I enjoyed the ambiance & the food ,but the service is horrible. I left my phone along with my debit card on the bar which was completely MY fault but what upset me was the "manager". .I asked her to check to see if another tab had been started with my card after I left....without even asking my name or any info about the card, she dismissed me & said "no other tab has been started on your card". How the hell does she know that without knowing my name??!!!! There was in fact another tab open in that very bar with my stolen credit card that I reported stolen when I got home. The club will not be paid & I lost no money but the fact this manager dismissed me so quickly leads me to believe she was in on the theft of the card! Shady to say the least.

I went yesterday me an my cousins and our waitress was horrible her name was Tiffany she would ask us if we needed something and in the middle of talkin she walked off not once but twice Ojos locos Ft worth way better service better music but it's way too far for me to go all the way over there shit it's far enough for me to go to the one in dallas. She gave us a wrong ticket had to go reprint it was just horrible but I still tipped 10 dollars because even tho she didn't do a good job I don't know her situation so I always tip just wished I had better service that's all.

Service is a joke, it wasn't even busy and there were several servers that just stood around the hostess podium talking and laughing with the security dorks. One server was actually sitting at a table with a man while he ate like it's appropriate to do that. No one approached us after we were sat, didn't even look our way one time. No eye contact, nothing.
Yes, you're all very attractive but we went to eat, not to be ignored. We finally walked out and ate at the restaurant next door.

This is my first weekend and Dallas, recommended as a good sports bar by locals..and they weren't wrong! Every staff member I encountered was extremely friendly and accommodating. Sam was our waitress tonight and she was amazing ! Made me feel welcome and not rushed at all despite the place being packed. If you're ever in Dallas and want to watch a game come here and ask for Samantha.

I'm from out of town and I went with my boyfriend yesterday. They were super busy but we lucked out with two seats at the bar. The bartender Tanji was bartending by herself in the beginning. So props to her because she greeted us right away and the service was good. She was a nice girl as well
We ordered the street tacos and those were pretty good too.

We loved it. There were five of us. All of out meals were spot on and delicious. Out waitress, Aspen, I believe was her name, was very attentive. She brought refill drinks without having to ask her. The music was both Latino and American and very enjoyable. We came in from East Texas for a concert at Gas Monkey and will definitely come back when we are in town.

They advertised that they would show the HBO Boxing Chocolatito fight, I paid $5 to get in to see the fight, they told me at the door they were showing the fight, and then they didn't show the fight, and I didn't get my $5 back. Thats false advertisement, a scam, and a ripoff. The only thing good I can say about this place is their waitresses put Hooters to shame and that is no joke.

Last Sunday was my first time visiting this bar/restaurant to catch the soccer game with some friends. From the beginning I was very hesitant to go because I knew it would be very busy but I decided to give it a try since my friends were adamant I would have a good time. Everything was going great until a friend from the bar wanted to be my girlfriend a couple of shots. Well this is where my experience turned horrific. The bartender seemed to have some personal issue with my ...friend and refused to serve our friend who had a tab open at the bar since the drinks were for her. He then asked another bartender for the shots and as that bartender made the shots the previous bartender came up and took the shots from her and tossed them since they were for my friend. They refused to serve her due to some "personal" issue. What I thought was very unprofessional took a turn for the worst. We proceeded to complain to the manager and the first thing he said was "don't yell at me". Mind you there is a loud game going on with hundreds of cheering fans and loud music coming through the speakers. I then told him well let's go talk somewhere quiet and he literally said no. Once he was Informed of what happened he said we'll just go through your server there is nothing I can do about it! What do you mean you can't do anything about it? These are his employees not vice versa. The owner of the establishment trusted him in running his business and yet he can't do anything to control his bartenders. I am also a manager and I would never treat my customers the way I was treated. As a manager I would have gone out of my way to make my experience a little better. I didn't need any free food or drinks but a simple apology and the bartenders to leave their personal drama at home. Well the manager then got upset that I would not let go of the situation so he stood there and said I am not going to be threatened by you and called the cops over to kick me out. Not once did I lose my cool, I kept it professional and told him I would definitely be filing a complaint and would never visit this establishment again. My friend had to "calm him down" and apologize that I had complained about not being served so we wouldn't be asked to leave. Never again will I visit this place, the food is not great and the beer was just beer.

walked in (party of 6) ...we asked for a round booth because there were no other booths available and we didn't want a table, as we are walking to the booth, another waitress is walking a family of 3 , two adults and a baby carrier to the booth, after they had already been seated and decided they didn't like the table. we then have to settle for a table. we sit and wait 10 minutes for our drinks to come out. manager never stopped by to check on us, she came when we called her and then she said herself that she had walked up to the wrong table to apologize about the table situation. she "rectified" the situation by giving us some nachos, that were cold. bad experience overall, and NO-ONE speaks english.

Anywaysssss the waitresses are always with a sad face like they hate their lives and jobs they always forget to bring shit they act like they're the best waitresses in the world and to top it all off I haven't got laid from any of them yet sooo 1 star and every guy can agree 😂
