Department of Interior may refer to:
The United States Department of the Interior (DOI) is the United States federal executive department of the U.S. government responsible for the management and conservation of most federal land and natural resources, and the administration of programs relating to Native American, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, territorial affairs, and insular areas of the United States. About 75% of federal public land is managed by the department, with most of the remainder managed by the Agriculture department's United States Forest Service.
The Department is administered by the United States Secretary of the Interior, who is a member of the Cabinet of the President. The current Secretary is Sally Jewell. The Inspector General position is currently vacant, with Mary Kendall serving as acting Inspector General.
Despite its name, the Department of the Interior has a different role from that of the interior ministries of other nations, which are usually responsible for police matters and internal security. In the United States, national security and immigration functions are performed by the Department of Homeland Security primarily and the Department of Justice secondarily.
CBS This Morning is an American morning television program that is broadcast on CBS. The program, which shares its title with a more traditionally formatted morning program that aired on the network from 1987 to 1999, airs Monday through Saturdays from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. in all time zones (airing live in the Eastern Time Zone and on tape-delay in the Central and Mountain Time Zones; stations in the Pacific Time Zone receive an updated feed with a specialized opening and updated live reports). It is the tenth distinct morning news-features program format that CBS has aired since 1954, having replaced The Early Show on January 9, 2012.
The weekday edition of the program is currently anchored by Charlie Rose, Gayle King and Norah O'Donnell. The program emphasizes general national and international news stories and in-depth reports throughout each edition, although it also includes live in-studio and pre-taped interviews. The format was chosen as an alternative to the soft news and lifestyle-driven formats of competitors Today and Good Morning America following the first hour or half-hour of those broadcasts, in an attempt to give the program a competitive edge with its hard news format (CBS has historically placed third in the ratings among the network morning shows).

President Elect Donald Trump collared Congressman Ryan Zinke (R-Montana) for Secretary of Interior. Zinke is a former Navy S.E.A.L. was asked about the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and what Commander Zinke thought should be its scope and proper authority? Allow me to paraphrase his response: "When I grew up out on our ranch and looked at 'Smokey the Bear' as a hero. Today the BLM is seen as a threat or law enforcement authority and when people see Smokey the Bear today, they fear him and avoid walking up to greet him. People should feel welcome to walk right in their local BLM Office and sit down for coffee rather than a law enforcement arm of the DOI when the Bureau is limited to properly manage our public lands."
