
Ty, a young man, has other ideas for her. His childhood experience of living in outback Australia has forever changed the way he sees things. But he too has been living in the city; Gemma's city. Unlike Gemma, however, he has had enough. In outback Australia he sees an opportunity for a new kind of life; a life more connected to the earth. He has been watching and learning about Gemma for many years; when he kidnaps her, his plan finally begins to take shape.
But Ty is not a stereotypical kidnapper and, over time, Gemma comes to see Ty in a new light, a light in which he is something more sensitive. The mysteries of Ty, and the mystery of her new life, start to take hold. She begins to feel something for her kidnapper when he wakes screaming in the night. Over the time spent with her captor, Gemma's appreciation of him develops ...but is this real love, or Stockholm Syndrome?

Okay, so I noticed that there aren't any fanmade Stolen trailers with actors other than Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder. Not that I don't like those two and all, I just want a little more variety in the fandom, so I made one myself, with Chloe Moretz as Gemma and Xavier Samuel as Ty! :D My dream casting for Gemma is actually Crystal Reed, but Chloe had all these nice kidnapped scenes that fit for the theme of Stolen. And she's closer to Gemma's age anyway, so yeah. ^^ Xavier's my perfect Ty though--he's blond and Aussie. If he bulked up a bit and wore blue contacts, it'd be flawless.
I'm really hoping they'd make a movie for this amazing book! And if you haven't read the book yet, then DO IT.
