We went with both dogs, I had our newest rescue’s rabies vaccine info faxed over a week prior. When ...we arrived, I was told they had no record of it and could not groom him without it. I’m 100% okay with making sure your business practices safely. But when I offered to run home and grab paper copies of his records, I was told that would exceed our allotted time and that we were just going to be charged a cancellation fee. I didn’t cancel! I offered to make the 30 minute round trip home to get the papers that must’ve been lost by them (my vet confirmed they faxed them) and was denied. I will not support a business that would rather make a quick buck than allow someone 30 minutes to straighten out a simple problem. We will NOT be going back.
Side note, we filed a dispute with this through our bank and they are now seeking refund from bubbly paws as this was an unfair charge See More
