142857, the six repeating digits of 1/7, , is the best-known cyclic number in base 10. If it is multiplied by 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6, the answer will be a cyclic permutation of itself, and will correspond to the repeating digits of 2/7, 3/7, 4/7, 5/7, or 6/7 respectively.
142,857 is a Kaprekar number and a Harshad number (in base 10).
If you multiply by an integer greater than 7, there is a simple process to get to a cyclic permutation of 142857. By adding the rightmost six digits (ones through hundred thousands) to the remaining digits and repeating this process until you have only the six digits left, it will result in a cyclic permutation of 142857
Multiplying by a multiple of 7 will result in 999999 through this process
If you square the last three digits and subtract the square of the first three digits, you also get back a cyclic permutation of the number.
It is the repeating part in the decimal expansion of the rational number 1/7 = 0.142857. Thus, multiples of 1/7 are simply repeated copies of the corresponding multiples of 142857:
Six in the Seven at Eight, usually called 6, 7, 8, was an Argentine political commentary TV program broadcast by the government-run Channel 7 since 2009. Its name comes from the fact that, when it first started airing, there were five members on the show's panel, and its motto was you are the sixth one (the viewer). Since it was broadcast by Channel 7 at 8 p.m., the name was shortened to "6, 7, 8". In late 2009, the program was moved to 9 p.m., a new segment was added to be aired on Sundays at night, and new guest panelists were invited, making it more than six members. Nevertheless, the show's name remained unchanged.
It was first hosted by María Julia Oliván and a panel which included Orlando Barone, Carla Czudnowsky, Eduardo Cabito Massa Alcántara, Luciano Galende and Sandra Russo, along with a guest analyst who would give their opinions throughout the program. María Julia Oliván announced in an interview for web site Television.com.ar that, on January 28, 2010, should make her last appearance on the program. Her place was occupied by Luciano Galende, and from 2013 onward the host has been Carlos Barragán.
Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. (born September 27, 1982), better known by his stage name Lil Wayne, is an American hip hop recording artist from New Orleans, Louisiana. In 1991, at the age of nine, Lil Wayne joined Cash Money Records as the youngest member of the label, and half of the duo The B.G.'z, alongside fellow New Orleans-based rapper Lil' Doogie. In 1996, Lil Wayne formed the southern hip hop group Hot Boys, with his Cash Money label-mates Juvenile, Young Turk and Lil' Doogie (who now goes by B.G.). Hot Boys debuted with Get It How U Live!, that same year. Most of the group's success came with their platinum-selling album Guerrilla Warfare (1999) and the 1999 single "Bling Bling". Along with being the flagship artist of Cash Money Records, Lil Wayne is also the chief executive officer (CEO) of his own label imprint, Young Money Entertainment, which he founded in 2005.
Lil Wayne's solo debut album Tha Block Is Hot (1999), was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). His subsequent albums, Lights Out (2000) and 500 Degreez (2002), went on to be certified gold. Wayne reached higher popularity with his fourth album Tha Carter (2004), which was led by the single "Go D.J." and his appearance on Destiny's Child's Top 10 single "Soldier", that same year. The album was followed by Tha Carter II (2005), as well as several mixtapes and collaborations throughout 2006 and 2007. Wayne gained more prominence with his sixth album Tha Carter III (2008), which became his most successful album to date, with first-week sales of over one million copies in the United States. The album won the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album and includes the hit singles "Lollipop", "A Milli" and "Got Money".
"5,6,7,8" is the debut single by British pop group, Steps. The verses are performed by Lee Latchford-Evans and Lisa Scott-Lee performs the middle eight. The choruses feature no male singing voices. The song's release coincided with a minor line dancing craze in the UK at the time.
Although it is only one of two Steps singles to miss the top ten in the UK, it is also one of their highest sellers. It remained in the top 20 for ten weeks and sold over 300,000 copies, more than some of their top 5 hits. In the UK it was the biggest selling single of the 1990s not to enter the top 10 in the UK Singles Chart. It did, however, top the charts in Australia.
The official music video for the song was filmed in Marbella, Spain. It features Steps performing the song and its dance routine in colour co-ordinating outfits. Lisa Scott-Lee is seen in a green bikini top and shorts with flowers on them, Faye Tozer is seen in a yellow bikini top and sarong whilst Claire Richards is seen in an orange bikini top and sarong. Both H and Lee Latchford-Evans are wearing their shirts undone and shorts which feature a mash-up of colours. At the end, Lisa is seen wearing a red halter neck lycra dress, Faye is seen wearing a red asymmetrical top and skirt and Claire is seen wearing a red long sleeved see-through top and leather trousers. Both H and Lee are seen wearing black t-shirts and red trousers. Throughout the video, Lisa, Faye and Claire are seen driving to the beach in a 1995 Suzuki Vitara and also playing turn tables. H and Lee are seen driving on quad bikes and also playing snooker. On the choruses, they are seen performing the famous dance routine. On one chorus, they are seen showing the actions to some boys and girls. At the end of the video, they are seen on stage at a beach party with an audience watching and dancing.
"6 Foot 7 Foot" (also styled as "6'7") is a song by American rapper Lil Wayne featuring label mate, Cory Gunz. It is taken from his ninth studio album, Tha Carter IV (2011). It was officially released on iTunes on December 16, 2010. It was produced by "A Milli" producer Bangladesh. The song samples "Day-O (The Banana Boat Song)" by Harry Belafonte.
"6 Foot 7 Foot" is the first single off The Carter IV. The track is the first single Lil Wayne has recorded since his release from prison on November 4, 2010, though it's the second song on which he has appeared since his prison release, after the final version of Birdman's single "Fire Flame", on which he had 2 verses. In the original version of the single, Lil Wayne is absent due to his prison sentence. Before the song was officially released, Shade 45's DJ Drama interviewed Lil Wayne and he talked about the single. He said "It's a monster," and "Hopefully, it shows people where I'm at lyrically." Mack Maine, president of Young Money and fellow labelmate, called it "A Milli on steroids." The track was originally intended for rapper T.I., but the Atlantic records manager who also co-manages Lil Wayne, decided Lil Wayne would be a better fit, reuniting Lil Wayne and producer Bangladesh for the first time since "A Milli" after the royalty dispute between Bangladesh and Cash Money on that song. It is the second time the trio (Lil Wayne, Cory Gunz, Bangladesh) have worked together, after 2008's "A Milli" (though Cory Gunz was not on the final version of that song). Lil Wayne performed the song on Saturday Night Live and New Year's Eve with Carson Daly. He also performed it on 106 & Party Cash Money Young Money New Years.
