Rapoport joined Bon Appétit in 2011 as editor-in-chief, and with his distinct point of view, reinvented the food lifestyle category. With 22 National Magazine Award nominations, including wins in 2014 for General Excellence and Photography; 13 James Beard Foundation Journalism Award nominations and 63 Society of Publication Designers nominations; he made Bon Appétit the most decorated food brand in the industry.

In 2014, as editorial director of Epicurious, he relaunched and re-branded the iconic cooking website. Under Rapoport’s leadership, Bon Appétit has soared to new digital heights. It boasts a robust video platform, the #1 food podcast on iTunes (which Adam hosts) and more than 1 million social followers on each Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Craig Kostelic

Chief Business Officer

Craig Kostelic was named chief business officer of The Food Innovation Group in January 2017. In this role, he oversees all sales operations, marketing services, brand development and revenue for Bon Appetit, Epicurious, The Farm Studio and FIG Influencers Network. In addition, Kostelic works directly with clients, as well as colleagues on the industry team to bring innovative solutions to market and grow the heritage of each brand.

Kostelic most recently served as head of revenue and head of digital for The Food Innovation Group. Under his sales and digital leadership, The Food Innovation Group hit record highs in terms of revenue, profitability and digital audience growth.

Previously, Kostelic was digital advertising director at Condé Nast Traveler, where he was responsible for all digital revenue streams and oversaw the launch of CNTraveler.com.

Before joining Conde Nast, Kostelic worked at Google where he was responsible for developing and managing national strategic sales for Mobile Display within the automotive vertical. Prior to Google, Craig held numerous sales and marketing roles at Microsoft and Johnson & Johnson.
