    GDP per capita in BVI is higher than Spain, South Korea, and the EU average. No way that spending there will or should count as foreign aid.

    If people want to cut foreign aid, let's have that discussion. The fact that rebuilding the OTs doesn't count as ODA is not relevant.

    1/ So the Treasury is supposedly planning for a no deal Brexit. As a Leaver, this is terrifying. The WTO option is, bluntly, suicide.
