What is ROBLOX? ROBLOX is an online virtual playground and workshop, where kids of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. Building a solid freestyle means you should focus on core stability and learning to send your energy forward.
Why do it:
Mastering core balance means that all your propulsive efforts will be more effective.
How to do it:
1 - Start by taking a few strokes, and then pausing in the extended / rotated position to see how far you can glide.
2 - Do your best to stay close to the surface and try not to let the legs sink.
3 - When you feel confident if your line while paused, restart your swimming with a slow, stable stroke.
4 - Build to a high speed again, and then drive your hand and body forward to another pause... the keep repeating.
How to do it really well (the fine points):
Don't forget the kick. During the initial stage of this progression, it's good to try to stabilize without the use of the legs. Moving forward in the drill, as you get to the repeating phase, make sure you're driving everything forward, through the entire drill, with a steady and strong flutter kick.

Rick and Morty
Rick and Morty is an American adult animated television series created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon for Adult Swim. The series follows the misadventures of alcoholic scientist Rick and his easily influenced grandson Morty, who split their time between domestic family life and interdimensional travel. Roiland voices the series' eponymous characters, while the series also stars the voice talent of Chris Parnell, Spencer Grammer, and Sarah Chalke. The series has its origins in an animated parody of Back to the Future created by Roiland for film festival Channel 101. Adult Swim approached Harmon for television show ideas, and he and Roiland developed the program based on the short's two characters.
The series premiered December 2, 2013, to critical acclaim. In January 2014, the series was renewed for a second season that began on July 26, 2015. In August 2015, Adult Swim renewed the series for a third season.
Plot
Rick is an eccentric, elderly, alcoholic scientist who has moved in with the family of his veterinarian daughter, Beth. He spends most of his time taking his young grandson Morty (and later his granddaughter Summer) on dangerous, outlandish adventures throughout the cosmos and alternate universes. Compounded with Morty's already unstable family life, these events cause Morty much distress at home and school.

Adult Swim
Adult Swim (stylized as [adult swim] or [as]) is an American cable network that shares channel space with Cartoon Network, both of which are owned by Turner Broadcasting System, a division of Time Warner, Inc., every night from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Eastern and Pacific Time in the United States. The network is programmed by Williams Street Studios, a division of Turner Broadcasting System, which also developed two prior television programming blocks seen on Cartoon Network: Toonami (which later became a block on Adult Swim in 2012) and Miguzi. The name comes from a phrase used by public swimming pools to label designated times when children are restricted from using the facilities in favor of adults: "Adult Swim".
Debuting as a programming block on Cartoon Network in 2001, Adult Swim was established as alternative programming during the late night hours when Cartoon Network's primary target audience, children and teenagers between the ages of 7–15, would normally be sleeping. Much of Adult Swim's general content is known for its risqué, unorthodox and often bizarre presentation, while many of the series features are developed in stark contrast with traditional American television programs. The network was granted its own Nielsen ratings report due to differing target demographics, and broadcasts in countries such as Australia and New Zealand. PAW Patrol
PAW Patrol is a Canadian animated television series created by Keith Chapman. The series first aired on August 12, 2013, on Nickelodeon in the United States and in Canada on TVOKids on August 27, 2013. The series is produced by Spin Master Entertainment in association with TVOKids and Nickelodeon, with animation provided by Guru Studio. On November 14, 2013, Nickelodeon announced that PAW Patrol had been renewed for a second season, which began airing on August 13, 2014. On June 9, 2015, Nickelodeon announced that PAW Patrol had been renewed for a third season, which began airing on November 20, 2015.
Plot
A tech-savvy boy named Ryder leads a pack of seven dogs: Marshall, Rubble, Chase, Rocky, Zuma, Skye and Everest (the last of which was added to the team in season two). With a unique blend of stunts, pop culture references and lots of child-friendly humor, the PAW Patrol works together on high-stakes rescue missions to protect the city of Adventure Bay. Their most frequent caller is a fisherman named Cap'n Turbot, who knows a lot about the ocean and loves hanging out with the pups.

Each week is filled with multiple videos focusing on the same skill - http://www.goswim.tv Building a solid freestyle means you should focus on core stability and learning to send your energy forward. Why do it: Mastering core balance means that all your propulsive efforts will be more effective. How to do it: 1 - Start by taking a few strokes, and then pausing in the extended / rotated position to see how far you can glide. 2 - Do your best to stay close to the surface and try not to let the legs sink. 3 - When you feel confident if your line while paused, restart your swimming with a slow, stable stroke. 4 - Build to a high speed again, and then drive your hand and body forward to another pause... the keep repeating. How to do it really well (the fine points): Don't forget the kick. During the initial stage of this progression, it's good to try to stabilize without the use of the legs. Moving forward in the drill, as you get to the repeating phase, make sure you're driving everything forward, through the entire drill, with a steady and strong flutter kick.

Building a solid freestyle means you should focus on core stability and learning to send your energy forward.
Why do it:
Mastering core balance means that all your propulsive efforts will be more effective.
How to do it:
1 - Start by taking a few strokes, and then pausing in the extended / rotated position to see how far you can glide.
2 - Do your best to stay close to the surface and try not to let the legs sink.
3 - When you feel confident if your line while paused, restart your swimming with a slow, stable stroke.
4 - Build to a high speed again, and then drive your hand and body forward to another pause... the keep repeating.
How to do it really well (the fine points):
Don't forget the kick. During the initial stage of this progression, it's good to try to stabilize without the use of the legs. Moving forward in the drill, as you get to the repeating phase, make sure you're driving everything forward, through the entire drill, with a steady and strong flutter kick.

Building a solid freestyle means you should focus on core stability and learning to send your energy forward.
Why do it:
Mastering core balance means that all your propulsive efforts will be more effective.
How to do it:
1 - Start by taking a few strokes, and then pausing in the extended / rotated position to see how far you can glide.
2 - Do your best to stay close to the surface and try not to let the legs sink.
3 - When you feel confident if your line while paused, restart your swimming with a slow, stable stroke.
4 - Build to a high speed again, and then drive your hand and body forward to another pause... the keep repeating.
How to do it really well (the fine points):
Don't forget the kick. During the initial stage of this progression, it's good to try to stabilize without the use of the legs. Moving forward in the drill, as you get to the repeating phase, make sure you're driving everything forward, through the entire drill, with a steady and strong flutter kick.
